"Whyever not," he asked, looking slightly offended. "They're magnificent creatures!"

"I never said they weren't. I simply asked why." she sighed, rubbing her bare foot in the grass absentmindedly.

"And now you know." He stood and returned to the swings, wondering if she would follow.

[lance.]

Aideen followed him, sitting on one of the swings. "It's pretty out tonight." She said, looking up at the sky.

Phoenix murmured in agreement. "I never got to enjoy things while I was alive," he said.

[lance.]

Aideen looked away. "I dont know if i did or not. I dont remember anything except waking up just few hours ago in the woods, withthis useless arm." She gestured to one of her arms, hanging uselessy by her side.

"I wish I didn't remember," he said sadly. "Of course, if I didn't remember, I'd wish I did."

[lance.]

"Exactly. So I'm torn between whether to find out, or just leave it be. But I would like to know who brought me back." Aideen replied.

Phoenix pondered her situation before answering. "It doesn't matter who you were. You've been presented with the rare opportunity to, quite literally, start over. So you could worry about the past or make a new future."

[lance.]

"Huh. I didn't think of it like that. So long as I wasn't, like, a wanted criminal or something, I'm completly free." She smiled. "No school! Haha, that's great."
