The nurse, having examined Broken, said he would have to go directly to hospital. (Does this count as powerplay? Sorry if it does.) She called the emergency services (000 or 911 or whatever.)

Broken was placed on the stretcher and taken to the hospital in the ambulance. (Broken you should roleplay this now I feel like I am pwerplaying.)
