Raiden had decided to take the rest of the day off, after having a couple of particular tough gym battles with some challengers - he'd lost one, and won the second. And now, he figured he and his Pokémon deserved the rest of the day to rest. After all, he didn't want to burn himself out or have him and his Pokémon exhausted. Next to him walked his Manectric and Mareep, and he smiled warmly and waved back at the people that waved at him, recognising him and the local leader. It was nice to know there was recognition and admiration.
However, before long, he started to hear whispers. A robbery had been struck on the PokéMart only in Verdanturf Town, and someone had been brought to the hospital here in Mauville. "That sounds awful..." Raiden murmured to his Pokémon, and he decided to keep a careful eye out, in case anything happened here.

Draven had been assigned to the robbed PokéMart case. He wandered the store, asked questions to the workers, and kept an eye on the kid in the corner. He glanced up when he noticed Caelen, and briefly, formally, waved over at him, before returning to making a list of what exactly - mostly money - had been stolen. He decided it might be worth asking the guy who was in hospital some questions as well. Draven knew it wasn't his place to make the call or decision, but he wanted to prove his worth to be promoted. He'd been doing that for ages. One day, though, he hoped.

Dane has arrived at the station. He was going over some cases. When he got word of robbery. He had sent two of his detectives there. His orange hair would stand out. He would later send out his Braviary, named Atticus. Atticus went over the forest and noticed something in a cage some was smuggling Pokémon. Soon it returned and Dane called Jennifer to get her on the case and he was heading to the Scene too.

Jennifer had just woke up a few hours ago she was working on making breakfast for her kids but had to leave. She then was on the way to the forest for an assistanment. She was on a case about pochures.

Natalie had left the house with her Pokémon to do some training in the city where they lived. She had a problem soon though she saw a Pokémon being abused by some adults lots of them. It was a place where they sold Pokémon. She would text her dad Caelen to let him know but before she could finish she was grabbed by one of the men and taken inside. The message had sent half finished. And one of her poke balls dropped as her female pikachu chibi ran to find her dad.

Fin was training with his Lanturn named Light. Fin was swimming with his Pokémon looking for other Pokémon. He had dreams of being a water gym leader but he had to find just the right Pokémon a part grass or psychic type.

Kisa was going for her first badge and had come to challenge the gym leader. This would be her first gym battle she was so nervous. She hair long Icey like blue hair wearing lots of pink. She had left the house after her mother did. She stood there waiting with her alolan vulpix Pixie. She knew he wasn’t there but she didn’t have anything else to do so she waited. After a while she got bored and went into town she was so bored she had wanted to see how strong her and her team were.

Personality
Spiritt is a Pokemon (instead of animal) loving young man that also likes justice and keeping order, keeping peace. His obvious love, or best friend and favorite Pokemon, is Luna, his Poochyena. Secondary to that is his younger sister Makao, whom he can tell anything to and feel good about it. In fact, he came out to her and she supports him. She also supported him wanting to be a police officer, and he loves the girl. She’s his human best friend. He also likes naps, cuddles, books, writing, jogging, and being around Pokemon and other people.

History
Born to a loving mother, he had no idea who his father was. He still doesn’t know who his father is...He and his mother, a working mother whom worked from home, were the only two in the house for the first six years of his life, and he was perfectly happy with that. A couple months after his sixth birthday, mother brought home this man named Ginn, introducing him as her boyfriend. Spiritt thought he wasn’t going to like this man, basically made a pact with himself not to...However, seeing how happy Ginn made mama, and having the man be so kind, caring, and generous to him broke down the ‘wall’ he tried to build. For years Ginn and mama tried to have a baby, and it seemed hopeless...Finally, when Spiritt was fourteen, mama got pregnant. A month after his fifteenth birthday, the baby was born, and they named her Makao. He went through school, graduated when Makao was three, spent two years watching her grow and go to Kindergarten, then signed up for police school. Finally, five years later, he’s a new officer, with his precious Luna by his side, and his family’s support.

Grunt couldn't hear what the detective was saying, but she was intrigued by what she saw. Definitely grizzled, not so old, though. He looked like he'd be fun. She'd have to hang around, then. Her next hit would be in Verdanturf again, but after that she'd expand a bit. Maybe Rustboro, or Slateport, the admins were talking about an operation down there anyways. She didn't want to move out of his jurisdictions too fast, she wanted to make sure he was seen as an expert on her cases. Between the calling card, the security footage, and the witnesses, she'd left enough information for them to tell when it was her again. She'd give it a few days, let the investigation run for a bit, then hit another target. Another store perhaps, one where she could be a witness, get to know her investigator a bit better. She hadn't had a chance to put her newest alias to use yet, she would hate to let all that work go to waste.

A pale-skinned woman approached the crime scene, momentairly drawing Grunt's attention. She seemed to take an equal interest in the crime scene, though Grunt wasn't sure why. She didn't have the look of law enforcement about her, was she a reporter? Unlikely, there didn't appear to be a camera crew around. The chandelure by her side said she was a decently strong trainer, which meant one of two things. She was an altruistic bystander, or she was here for the same reasons. Either way, her face was worth committing to memory. The Magma Grunt's eyes were hidden behind her sunglasses, but she still refrained from lingering on the woman for too long before she turned back to the crime scene. People had a way of knowing when they were being looked at, and that was a feeling she'd much rather give to the investigator.
