The second oldest of his two other siblings, he is an ace student and is considered the luckiest of the three, having managed to avoid problems with his wit. He is skilled at information technology, computers having no secrets for him. He's easy to hang around with, and is very adaptable to everyone's personality. He's rather self-concious though, and can spend ages in front of a mirror if he feels like it.
He'd do everything for his friends, but he's not easy to boss around, especially not for strangers.
He's also a fan of many kinds of music, and thinks that Green Day rocks.

Their parents wanted to live there, and so they did. Tim was still young though, so the most of his life he has spoken Estonian; he still frequently mixes up English and Estonian words.
His father suddenly decided to divorce from his mother though, not too long ago, and he got custody over the kids. He moved to Canada. Reason? Again, none. He wanted to go there.
