Haru walked over to her and put his hand on her shoulder, not even hesitating this time. "I screwed this up once today. I'm not gonna let you walk out again." He said, quietly, but firmly.

She stopped, sighing. She turned and looked at him but stayed silent.

He raised an eyebrow. "Why do you keep walking out on me? And why did Akito insist that you care about me?" He asked softly.

She stared up at him. She wrapped her arms around him and hugged him tight, putting her head on his chest.

Rin scoffed sarcastically. "Can we go back to Shigure's?" She whispered, hoping Akito wouldn't hear, her head still on his chest.

Haru nodded. "Yeah." He whispered in her ear and looked out at the porch. Akito was still sitting there like he hadn't heard a thing and a sighed. "I think the back door would be a good idea." He whispered to her and cast a glance back at Aito again.

Rin nodded and opened the door. She walked out slowly, smiling at the floor.

He watched her walk out and smiled to himself before following her and closing the door without a sound. Once they were outside and walked over to the left side of the main house and looked at Akito sitting on the porch, completely unaware that they were leaving. Walking briskly over to the other side of the house, he saw the gate and turned to Rin, signalling for her to follow quickly. After a few moments, he walked over to the gate and pushed it open soundlessly before sliding out and closing it behind Rin.
