The guards stood in two long rows on either side. I marched ahead to the throwns. I stood to the side of the stairs, leading to the throwns and waited for the queens to be seated.

I did a hand motion and the paper boys ran up to the queens stairs bowed then one set two tables down. One in front of lucy and one in front of Susan. Then the papers, and finally the ink and feather.

I glanced around, making sure all was well. There was some archers not doing there practicing. "Excuse me my ladies." I said walking out to the archers. I yelled at them "Get back to practicing!"

The archers, got up and kept practicing. I heard the wind passing an arrow and turned right before it hit me in the back. The archer who shot it went pale. I walked over to him and said "Go now." Through gritted teeth.
