Lifeline saw Skye fly towards her. "I caught us some food, but I think there is a human nearby..." she spat in disgust. She noticed a small movement coming from a cave near the base of the mountain. She obviously walked towards it and peered inside to see a young girl, about 15 years of age inside. She hissed and turned around to looks at Skye. "I found it." she muttered.

Alice stood her ground. "I'm not going to hurt you." she said plainly.

Skye hissed and floded in her wings, landing next to Lifeline. She raised her wings threateningly, if this human got in the way of her and her flock, she wouldn't hesitate to kill it. She let out a loud hiss and bared her teeth as she stared dow at it. Her usually peacefull blue eyes flared up with anger and hate.

Alice dropped her dagger to show she wasn't a threat. "I'm no threat to you guys, I've lived here for the past 6 years." she said clearly, hoping to get these fierce dragons to trust her...or at least enough to not kill her. She recognized the one as an alpha, but not the other.

Lifeline snorted. "Yeah, your no threat. We should kill you now, before you tell all your little friends about us." she spat, though she doubt the human understood why Lifeline hated them so much

Skye nodded and hissed in agreement with Lifeline, she couldn't stand even being near a human without wanting to kill it. "Get out of here"! she snarled, her claws gouged deep holes in the earth, "Or the next death around here will be yours!" she spat, feeling that she wouldn't be able to hold herself in check for much longer, just the sight of the human wanted to make her kill it, even though it appeared to be harmless.

Alice stood her ground, refusing to be chased out of the one place she called home. "I've lived here before you guys, and I have never threatened you!" she said, not wanting to leave. Alice then looked up into Skye's eyes. "Infact, I think I relate to you more than humans."

Lifeline looked at Skye to see what she would say to that. *The kid's got a point, she doesn't look like a threat...but it's a human, in OUR land.* she thought in disgust.

Skye snarled again, "You have to choices, leave or die, I don't care as long as you get off my territory!" she spat, her fangs glisteing in the light. She flexed her claws again.

Flame finished her breakfast, which had included the pesky little bird and a bear. She had been lucky to find the bear, they were usually too cautious around dragons for them to become meals. It had filled her stomach nicely, though. Taking to the air, she looked down at the forest below her. It was incredible to see the world below her, all laid out like a map. She also noticed Skye and Lifeline looking at something. Landing next to them with a thump, she positioned herself so that she could see whatever it was that was so interesting. It was a human. Her eyes widened in surprise. "What is this human doing on our land?" she boomed, trying to get some sign of fear out of the girl. She loved terrifying the little weaklings. It was the only thing she liked about the scrawny creatures- the looks on their faces when they were scared. Of course, some of them were actually brave. They were no fun, and she usually did away with them quickly. Flame hoped that this girl wasn't the brave type, she really needed some entertainment today.

Alice stayed where she was, refusing to move.

Lifeline chuckled at this human's stupidity. "Are you an idiot? Your just going to let us kill you?" she spat, becoming a bit fascinated with this. As much as she hated to admit it, this human had spunk, and she was somewhat enjoying it.

Alice shrugged. "Maybe I am, but I'm not leaving my home." she said, and sat down. She was hoping the alpha didn't mean what she said, but if she did it would be doing her a favor. She liked how these dragons were, she liked the way the hunted, fought, everything. They might not know it, but they were her world now.

Skye hissed aned reared up on her hind legs. She bared her teeth in a feral snarl and she slammed her front legs into the ground infront of the human, causing earth to spray upwards, "You will leave!" she snarled, "Don't forget you're a human, we're dragons, there's three of us, and only one of you, we can easily just pick you up and throw you off a cliff!" she sneered. She opened her mouth, about to encase he human in ice, see how much it likes dragons then! she thought angrily. She felt the ice welling up in her throat, "Last chance!" she hissed.

Luicien spiraled down towards Skye. His back feet scored the earth, as one of his front grabbed the human. He clutched her gently to his chest as he landed, free front leg finaly touching the ground as he supported himself under the alpha. He raised his neck, jaws parting as he screeched. "You dare to kill an innocent child? Is your insolence that make inflamed to cause you to lash out recklessly?" The words hissed from his throat. He lowered the human, letting her stand as he stood on all four protectivly over her. HIs wings were unfurled to full length, showing defense.
