She refuses to wear anything made out of inorganic materials,,thus she owns a lot of plain cotton tee-shirts.

Personality: Salem is snappy and doesn't take any crap. From anyone. Whether you're the Queen of England or a teacher. She can be kind when she wants to be,which is often,but she usually doesn't talk much to people outside her family,thus resulting in her tactlessness when it comes to things like making friends and having a social life. She has one,but it's hanging on by a thread Salem really is sweet,but she's crowd she,which is the only thing she doesn't like about owning her father's company:The constant swarms of people that she can never seem to lose.

History: Her father,Edward Otivich got her making money from the time she could hold a pen. By the time she reached age 12,her dad was using the designs she drew in clothing lines that were marketed to royals. She never went to school. She was home schooled by a nanny which took away the chance she had to make friends outside of school. Pretty much her only friends growing up were her Nanny and her parents. She didn't meet the rest of her family till she was 13. When she turned 14,her father allowed her to start coming to the Otivich fashion company with him so he could teach her how to successfully run the company in case something happened to him. This turned out to be useful knowledge for Salem,because her father passed away a year and a half after.

History:Vannah was the youngest of her mothers childern, and there is a very distinct reason for this, she was adopted. After her mother,Magdala Otivich, had other children for some reason, she couldent bare another. Thus Vannah was adopted from a local orphanage as an infant. She had never known her birth parents because they were killed, as far as she knows, and took it hard(perhaps the hardest) when her mother,Magdala Otivich, died since she had only found out she was adopted days before.

Personality: Nixon is a overly childish boy, and (despite the image
I've used) is an active, happy kid. He has quite the curious nature,
and that often gets him into trouble. Although Nixon has a cheerful
disposition, he has an irrational fear of the dark, and its close to the
only thing that can throw him out of his seemingly constant good mood.
His childish behavious often stands in the way of doing any real work in the
family business he was left with, and staying on track takes a lot of energy,
but he has managed through the years.

History: Nixon hadn't originally lived within the mansion and his siblings,
though his birth father is Thomas Otivich. At birth he was adopted into
his fathers close friends' family, although why his father had given him up
he will never know. After the Otivich's died, Nixon was summoned back
to the family house, his name left in the will for one of the families businesses.

History: When taylor was a little girl, her mother introduced her to the Otivich family. Her mother and their mother were good friends and her mother figured that the girls in the family would be good friends too. When Taylor was 12, her mother was bringing home her little brother from karate when a drunk driver hit their car and they both died. Taylor was forced to move in with her father who still lived in the area but divorced her mother and left the kids. Taylor stayed friends with the Otivich's and they became even closer when her mother passed.

Being spoilt as a child meant that Peter is used to getting her way - she is like a teenage prep and treats others as if she is superior.
