Many many years ago...
A small town, called Argusua (Argue-sue-ah), thrived on an world totally unknown to this world. The people on that world lived a nomadic lifestyle, always moving from one place to another and only staying in a spot until the game got scarce of the living conditions became unlivable. But a gigantic volcano that everyone thought was inactive suddenly blew and wiped them all out (I know that that couldn't happen in real life, but hey, it's not real!) except for a few that found an underground shelter where they were safe. Coming out, they found their world covered in ashes. They tried to rebuild it, but sadly to no avail. So they all decide they must journey from Argusua to find a new place to live. This RP is about their journey from world to world.

Rules
- I need you to be active, don't join, post a few times, then leave. If you can't be on for some reason, please tell me. Also, if you wouldn't like to be in the RP anymore, please say so so I can remove your character.
- This RP is semi-literate, I will expect you to use correct spelling (if you don't have a spellchecker built in your computer, use Microsoft Word, or find some spell checker-thing on Google or just use your e-mail), grammar, and punctuation. Also to post more then two lines. And please use CAPITALIZATION, I really don't like it when people don't capitalize what their supposed to. I've seen some people who post like this: "I have raisins,apples,carrots,and peaches", please use your space bar! I also don't want and chat speak while in character and, I know I just said this, please try hard to post more then two lines. If you don't obey this rule, I will stab you with my pitchfork! Not really, but you will be warned up to two times, after that you are kicked out! So please obey this rule, okay? Thank you.
- You may create up to three characters, but no more. It gets confusing on what character goes to what plays and everything like that.
- Please pay close attention to the posts and read all of them unless said otherwise. It gets really annoying when someone posts that their character is talking to someone else's character, when really that other character is somewhere completely different. Those kind of mistakes happen because you didn't read the post correctly.
- If you have any questions at all, please feel free to ask them! It avoids confusion later on in the roll play and makes everyone's life happier (well...).
- Please respect the other players, no harassing or OCC fighting. If I catch you breaking any of these rules, you will be kicked out.

• Personality: A natural born leader, she's good at directions and always has a backup plan. Mella is a great listener and is loyal to the very end for someone she loves. She's sometimes impatient and a bit reckless, but is also very sweet and caring. Her traumatic past makes her sometimes go out of control if something someone says or does triggers something inside of her, so watch out or she'll kill you if you get too close.

º History: Mella's parents accidentally had her and they treated her like a slave because they didn't love her. Her normal day was like this: She'd wake up and go inside from the barn to where her mother was making breakfast. She'd eat anything she could find for her mother wouldn't let her have anything she was making. Her parents would usually argue about some little thing and her father would leave for work in a huff. Mel's mother gave her a ton of chores to do while she sat in bead and read. The chore's would last Mel a long time and leave her little time to take care of her horse, Hope's Flame, which she loved like a daughter. When she finally came back inside, sweaty, bruised, and tired, her father would come home and demand his supper. Mella's mother would have to make it awhile every passing second her father got angrier because he was hungry and had to wait to eat. After supper, her mother went to bed and Mel's father would get angry once again for something that Mel had done wrong with her chores. Whether it be not planting enough rows of seeds or forgetting to clean a corner of the barn, he beat her for it and sent her to the barn where she slept every night. One day, Mel went out to the barn early to see Hope and found the stall empty. "Hope? Hope! Here girl!" she called everywhere around their farm, but couldn't find her. She asked her dad who said he had sold her because he thought she had been spending too much time with Hope and that's why she would get her chores wrong. Mella ran to her bed in the barn and threw herself down on the makeshift bed, tears streaming down her cheeks. Her baby girl, her one and only source of joy was gone...
Mella ran away the next day to look for a new life, something happier. She walked many miles before coming to a place where a kind elderly couple lived. They let her stay with them for the night and the next day they gave her food and money so she could journey on. Mel came to a man's house where he was trying to sell a beautiful horse for very cheap named Timmy. She bought him because, one, she needed something better for traveling then just walking, and two, because if she didn't buy him he would've been sent to slaughter. Mella thanked the man and rode off to the nearest town where she bought tack and supplies she needed. After spending the night in an inn, she continued until she found a good place where she could build a house. After many months, it was finished and she had also made a small shelter for Timmy. They lived there for only a year before they had to go into hiding underground because of the volcano.

He doesn't care how people look on the outside, he judges by how their heart is.
