Alex took her hand again, feeling better once he did. He felt complete again, as cliche as that sounded. He pulled her to the nurse's office and they were both sent on their way. "I told you..." He muttered.

Alex took her back to their home, keeping in the shade, away from the sunlight.

When they got home, she fell down onto the couch. "Ugh...Alex...I feel...light...headed." she breathed out slowly.

Alex frowned lightly, wondering why. "Hmm... It can't be because of blood, you drank last night... I kept to the shade so it can't be because of light..." he spoke quietly.

[Crysie Cuddles]

Midnight felt a lot of pain, and clutched her chest. "Ugh...my...body...hurts." she breathed out slowly.

Alex's eyes widened. "Right... Okay, that's just your human blood dying..." He muttered, it had been a while since he was human. He pulled her into a hug. "I can't help you..."

"It's alright, you're already helping me be happy, by just being here." she told, returning the hug.

Alex smiled gently, placing a soft kiss on the crown of her head. "Has it stopped hurting yet?" He asked, a hand stroking her back calmingly.

"No, but the pain lessened at least." she told him, burying her face in his chest.
