- Lio had taken his sweet time doing a small lap around the lobby as he did a vague inspection of the room, checking if there anything out of the ordinary aside from the front desk while also keeping an eye on the people slowly trickling their way into the lobby. They all seemed to be human for the mainly, with the exception of one being -- a person who looked robotic, but not in quite the same way as the automaton behind the front desk. No one approached him, and that would normally be quite fine with him but he was itching to find something out so he had no choice to strike up a conversation himself which was not typically something Lio was fond of. He wasn't used to going out of his way to talk to strangers, as back in Promepolis he was considered a "terrorist" (not true) for being the leader of the Mad Burnish which meant he spent most of his time in hiding from the thermal sensors used by the government to track his people down or outrunning the Freeze Force. His people skills were not exactly considered to be up to par in any way. Especially when it came to people from an entirely different reality than himself. Thankfully Lio wasn't someone with the absolute need to be liked and if one of these strangers decided they weren't a fan then that would be on them and he'd simply move on. However, despite that, he also didn't want to accidentally offend someone on the off chance they someone who were to immediately resort to violence -- the man was confident in his own abilities and powers in combat, but starting a fight so soon after waking up in such a foreign location was probably not the best idea.
Hefting a somewhat annoyed sigh, Lio set his sights upon the automaton sitting behind the front desk. He could just go over and speak to it directly, yet for some reason he didn't. It seemed rather suspicious to him, and he'd never admit it, but he definitely felt hesitant about it in general. Lio was used to mechs: fighting against them and piloting them. He was not used to robotic beings that worked all on their own -- part of his hesitance also came from the fact that it seemed to be the one thing that was actually a native in this world. Who knew what it was capable of at this point? He knew he was probably overthinking it, but he just told himself that didn't want to take the chance and mistake; when deep down he knew it was really because he didn't want to be told something he didn't want to hear. Like what exactly they'd be fighting against or that'd it take them an extraordinarily long time to get back to their individual homes. Lio knew that Meis and Guiera wouldn't be able to hold off the Freeze Force for forever on their own, even if they were strong enough to be his second and third in command. He would be devastated -- and livid -- if it were immediately confirmed to him that it'd be a long while before he could get back. He didn't want to properly admit to himself that this wasn't about to be some easy in-and-out mission, but with his mounting frustration to the situation as a whole, he knew he'd have to.
The burnish's gaze shifted from where the mechanical receptionist waited and over to the person standing closest to the desk. There stood a man who looked to be around his age with spiky, seemingly gravity defying hair that reminded him much of Galo. Only this guy's hair was blond instead of a striking blue. He had an almost cartoonishly large sword strapped to his back that Lio knew from a single glance could do a hefty amount of damage to any potential enemies. The other man was several inches taller than he was (which wasn't hard to be, as he was only 5'2"), and gave off the vibe of someone who shouldn't be, and didn't want to be, messed with which only made Lio more curious. To be fair he had a certain level of curiosity for everyone in the room, they all seemed vastly different from one another and he did want to know where each person came from, but it seemed unlikely that he'd get to know them all. So, he squared his shoulders then crossed the room to approach the blond stranger with a calm but guarded demeanor. He hadn't fully been paying attention to the automaton while pacing around the room, so perhaps he had missed out on it saying something. He really doubted it, but he was about to find out for sure. "Has that thing said anything yet?" He asks with a nod toward the desk. Then, figuring that could be seen as a rude and abrupt way to start a conversation, he continued on to introduce himself. "The name's Lio, by the way." Well, for being who he was, that wasn't too rough of a start.

- Pit had already awoken and left his the mysterious room he had found himself in by the time the announcement was made over the P.A. system. He wasn't sure what was going on, as this was a place he had never been to or even heard of, but luckily for him confusion was not something Pit was unfamiliar with. However, the angel wasn't able to contact Palutena at this time and it was making him feel nervous and rather antsy. It was very rare that he went without the goddess' guidance, but the few times that he did usually spelled out disaster for either him, the goddess, or the both of them; he just hoped that it didn't mean that Palutena was in danger at this time. Lady Palutena, I'll come and find you! He thought with determination as he quickly made his way through one of the hallways of the inn. Sure, he was willing to help the people of Flodan with whatever their issue at hand was, but if his goddess was in trouble then he would try to find her and help her first. She would always be his top priority.
Pit hummed to himself as he walked along, trying to keep his spirits up -- and also not being able to stand the eerie silence. "Hellooooo? Anyone theeeere?" He called out, trying to open the door to a few different rooms to no avail. They were all locked of course, which only served to make him a little bit more concerned. "If this is a prank, it isn't funny anymore!" The angel added on in as serious of a tone as he could manage. This certainly couldn't be the work of Hades, right? First, he was sure that the god hadn't been resurrected yet -- even though Hades had threatened to do so before he had been defeated. Second, this type of scenario wasn't quite flashy or dramatic enough for it to be the works of the god of the Underworld. He just couldn't figure out who would've done this, if not someone from the Underworld. As he deeply pondered this with furrowed eyebrows and a hand comically rubbing at his chin, he came across another person. She looked to be pretty young, the age of a child, even. Pit's wings fluttered excitedly at the sight of someone else; he hadn't been awake for all the long and yet it felt like it had been ages since he last spoke to someone. He was made to be lonely quite easily in all honesty. He was quick to approach her, stopping only when she whirled around to face him in fright. "Oh! I'm not going to hurt you!" He said swiftly, holding his hands up in surrender. "I wasn't sure if I was going to run into anyone else here! I'm Pit." The brunet added and took a half-step closer to the girl with a cautious glint in his blue eyes. "I take it you're lost here too?" Pit smiles, trying to seem as friendly as he could. He'd never intentionally do anything to harm a human, after all.
