When Hana was presented with a possible plan, she raised her hand to her chin, resting her index finger on it as she thought it over. The plan that the teenage boy proposed was an interesting one and it could potentially work, considering this Master A guy had arranged a love game he probably didn’t have much experience with it himself, or at least it seemed like it. It was childish to think just going to a few glamorous balls would prompt people to fall in love with complete strangers, it almost sounded like the kind of love you would find in fairytales and the like. Even if fancy dances making people fall in love was a silly idea to have, it did raise the possibility of Master A being easy enough to trick into thinking people were in love when they weren’t. It couldn’t be that hard acting like she loved someone, she had much harder roles before in movies after all. But then there was the question of what Master A thought what was convincing enough to show that a couple were in love. Was it as basic as hand holding and light pecks on the cheek a couple of times or were they going to have to behave more committed than that? Spending time together at the nightly balls was a given but was it too risky trying to act like they were in love immediately? There were a lot of questions regarding the plan that Ren had come up with but it was something at least and it seemed like it should be easy enough. Realising that she had probably been silent for long enough, Hana dropped her arm back down to her side again and nodded with a smile, “Sounds like it could work.” She commented optimistically, “Have you got any experience with acting, though? You think you can make it convincing enough?” The MEKA pilot continued, hoping that Ren did have experience before, not that it really mattered, though, they could work around it but since he was the one to suggest acting she assumed he would at least have a basic understanding of it. She considered the idea of mentioning her experience as an actress since she had played one of the leading roles in the movie Hero of My Storm, but eventually she decided against it. There wasn’t a real reason to bring it up, after all. Besides, it hadn’t been released for that long so Ren probably wouldn’t even know about it; not like he recognised her either. “It’s fine if you haven’t done acting before, though.” Hana added on finally, “It’s the only plan that we’ve got right now. Unless you wanted to risk trying to kill the guy but there’s nothing telling us where to find him.” While she spoke, she briefly turned to look around, her gaze carefully studying their surroundings as if she was expecting to find some hidden cameras or secret rooms, “Besides, how is Master A even keeping tabs on us? Do you think there are cameras around here?” Perhaps it was silly to assume there were secret cameras like it was some kind of spy movie but there was no telling what Master A had prepared for the people staying in the castle. There was also the question of if there was any staff hanging around the castle that would serve those pulled from their homes and put into the situation, surely there would be if there were meant to be balls and especially if there were going to be a lot of people staying there until they finally managed to either find love, kill Master A or somehow escape by some other means. She seriously doubted that anybody would genuinely fall in love in such a short time and if they did then it would be a fair assumption they had the same idea as Ren did which didn’t sound so strange, it was a pretty solid plan considering the situation.
Resting her hands on her hips, the MEKA pilot span on her heels to face away from Ren and in one direction down the hallway that the two of them were standing in. “Alright. Well the letter told us that we had the whole castle to explore, right? Why don’t we look around and try to find something interesting?” She suggested, turning her head to glance over her shoulder at Ren, “He mentioned there being a local village around here somewhere.” She continued, “Maybe the people there will know something about how to get out of here?” For a moment, she paused thoughtfully, her expression darkening as another possibility came to mind: what if the residents of the village were people who had been brought here before them? What if they were the ones that didn’t manage to ever go home and when Master A wanted to bring more people he just cleared out those left over and put them in the village? It was a concerning thought, to say the least, so she decided against mentioning it. There was no need for her to think of such things, after all. She was sure she could get out of this place, no problem. She had someone willing to work with her and they came with a plan which was always helpful, the alliance seemed promising too. Closing her eyes to recollect her thoughts, once she opened them again she was on her way, a new sense of determination. If there was a sure-fire way of escaping the castle and getting back home she was going to find it, definitely. She had already achieved so much despite her young age, this was going to be a piece of cake, it was only a castle with some creepy guy who wanted people to fall in love, not like it was going to be more challenging than the battles that she had faced and won. That rose another question, would she have a chance of finding her large mech suit here? She doubted it but there was always a possibility. If Master A was willing to make people suffer consequences for breaking rules then he wouldn’t just leave them no way to survive it otherwise that would have made the entire game he prepared completely and utterly pointless. You can’t make people fall in love if there are no people left to fall in love, after all.
