"Practice wielding Marie?" Stein echoed. A regular one star Meister wielding a Death Scythe they had no blood connection to...it was always a high risk, but Marie seemed built to soothe. With her Healing Wavelength, it shouldn’t be terrible. I don’t see any harm coming from it. He decided.

"Very well. I want to be there to supervise though, just to make sure everything is being handled appropriately. Crona, DO refrain from letting Ragnarok out while Marie is present, or she'll lose focus to try and laugh at or fawn over him," he pointed out. Marie seemed to have a love of all things small...and Ragnarok definitely counted, standing- if it could be called that- at only two heads high now. He glanced at Spirit. "Stay here with them, see if you can brief them on Death Scythe wielding, I’ll find Marie. I think she might’ve already gone home."

Karter knew that feeling of closeness- often rather sudden closeness- was expected after a Resonance, he knew that when two souls became one, it was natural to feel completed, but it was still a strange feeling to the boy. Wanting both that emotional and physically closeness. He finally dropped the goofy face, letting his pale eyes fix on Navii just for a moment before he moved forward on an impulse and took her hand again, lacing his fingers with hers curiously, more than anything...wondering what it felt like to share contact, and not to be afraid of it.

"Sorry. I know I’m weird, but..." he managed a small, wry smile. "You already know that. You saw the chaos that's somehow decided to be a human soul," he half joked. There was truth to it though. Most of his energy was just scattered all over the place to create a plane of chaos and recklessness. Perhaps she'd be able to help focus that. He hoped, at least.

The shy and anxious redhead hummed a bit, then she looked at Stein again. She slowly nodded her ginger red haired head. She continued to hum as she wondered what he could be thinking. She grew a small smile when told it was okay. She nodded quickly to him, saying “Yes!” She listened a moment as he addressed Crona, then she seemed to tune out.

The friendly and playful tan skinned girl hummed a bit. She tilted her head as he fixed his eyes on her, the goofy face gone...She watched almost as if frozen as he stepped forward. She squeaked as he took her hand then...

She tilted her head a bit as she then looked up at him again. She swallowed and blushed a bit, then shook her head. “I...” she started, but couldn’t seem to figure out how to respond to that. So she simply shook her head a second time, giving a sigh.

Stein nodded to the three and left, heading at once back towards Patchwork Labs...AKA the wreck of a dump he called home. Opening the door, the man stepped inside, adjusting his glasses as he looked around. "Marie? Are you in here?"

OOC: Doesn’t matter. It was just a reason Stein left Spirit with them, so they’re not two children unattended. I can help out where needed. Crona should know too. Ragnarok is powerful enough and has collected enough souls (though on the opposite scale...) that he’s a Death Scythe in all but name.

"I’ve come with a special request from Meisters Jesse and Crona," Stein told her. Of course, it felt odd to formally state Crona, who had...well, practically been living under Marie's wing like she was a mother hen to him. "Jesse has no partner, but wants practice anyway. We had hoped with the Healing Wavelength, you would help us practice?"

The blonde hummed quietly as she continued to sit on her bed. She watched as he seemed to materialize in the doorway. She smiled a bit as she looked up at him. She seemed to consider it for a small moment, then looked up at him. She gave a bigger smile this time. She nodded as she smiled up at him, saying “Sure, Id love to.”

Crona had been just zoning out, staring blankly ahead at the wall, when Spirit called his name. Crona immediately jumped, eyes flying wide, darting towards the Death Scythe. "I didn’t do it!" He insisted, before realizing that...he hadn’t actually even been accused of anything in the first place...

Stein smiled, ever so slight, just from the corner of his lip, offering her a hand up. "Thanks. Sorry for such short notice. The two approached me as I was on my way out," he explained. He did feel a bit uneasy leaving the two with SPIRIT for their 'babysitter'. After all...look what happened to Maka.

Grinning, the Meister reached forward and ruffled the girl's hair. "Hey, you said earlier that'cha wanted to meet Addilyn, right?" He remembered.
