Amealia continued to walk away. Tempted to look back as she heard the metal hit the floor. But the girl kept her gaze forward as she shook her head lightly. Slowly she lifted her hand to stroke through her hair. What sort of a joke was this?

Amealia swallowed, looking over her shoulder - she couldn't help it. Amy saw Xypher crying on the floor and stopped, turning her whole body around to face him. She swallowed again before speaking. "What;s going on, Xypher?!?" She shouted down the road. They were now about ten meters apart. The girl was standing, Xypher was knelt down crying.