Hana was just expecting Ren to follow along with her after she began to walk off in her search for a way out of the castle, assuming that there would be signs pointing in the general direction of the exit, or at least signs showing that she was getting closer to it. At that moment though, there seemed to be no such luck. Although disappointed, she supposed it would look strange to have exit signs in a castle. Maybe it was a case of Master A wanting to make people explore more than necessary as they searched for something specific, although she believed that it was only going to annoy people after away. Master A could have at least provided a map of the castle.

A soft chuckle escaped the teenager at Ringo’s reaction to his compliment, assuming that she appreciated it, although having doubts at first and thinking that perhaps he would make her too flustered to the point that she became uncomfortable. Hopefully Ringo would not be like that, though; it was pleasing to be able to have such a relaxed conversation even if it was merely small talk, it was making him feel more comfortable around the two girls that he had for company. Perhaps the fact that they were all stuck in the same situation was making it easier to speak to them too; it meant that they all had something in common although it wasn’t ideal and since none of them seemed to know each other prior to waking up in the castle it prevented them from having any assumptions or opinions about each other due to prior experiences. That was certainly something that Yuki appreciated, at least; no pressure from his responsibilities at the school and certainly no pressure from being the so-called “prince” of the school either. He was aware that most people knew of him, and newer students were quick to learn of him too, so meeting people who had no prior knowledge of him was a nice change of pace. “Hm?” Being pulled away from his thoughts, the teenager glanced down at his hand as he felt something brush up against it, only taking a few seconds to realise that it had been Ringo’s hand. Puzzled, his gaze shifted away from his hand and to the girl, contemplating asking if there was something the matter, perhaps she meant to grab his hand to point something out or to get his attention for some reason but it seemed too late for that as they had reached the kitchen and Ringo didn’t seem to have any other obvious intention to get his help for something. It must not have been that important, then, so there was no need to worry about it too much. Instead he turned his attention towards Ruby who began to speak.
Yuki nodded in acknowledgement when Ruby admitted that the well stocked kitchen was not a surprise, he was curious to hear what she assumed Master A would realise but she was quick to change the subject back to food before finishing what she was going to say. That was a shame. He had to assume she was probably going to point out that Master A realised that if there were going to be a lot of guests he would need to provide enough food for all of them. Yuki wasn’t going to complain about the kitchen though, of course, while it was significantly different from what he was used to back at Shigure’s house, although the cleanliness was familiar since Tohru’s stay at the house it seemed like the entirety of the castle was more inspired by and suited to Western cultures. He hadn’t travelled much before in his life, remaining in the Soma Estate for a majority of it, after all, especially with the head of the family, Akito. Again his thoughts drifted to Akito so again he quickly cleared those away. There was no need to think of him. He studied the large kitchen’s contents for a moment or two before returning his gaze towards his two companions, putting a small smile on his face once more before he spoke, “At least we should be treated fairly well here, as long as we follow the rules that Master A laid out for us in the letter.” He remarked thoughtfully. He hadn’t yet responded to the question that Ruby presented the trio with but it seemed like Ringo was more than happy to answer it, pointing out that the kitchen appeared to be set up for people to eat in there since there were already utensils and plates and, of course, food that was ready for them to eat. He assumed that they were supposed to just take what they fancied and the food would be restocked by any staff at the castle. Ringo did have a fair point of them looking strange if they began to wander around the castle with their plates of food rather than just eating in the kitchen. “The kitchen is the best place to eat, there might be more people here as well that have the same idea as us.” Yuki contributed once Ringo finished speaking and began to eat her salad. He moved towards one of the kitchen counters and took a plate, glancing over the food that was being presented to them, not much of it really appealed to him so he turned towards where multiple types of fruits were displayed. Returning the plate that he had taken, he instead picked up a bowl and began by taking some strawberries.
“Do you think that Master A will make an appearance at one of the nightly balls that will be hosted?” Yuki inquired, directing the question at both of the girls, “He didn’t mention if we would ever meet him, only the rules and the fact that we need to attend the balls and dress for the occasion.”

