Todd turned his gaze to the girl who wandered out. He blinked and blew the bangs from his eyes. After deciding wheather or not to talk to her, he coughed, hoping to get her attention. "You ok?" Todd asked, his grey and black striped shirt blending nicely with his firey red hair and his ice blue eyes.

Adalyn looked up, startled. "Uh.. Yeah.." She muttered, glancing around. 'Crap.' She realized she was lost. She looked over the boy carefully, shifting her gaze to the blonde male from before. She narrowed her eyes at him, then turned back to the red-head.

[Asuna.]

Electra sat across from L and smiled encouragingly at him. She knew this was a rather awkward situation for him. Electra turned her attention to their waitress and smiled. "God Electra..It's been forever since I've seen you. Where ya been hiding?" She asked nochalantly as she handed them their menus. "I know Jana..." She said a bit sadly as she fiddled with the end of her menu. "Oh I've been...Around..." She trailed off. "Well you were around enough to get yourself some company."' She said teasingly and wiggled her eyebrows. Electra rolled her eyebrows, blushing lightly. "Just take our orders Jana...Lord." The blonde waitress giggled. "Alright hun. Whatcha want?" "Vanilla Latte." She replied and grinned. "Sure thing. What about you sweetie?" She turned to L and smiled.

Todd blinked and relaxed a bit. Theres something odd about her....He thought, eyeing her up and down.

Adalyn paused, looking from him to the blonde guy. "Well.. Uh.." She muttered, unsure what to say. She took a step back, smiling shyly.

Lawliet shifted and looked up. "The vanilla cake please, with plenty of icing and strawberries. Thank you." He said, quietly blushing.

Mello rolled his eyes and stood, a good 3 inches shorter than Todd. "Well, you see, I must go and do....something." He said with a wink as he walked away, a scowl appearing instantly as he slammed the front door behind him.

Todd clentched his teeth and growled in frustration. "I-I...umm, are you hungry?" Todds eyes averted awkwardly from hers as he searched for something else to stare at.

Adalyn's eyes followed Mello, a dark and angry glare in them. Her lip twitched as she wanted to call out angrily at him, but he slammed the door and she rolled her eyes, looking to the wall next to her. When the teen in front of her spoke, she looked at him, raising an eyebrow. "Sorry, I've learned my lesson about eating with mobsters." She said bitterly, shifting her gaze to the wall again and crossing her arms. She didn't mean to say anything mean, the blond man, Mello, just made her so angry just the sight of him.

Todd felt her icy words slicing through his thudding heart. His eyes became glued to the floor, his phone begining to ring. Todd pulled it out and answered it quietly. "what the hell do you want now Mello?" he spat, his eyes begining to flicker like wildfire.

[Asuna.]

"Will do. You've got quiet a sweet tooth don't cha?" "Don't patronize him Jana. Oh, and I'll have a danish please." Jana rolled her eyes. "Of course Electra. I'll get right on it." She said collecting the menus. "Now I'll leave you two be. Have fun." She said before winking and turning to leave, a chuckle escaping her lips. Electra groaned and banged her head on the table. "She's so embarassing." She muttered, staring at the grains of wood in the table. She sighed and lifted her head before grinning at L. "So..." She trailed off a bit awkwardly.
