Aki looked at Zoey. "Off to train for a gym battle in this town."

"Can i come? Xerxes hasn't had any battles yet, he could battle your pokemon?" Zoey asked

Aki nodded. "Sure Shade hasn't been in any battles yet either."

Xerxes started doing foreward roles. Zoey looked at him and laughed. "Great, so where are you training?" she asked

Aki smiled at Xerxes. "Just over here" Aki walked over to where he's be training. Shade sat by his feet and Rio sat down.

Zoey sat on a bench and looked at Aki. "there is a trainer stood in the shadows watching you, i think he wants to battle. You should challenge him to a two on two battle" she said.

Aki turned to the trainer in the shadows. "If it's a battle you want then i'll challange you to one. A 2 on 2 battle like Zoey surgested"

Zoey watched as the trainer emerged from the shadows and nodded pulling out a pokeball.
"This is a two on two battle. Lets go!" Zoey shouted taking on the role of referee
