History: Jim was born on a farm, but soon after his birth his parents moved, relocating to a suburban city. Luckily, the city allowed horses if you had a permit and he was given Shasta at age eight. When he started middle school, he was forced to play flute, but convinced his parents to let him play oboe. Later in marching band he took up piano then marimba.
Personality: Jim is sweet and kind, but has his mind set on what he is fighting for and what he wants. He's rather quiet and shy at first, but once you meet him and get to know him he's spontaneous, random, and loves to joke. He also falls in love easily. When he is in love or finds a lady he likes, he can be quite romantic, giving her roses, pecks, hugs, etc.

History: Maya was born without a father. He had died in the war in Iraq before her mother even knew she was pregnant. Her mom went schizophrenic and her grandmother raised her. Her grandmom taught her many creative things, how to sing, how to draw, how to play oboe and piano. However she cannot dance no matter how hard she tries. Once she met Jim, she wanted to learn marimba, but has not gotten to it.
Personality: Maya seems very distant at first, a vague silhouette on a hill almost. Once you get to know her she is bubbly, hyper, sweet and very smart.
