Mayia watched as Sunspot left and nodded as he did. She leaned against the wall behind her and sighed lightly, trying to keepherself from drifting off in the silence. She began to sing quietly to herself to keep her mind from wandering. The words she spoke nonexistant and the melody was familliar to her so it didn't matter. She just didn't want to be left alone with her thoughts.

Annie laid the paper down on the desk. A small smile crossed her lips before she half walked, half levitated to the door. That was a good waste of time. she thought, slinking her way down the hallways to an exit. She wanted to speak with Knight about the lanterns, but he was napping. Skye was playing teacher. Andrew was on her bad side. In the end of it, she ultimately decided on wandering through the dorm buildings. Hopefully someone would come along, though she highly doubted it.

As the door closed behind him, the ocelot jumped onto Milo's shoulders and sank in his claws. "Idiot!" he hissed. "What happened to Jess was not your fault." Milo brushed him away, forcing the long cat to jump for the floor. "Oh, yeah?" he snarled. "She was my sister, Sunspot! It was my duty to protect her, and I failed. That makes it my fault."

[Mayiamaru]

Mayia had pressed her hands over her ears, shutting her eyes tightly and humming to herself to keep the voices out. She was not comfortable with Milo yelling in the hallway, but she was also terriffied by what something in her head was telling her. "Just like you... You can't protect anyone... All you've ever done was destroy..." That menacing, feminine voice just calling out to her. Mayia didn't like it one bit. She tried to stay strong though and forced her eyes to open, staring at the sheets. "It's not true.... It's not true..." She whispered again and again to try and convince herself of otherwise, even if that didn't work.

Sunspot sank his claws into Milo's leg and snarled, "What happened to Jess doesn't matter any more! Mayia's the one you need to protect now. You've left her in there, alone. If she dies because you're out here, then it really will be your fault. Her death will weigh on your for the rest of your lives."

[Mayiamaru]

Mayia finally surpressed that memory and took in a deep breath, on her hands and knees. She was breathing rather harshly for not doing anything... physically. Lomura would never stop at trying to mess with Mayia's head, and with her newly weakened state, it hurt more to restrict her. ... M-Maybe I should get out of here... Mayia thought to herself, staring at the covered between her hands. If Lomura took over here, Milo might die at her hand. Mayia couldn't let that happen, but right now, she was tired.

[~Lotus~]

Lotus woke up, and realized she had fallen asleep on the table she was at earlier this morning. Hm, it's not too late. I feel like sleeping though I don't need to. It helps time pass so quickly. She said putting her head back down on her folded arms. Lotus didn't like sleeping, it made her open to attacks, and pranks, but she didn't really care. For some reason, today was the day she decided to be lazy.

After an hour or so of walking around, Annie found her through the hallways of the boys dorm passing Knight's room, the door wide open. "Knight?" She asked, as she took a step inside the familiar room, her brows furrowed at the sight of Knight asleep over the covers on his bed. "Nice." She said leaning against the wall, with a small laugh. Most definitely something she would tell him about later, or now if he happened to stir.

[Mayiamaru]

Knight blunk a few times and groaned lightly, not bothering to move. "... What?..." He slurred quietly. He actually woke up a little while ago and didn't feel like getting up again. "... Am I in trouble?... Did someone find out where Blazer hid his stash?..." Knight asked tiredly, shutting his eyes again after figuring out who was there.

"Stash?" Annie asked. "No, not trouble. Could've been though, left your door open." She said closing the door. "Back to the stash.. what stash?" She asked, raising an eyebrow. I was nearing 4pm, still 4 hours till Knight would leave for town. As many times as she told herself she didn't want to go, she really did, she missed the lanterns. They were like a drug-addiction, after one line you'd want more.
