Caelan was walking to work from his house in Rustburo City. He made the walk through Petalburg Woods every day, since he liked to stay active. When he arrived in Petalburg City, he grabbed a cup of coffee before going to the police station. He sat at his desk when his sergeant came up to him and put files on his desk, "Blake, we got a fresh one in Vernadurf Town." Caelan sighed, "You could have called and told me before I left Rustburo." before getting back up and heading to Rusturf Tunnel.

Police swarmed around the broken glass storefront of the Verdanturf Pokemart. Growlithes and Poochyenas sniffed through the debris, while their owners took statements from a timid-looking clerk, and Forensic analysts dusted every available surface for prints and DNA. Across the street, a tall, thin, black-haired woman smiled at the scene through large tortoiseshell sunglasses, wishing them all the best. She knew that her scent was most definitely not among those in the shattered glass, the blue hairs found by the Forensics team would never be traced to her, and any fingerprints, such as they were, would go unmatched. This wasn't her first time burgling a place, she knew how to cover her tracks. The only clue she'd left for them was her new calling card: a smiley face, the mouth an upside-down Team Magma emblem, chiseled into the store wall with her seviper's tail. She'd left the security footage as well, but that wouldn't help much. 'Team Magma Grunt with a Seviper' was hardly a workable lead.

Grunt pretended to idly scroll through her Pokenav, keeping her eyes focused on the crime scene. She wondered who it would be this time. Every region she went to, there was a detective that devoted themselves to catching her. Usually it was the first one at her first crime, but not always. If it wasn't someone she liked, she'd move further afield, a far away city, but if she liked the first one she'd stick around, commit some minor crimes, leave some mouse holes to attract the cat's attention. Usually it worked. Would it be a grizzled veteran this time? It perhaps an idealistic rookie, fresh off the beat and ready for his first big case? She couldn't wait to find out.

Caelan came out of Rusturf Tunnel and headed into the robbed Poke Mart. The officers there filled him in, saying that the grunt had her Seviper attack the clerk when she found out he set off the silent alarm, and that he'd been taken to the hospital in Mauville City in critical condition. Caelan sighed, "The sick freak." he looked at the video footage and noticed something, there was a little kid huddled in the corner during the robbery, and it didn't look like the grunt had noticed the kid based on the video, he asked the officer, "We got a witness? This kid?" The officer nodded, and told him they were waiting for the kid's parents before questioning him.

A sleek and pale skinned female made her way throughout verdanturf town, carrying a cool and cold aura with her. By her side, hovered a chandelure, its mere presence sending waves of authority amongst passerby. Lilith's eyes shifted from her pokenav up to the crime scene before her. Glass was scattered everywhere and multiple officers were in the general area. Frankly, the girl wasn't really around to cause trouble, she had originally planned to attend the pokemon competition. However, the news notification that had appeared upon her device was too interesting to pass up. A robbery, huh? Seems interesting enough. As the female approaches the scene, she notices a figure out of the corner of her eye. An unfamiliar face, but one who seemed to be as interested in the current situation as her. Taking note of the other girl, Lilith puts on her best innocent facade as she watches a detective enter the scene, listening intently to their conversation

She is very loving and forgiving. But she can also be a friece cop despite being a woman. However sometimes things can get a bit personal for her as what happened to her husband is a big part of why she changed from lab in analysis. She loves kids has two of her own and adopted two.

History
She was born in the hoenn region. She grew up here, her dad was a regular trainer. Her mom was a model. So she grew up around press and her dad. She went on a Pokémon journey competing in the hoenn league at age 11. She got 4th that’s where she met her husband. She didn’t see him again till she was in the police academy. He was a civilian that got caught up in a case. Later they got to know each other then ended up married when she was 19. A year later they had a son and the year after that a daughter. Her husband ended up a bystander in a robbery by the evil team of the region. He ended up dying from a gun shot. Left on her own she had to have nannies look after her kids who were 5 and 6 at the time. She ended up connecting with two kids who’s parents died while she was on cases and adopted the two kids. Who helped her watch her kids. Both are going for the Pokémon league. And her daughter is planning on becoming a cop and her other son a researcher.
