"a regular mom. She kept the Demi god secret from Alex and i well that is until we shadow traveled to California. Other than that she was very kind and sweet, but could be strict" he said staring out at the ocean. "how bout you?"

" Well, I don't know. I've met my mom- Aphrodite- for about 10 minutes. She was nice I guess but I've always wished I had a mom growing up." AnnaBelle said with a sigh.

"Alight." she sighed. She let go of his hand and pulled him in close for a hug, resting her head on his shoulder. "Even if I did go, I think I'd be a wreck the whole time. My dad died in a hospital. It's a horrible thing to watch someone die. I hope you never have to see it." she said. "I'm so sorry Carter. I love you." she whispered.