Clementine watched the two that she had first met when the boy tried to explain how you were supposed to properly drink orange juice. She wasn’t sure why it was such a problem how the armoured man was drinking the juice, surely it wasn’t going to personally affect anybody, besides, there would probably be other cartons found in the fridge so there was no need to get so bent out of shape about one carton. She doubted that trying to oppose or correct the armoured man was such a good idea, either. He certainly seemed like he had a lot of pent up anger and wasn’t so good at controlling it considering he instantly turned towards the option of murdering Master A rather than play by the rules, although she also had no issues with that option either. Then again, the other teen had raised some valid points before they left to go to the kitchen; they weren’t going to get any answers if Master A was dead. But then again, they potentially wouldn’t need any questions answered if his death led to their freedom. Although there was no real way of knowing if killing Master A would help them escape, maybe that would result in them being trapped there with no means of escape; if Master A was the only person who could determine if people are in love then that meant without him there would be no way of anybody escaping. There was also the question of if he was even able to be killed, perhaps he wanted people to try and attack him so that he had the excuse to punish them? All they really knew about him was his name and the fact that he was able to transport multiple people to a castle and potentially be unkillable. A frown grew on Clementine’s face; she didn’t like thinking that things were unkillable, after all. Even after the dead began walking they were still killable, it was just specifically the brain that you had to destroy to kill them. Maybe that was a similar situation as Master A? Was there something specific that had to be done in order to definitely kill him? She wasn’t sure but she made a mental note to bring that idea up if it came to discussing how they would kill Master A. Clementine doubted they would be discussing it, though, as the brunette boy was definitely against killing him whereas the armoured man was determined to kill him and probably wouldn’t be interested in discussing it, only doing it.
Then it came to the introductions after the appearance of the newcomer in the kitchen. Clementine made a point to make a mental note of the names, the first to introduce themselves being Stiles, the boy who was against the whole plan of murdering Master A. Unsurprisingly he was against her aiming her gun at the stranger as well, believing that they weren’t necessary at that moment. She narrowed her eyes as her gaze shifted towards Stiles. His aversion towards the usage of guns and general violence reminded her of Sarah, although Sarah was mainly naive at the time which was the reason for her opinion on weaponry and violence. She was an innocent girl, never liking violence or rudeness and had a general lack of awareness about the state of the world. Sarah’s father always spoke about how she couldn’t handle the outside world with walkers and the apocalypse, that she had no experience with survival which all in all made her a burden on the group. Her hesitation to turn to violence was what got her killed. Although the situation in the castle wasn’t as dangerous as the apocalypse, if it did become a dangerous place she was almost certain that Stiles, much like Sarah, could potentially become a liability. Although she supposed she had no right to make those choices considering she was the one missing a leg in the group - if it came to a fight then she would have considerable difficulty, especially considering the fact that she still wasn’t entirely used to the crutches and found it relatively easy to becoming tired from using them.
Since Stiles had introduced himself, Clementine returned her attention to the armoured man, expecting him to follow suit and give his name but instead he put down the carton of orange juice and approached stiles, promptly turning Stiles and lifting him from the ground with ease. Although perhaps she should have stepped in to stop the situation becoming too dangerous, she figured it was best to stand by rather than risk getting involved since there wasn’t much she could really do to help; she was used to killing normal people but never anybody as heavily armoured as this man she was with. At that moment, Clementine found herself staring at the taller man, eyes wide while she watched curiously as his armour began to fold in on itself and reveal his upper body. The skin colour puzzled her although that really shouldn’t have been a surprise considering he looked strange enough with his armour on so, in all honesty, the reveal only further proved that he was nothing like anything she had seen back at home. She continued to watch as he drank the orange juice again before finally introducing himself as Zed. It was curious how he referred to himself as “we” but it explained why there was the sound of multiple voices while he spoke so Clementine decided against making a comment on it. “Hey, Zed, don't you think killing Stiles isn’t going to get you any closer to Master A.” The girl pointed out eventually, figuring she should at least try to avoid further conflict amidst the unusual group, “No use fighting someone on your side.” She continued, although it was more likely that her words helped with nothing, it was worth at least trying to stop anything serious happening in the future, besides, she had grown used to trying to find ways to calm both herself and other people down. Zed wasn’t anything like AJ, though, so she supposed her techniques would need some changing.
