When I saw the sun begin to peek in through the cavern entrance, I was awake. I stretched out some while trying not to disturb Alexa. She was sleeping so peacefully. I smiled down at her as I carefully brushed her hair out of her face. Ah, I'm so glad she's mine and no one else's. I tried my best to get her off of me while not waking her. Once she was lying on the ground instead of my chest, I moved my jacket so that it covered her up a bit more. I gave her another smile as I moved toward the cavern entrance to get a little bit of the morning sun.

I was sleeping peacefully to the sound of his heart beating but then it went away..I felt the cold ground agian but felt him there around me cause my hair moved slightly. I could sense it was morning cause the cave was bright on the outside and we were close..but I figured I had to get out an streacth sinmce the pain was going down..slowly but surely. I got up without him knowing but I saw him standing out there. I smiled and walked out silently "What are you doing?" I said without him figureing out I was there. "Sorry..about you haveing to stay with me..they must of found out my weakness..my body dosen't like silver arrows..the silver is like posion in my blood"

(Hm, yeah. Rilo just thinks that she's his already lol. He'll get around to asking her about the whole thing later on at least.)

I was deep in thought, so I barely even noticed that Alexa was beginning to stir inside the cave. When I heard her voice, it startled me from my thoughts. I cringed and jumped back, which was my first reaction to being frightened. "Whew. Gave me quite a scare there," I said to her with a light laugh. "Huh? Oh, you don't need to apologize. I liked being around with you, though you were rather sick." I walked up to her again and brushed my hand past her forehead. "At least your fever's going down." I paused when she mentioned the arrows though. "Silver, huh? I hope that's not a weakness for all of the dragon race." I was rather disappointed that the hunters had found her weakness of all dragons though. If I even catch sight of a hunter, I'd be sure to block her from their view. Then they wouldn't have a clear shot. "Hungry at all?" I asked Alexa, trying to change the subject some.

Alexandra/Human/Midnight/Dragon

He asked if I was hungery..I wasn't that hungery.."Silver arrows are soemthing for me..it's no other dragon that has it..it's just me!" I said with a little bounce. "I'm not that hungery right now...but isn't the sunrise preety?" I said looking abck at it,moveing a strand of hair out of my face. I didn't look back at him. "Whay can't humans and dragons get along....." I said then trialed off..I had a friend before..we were so happy being friends..we would race and battle and play around but soon Slayers came and attack and killed her. I followed the slayers and they went out where I couldn't go. I stayed in my cave and didn't come out. "My firned when I was younger got taken by slayers and kileld I tried following but they took her some where I couldn't go..I thought they murdered her.." I said tring to hold back the tears ((Perfect song for this would be a song called "If tears could bring you back" )) "I don't want to lose you" I said looking at him..still trying to hold back the tears. "I love you..you udnerstand me..and care about me..I don't want to lose you too"

"Mhm. It is rather pretty, isn't it?" I smiled as I watched her. I wasn't sure what it was, but whenever I looked at her my stomach would just flutter. And I thought the whole butterflies in your belly thing only happened to girls. My smile faded as she explained what happened to an older friend of hers and the slayers. "Shh," I cooed as I stepped forward and pulled her into a gentle hug. She was going to cry and I certainly didn't know what to do when people cried. "You won't lose me, Alexa. Don't you worry about that." I silenced when she said those three words. I love you. Even though she was on the verge of tears, I couldn't help but smile. "I love you too, Alexa. And I certainly won't let anything like this happen to you again. I don't want to lose you either."

Alexandra/Human/Midnight/Dragons

He took me into s gentle hug.. I felt like crying but I held them back. Cause his words brightnend up my day..he loved me too. I looked up at him, His bright face and his eyes where happy. I smiled up at him and was glad he was here..cause if he wasn't I didn't know what I do. What happened went through my mind.. Our race..he cacthing me and helping me and careing about me. I didn't know who else would do this.. "Thank you..for being with me" I knew I was feeling like a kid but feeling like a kid made me go to this....I knew I had found someone that would love me and stay by my side.

"There's no need to thank me," I said with a light smile as I ran a gentle hand through her hair. "I gladly stayed with you. And, I gladly will for the rest of my life." I grinned as I ruffled up her hair playfully. Her hair wasn't messed up too much, since I wasn't quite sure how she was with her appearance. If she came to me covered in mud and her clothes ragged, I'd still love her just as much, if not more, than before. "I would ask you to go on another flight with me, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea."

Alexandra/Human/Midnight/Dragon

"Well lets test it out" I said. I felt my wings comeing out..mark was glowing and encased me in a dark flame. I felt my body change,wings..my dark scales..my tail. I felt the darkenss fade away and I felt my feet touch the ground and my wings to my side. "Race..but if I win I get a kiss and if you win you will get one from me okay!" i said with a bright happiness in my eyes.. I knew I could trust him to cacth me if I fell agian. I flew up and felt the bright sun sparkle on my scales. "Come on slow poke!" I said laughing.

"Hm, I like those prizes," I laughed as my form began to change. After a few moments, instead of a human standing, there was a blue dragon. I crouched down and wagged my tail back and forth. "Ready to race when you are!" I was certainly ready to win, though the prize was the same no matter who won. After a few moments on the cavern floor, I darted in the sky after Midnight. I playfully brushed my wing past her when I flew by, and ended up at her side. "Want to do the count down or will I?"
