Lawliet blinked, utter surprise fluttering through his eyes. "You sure you would like to do more?" He blushed lightly as he cleaned the plate.

Todd smiled weakly at her, his eyes searching hers. He could see her name and her lifespan. Todd always could....Its was like he was born with this curse.....Todd had watched family, friends and anyone he had loved die right before his eyes. Akroku realsed yet another chorus of hysterical laughing. "I must say Rockky, long time no see. Have you been betraying any others since I've been gone?"She asked, her eyes glistening with pure laughter. Todd eyed Adalyn and pursed his lips.

The corner of Adalyn's lips twitched slightly and she took a step back. She kept her eyes on the boy, not bothering to care for the shinigami. She simply stared at him, her eyes slightly wide, not smiling, and her eyes showing a mixture of clarity, curiousity and... fear? She tried to force the fear from her eyes. She took another deep breath and kept her eyes on the boy's, not daring to look anywhere else. Rockky cackled slightly, smirking. "But, Of course." He said, his voice much like Adalyn pictured a Spider's, or a snake's - if one could talk.

Todd's eyes lurked with interest. "Oh, so now your afraid of me. Don't you have a Death Note as well? I don't have the shinigami eyes or anything...."He lied smoothly, hoping she would believe him for now. Aroku shook her head, obviously displeased. "Tsk, tsk Rockky. You shouldn't tell me that youv'e found another woman besides myself. Nobody is that desperate."She said with a wicked smirk.

Adalyn simply stared at him, her eyes showing slightly more fear at the realization that they took her Note. She held her breath subconsciously, staring at him with disbelief. She shook her head unconvincingly. "I'm not scared of you." She said, trying the best she could to hold her voice in a straight line. 'Liar. Your a big fat, red-haired liar.' Her mind scolded her, but she didn't move her eyes away from the boy. "Very funny." Rockky's venomous voice broke through Adalyn's train of thought.

[Asuna.]

Electra nodded. "Of course. Why wouldn't I?" She asked and tilted her head. Her green eyes shimmered as she gazed at him, her lips tilted upward in a smile.

Todd's eyes lingered on her for a momment, his heart fluttering like caged bird in his ribcage. "Why is so scared? Did I say something I shouldn't have?" He thought, Todd's expression hardening a bit.

Mello yawned and unlocked the door, slamming it loudly behind him. Mobster work was sleep depriving. His eyes skittered to the two flame heads on the porch. "Just as I expected, he's coaxing her. Silly little twit will get what she deserves." mello muttered before throwing a pocket full of chocolate wrappers into the trashcan.

Lawliet slipped out from behind the booth and smiled sweetly down at Electra. He shoved his hands awkwardly into his pants pockets and let out a sigh of relief.

Adalyn let her face glaze over, partially emotionless - except for the smirk on her face. "You know what. Tell your 'Bossman' I said to go scr-w himself." She said, glancing once to the Shinigami hovering near the boy. "And that he needs to learn to take his dirty work into his own hands." She said, a bit louder. She sidestepping the boy and trying to get to the door. 'Blondie.. Your going down.' She thought with a smirk.
