there was an idea to bring together a group of remarkable people, see if they could become something more, see if they could work together when they needed to, and to fight the battles earth never could. After the heroes of earth managed to repel Thanos the planet began to garner a new level of recognition from their intergalactic neighbors. What was once seen as a backwater planet was now regarded as a threat, and in an effort to form alliances and prevent further wars from breaking out a new initiative was formed. The Benazir program was put into effect sending a few groups of Terrans, under the supervision of the heroes of earth.

I know they're awful but there aren't to many

1. all cs rules apply
2. when using ocs that are alien races try to keep them balanced, in other words if they are really powerful give them a big weakness
3. keep the male to female gender ratio semi-even
4. try to keep the groups semi-even
5. if/when conflict happens use attempted attacks like 'xxx fired an energy beam at xxx' as opposed to direct attacks like 'xxx hit xxx with an energy beam'
6. in regards to the previous rule no one is perfect so please allow your character to be hit every once and a while
7. the ratio of terrans to aliens can be uneven, but the ratio of one alien species to another should be kept semi-even
8. hybrids, oc alien races, and inhumans are all allowed but please check with me before hand
9. the number of people allowed to play a certain hybrid of certain races will vary depending on whose involved (for example Skrull hybrids will be pretty common, but terran hyrbids are not)
10. out of character chatter + forms should be kept to the discussion thread
11. celestials, celestial hybrids, and symbiotes will not be allowed at the moment (Starlord will be regarded as a Spartax/Spartoi and Terran hybrid not celestial)
