"Ugh."A loud displeased groan left the lips of a young, blonde woman, donning a pair of blonde peach tipped ears, and a set of peach tails behind her, the very tips of each one twitching with pure annoyance. Ahri had woken up a couple of minutes ago, and was immediately alarmed AND pissed off by the strange unrecognizable.... atmosphere. Ontop of THAT, her entire team was missing. Gone. Nothing. Just her, and Kiko were left.... in this dark.... strange atmosphere. It was eerily quiet.... way too quiet for her... and the cherry ONTOP. It was foggy.
.
Thick, cloudy, MOIST air. The one kind of weather Ahri hated the most. Not only was it hard to see through, her hair was going to be a curly, springy mess that would be an absolute mess to comb through once she got out of this. The kitsune was feeling all sorts of different emotions at the moment, between a mix of fear and heavy concern over her missing teammates, especially since she couldn't feel any of their starlight auras nearby at all, and the pure annoyance that her entire appearance was going to be an absolute mess thanks to this fog. A soft hiss of displeasure escaped her lips as she raked her fingers through wavy blonde locks. A soft chirruping noise filled her ears, causing her to twitch them as she snapped her head to turn her annoyed gaze onto the white-furred familiar that hovered inches above her shoulder.
"Good stars, YES. Kiko? Can't you see I'm in abit of a pickle right now?" she couldn't hide the disdain in her voice, and in return, she received a sharp pip of laughter from the creature- as if it thought her 'pickle' was absolutely hilarious- but its second set of words it spoke definitely caught her attention.
"Light?" she muttered, lifting her gaze to gaze up.... and just like the smaller kitsune creature said, there was definitely.... in the sea of low clouds, a shimmering dim light source.
Lifting an eyebrow, the fox removed her hands from her hair, deciding she'd deal with her little situation later, and pushed onwards, the light in the fog grew brighter intill she brought herself upon..... a lantern? Was that what they called it on the planets they visited?
"Well Kiko, its.... something... still not as bright as a star." she snorted softly, turning her head away. The light reminded her of something though. Her hand reached into her pocket.... and upon pulling it out and opening her hand, lay 3 little star charms.... each one donning a different color, between blue, yellow, and a light green... each one was cracked just alittle bit... and just like the environment, were dark and muddled. The expression on the kitsune's face fell into something unreadable..... then it became mellow, and very wistful.
"..... if you guys are out there, please send me a signal.... anything....." the whisper sounded so.... heartbroken, and frustrated. She just.... didn't want to lose them like the others... she wasn't anticipating a separation like this. But, a soft noise reached the ears of the kitsune, and almost immediately, as fast as she was grieving, her expression shifted. Her hand shoved the gems back into her pocket as her ears angled themselves towards the direction of the noise... a yelp? yap? Fixing her face back into one of annoyance, she tossed her hair behind her, grimacing at the texture her hair managed to change itself into. Yup, she'd definitely need to give it a good wash and conditioner.
Straightening up, Ahri reached up to tug on one of Kiko's tails, bringing him down to rest on her shoulder,
"Stay there Kiko. Don't need to lose you in all of the fog, you'd blend right in." she murmured, raising an eyebrow as her gaze fell down to the path that was seeminSly etched with many rocks- cobblestone did they call it? She didn't know, that information wasn't anything important to her, so she didn't quite care.... but she assumed, judging by how this thing winded...... it'd maybe lead her to that strange noise. Stepping onto the path, off she went, the clicking of her heels filling in for the dead silence of the area that was presented previously. Keeping her eyes on her surroundings... which, unsurprisingly, didn't change too much. Just the same dark and gloom. Personally, it annoyed the living daylights out of her, but it was what it was. She was sure that she might've heard the slight bubbling of running water, but she was more focused on finding the source of the noise. Maybe it was another familiar of a Star guardian? But instead.... she could vaguely see a shape.... besides that, it also looked like the fog was starting to clear up just abit... Alittle bit TOO late for that, but whatever. But, the shape looked rather short? There wasn't much she could point out from this far away anyways. Pausing for a second, her individual tails moved together, clumping up to form one bigger swishing tail. She was idly wondering whether or not if she should call out to it...... it wouldn't hurt now would it? If it was a threat, she could handle it. She was used to fighting all sorts of dangers, so this couldn't be any different. She especially knew better herself to doubt her potential enemy.
Shifting her hands to rest on her hips, she swayed her hips to one side,
"Uhm, hello?" she called out, pausing to let her response be heard before progressing forward. The dark shape eventually, as she approached began to gain some color instead of the shadows of the atmosphere.... from what she could make out, she spotted blue.... and then yellow-ish greenish..... followed up by some darker colors... very long. Ahri personally preferred lighter colors that popped, but despite not wanting to say so, the colors fit the creature well. The kitsune pursed her lips before stepping forward, easing herself into view.
"Well. Hello. I didn't expect anyone else to exist in this dingy dark place. Do you know where we might be?" Ahri's voice rolled off sounding rather haughtily, and almost demanding, as if she expected Raspberry to know
exactly what this place was. Kiko chirruped a response as well, twitching his ears.... unfortunately, his language was probably absolutely foreign to Raspberry. But Ahri twitched an ear, perfectly understanding him. Maybe it was simply their bond that allowed her but no one else to understand the strange white furry creature.
"Kiko says, he'd also like to know where food is, stat."
