I lock Scout in the closet making him whimper. "Why?" I say once i ad locked him.

"almost the same reason you have... except I'm kinda being chased by phyco scientists ans S.W.A.T." I rubbed the back of my head, embarrased. "Unfortunatly, animals don't like me...."

I stare at her, my eyes narrowed. "Your not human."

I looked at her, surprised. "Am I that oblivious?" I popped out my eye contacts and showed my striking purple eyes.

I dont jump in suprise but I just stare. "What are you?" I say.
