At once the tension in the air returned--Abo had made it to Natsumi's last nerve, and Takumi only aggravated the situation by trying to defend her. Susumu watched the drama unfold, idly sipping his tea as a permanent smirk stained his lips. This was a daily ritual at this point, but that didn't make it any less fun to watch. It wasn't long before Natsumi got fed up and stormed out, though this didn't seem to even faze Abo. "Tsk tsk, that's no way to treat a lady, Abo." The older villain tutted. "You'll get nowhere in life like that. But back to the topic at hand," Susumu found himself cut short by the entrance of another: Cho. The feline villain dropped from the ceiling as though the feat were common place, which for her it was. "What did I miss?" Abo wasted little time filling her in on the plan. "Good to see you, Kitten." Susumu took another sip of his drink before resuming his original thought, only for yet another member of their crew to emerge from her cave. He threw up an exasperated hand to Rin. "Why the hell didn't you tell anyone you were here already?" Nagato had a nasty habit of either showing up three hours early or three hours late, and there was no in between. "Now that we know you're here, I'll fill you in." Susumu broke down the plan to the young hacker, filling her in on everything that had already been discussed previously. "I hope whatever stunt you pulled in there might play a beneficial role in this, even if it just spreads the Pros a little thinner than normal."

From the looks of things, the foundations of the plan had fallen into place. Abo was intent on sneaking down to the hero camp, and they already had one of their own lurking within the ranks of UA. Susumu made it an act to trust Tanaka, but in reality the boy was on thin ice. He was living with a foot in both worlds, and with his age, he could go either way. "Now that everyone's here, let's get serious." The villain set his drink aside and sat forward in his chair. "We still have all day to work out the kinks, so let's buckle down and make a plan. We can fill Natsumi in on the details later since she asked, but for now since Abo so graciously volunteered, he'll be the one to head down to UA's camp and scout. Tanaka's our bug, so I'll let him know what we're planning and fill him in on everything once it's final. Everyone has a role to play here, so let's figure out what that role will be before throwing ourselves into the middle of nowhere with a bunch of heroes, capiche?" The next hours were spent in serious discussion, with Susumu doing what he could to keep the easily distracted villains on track with fully fleshing out their plan against the bothersome UA students. As promised, he brought both Natsumi and Tanaka up to speed on what roles they each would be playing in the master plan, though he kept the details sparingly bland in his message to Riku on the off chance he had a change of heart. The other villains in the League might have some soft spots in their morals, but Susumu was twisted enough to do whatever he needed to do should the situation arise, including but not limited to murder.

The idea of a training camp sounded thrilling. It gave Arctica a chance to be out of the city and free from all the nighttime noise, and most of all, more hands-on hero training. No more written exams, no more textbooks, nothing beyond her two hands, two feet, and her tail. Despite her shyness, the young student was bubbling with excitement among her fellow 1-B students on the bus ride. She sat by herself towards the back, squirming and fidgeting the entire way there. Her fighting spirit naturally gave her an excess of energy, but her general disposition against it meant she needed other outlets, which usually resulted in her being unable to sit still. It certainly didn't help in the classroom, but outside of it, Arctica excelled. When her class arrived at the training camp, a sudden wave of shyness kept her amidst the others in her class. She didn't know anyone from 1-A, but she didn't recognize the name of the girl sharing her cabin, either. Arctica squinted at the number. I can't tell if this is a one or a seven. After a few hard seconds, she realized the number was too narrow to be a seven. Her cheeks flushed with an embarrassed red as she bundled herself away to her cabin, unpacking everything she'd brought along.

Another part of the training camp meant they'd probably do a lot more of their hero training in costume, which meant she'd be free of the uncomfortable tightness of her school uniform, which thankfully she didn't even have to bring along. The clothing she wore outside of school was far looser and more comfortable, and additionally, it gave her the mobility she needed in most situations. After unpacking, Arctica hurried back outside. The bright sun felt great on her salmon colored skin, and she stood still in it for a moment before opening her eyes. Many of the other students were already mingling between classes, and while Arctica wouldn't mind too much trying to get to know the 1-A student she shared a cabin with, she couldn't begin to guess which one was Kaori. Instead, she stuck to what she knew and sought out another from her class. The only student who didn't look busy already was a boy named Tanaka Riku. He was only a year older than Arctica, but he seemed more confident than a lot of the other hero course students. The girl sheepishly ran a hand up her horn as she approached her classmate. "Ex-Excuse meโ€ฆ" Even as she began to speak, Arctica just as quickly lost her nerve and her stuttering words were spoken just barely above a whisper. She stopped about ten feet from her classmate, her tail curling with indecisiveness before she tucked it in retreat. Mingling wasn't her strong suit, so the young hero decided to explore the camp instead.

Hours passed that left Arctica unaccounted for, and while she'd never want to admit it, she'd gotten a little lost in the forest surrounding the training camp. I can use this as an exercise to sharpen my senses. Yeah, great idea. She sighed in frustration, knocking her fist against the gem on her head. She never properly learned how to sense ki energy, and what little she did know wasn't enough to point her back towards camp. She felt ki everywhere. In the trees, from all the birds and insects, sensing it wasn't an issue--she couldn't pick out what was what, and which ones felt stronger than others. All the energies mixed too much that it hurt her head. Maybe Iโ€™d be better at if it were a quirk and not a techniqueโ€ฆ She thought with a sigh, pushing the overwhelming energies from her mind. By the time Arctica found her way back to camp, night had already fallen, and she readied herself for a scolding either tonight or early the next morning. She couldnโ€™t see anybody lurking around at first, and opening herself once again to sensing energy didnโ€™t tell her much more either. Arctica slunk silently around the edge of the open fields, though before she made it back to the cabins she noted a familiar face. Well, she couldnโ€™t see his face, but she knew by his height and general body shape that it was Riku. What is he doing out so late? She wasnโ€™t in any situation to talk, but curiosity got the better of her. "T-Tanak-k-ka?" She jogged to approach him. "Wh-What are you doing o-o..out here so l-late?" Arctica was dressed in the same outfit she'd worn on the bus ride up to camp, consisting of a loose pair of workout shorts and a sleeveless t-shirt with a cat printed on the front.

"Field trip!" The pro hero sang cheerfully once she got the news. Reina hadn't attended UA herself growing up, but her own experience at Ketsubutsu Academy's training camp only made her more excited for the week ahead of her, for both herself and her students. "Fiiiield triiiip!" She hummed the constant mantra as her 1-B students boarded the bus, not seeming to notice just how early in the morning it was. The drive away from all things civilized was rather uneventful, equal parts because her entire class consisted of less than half the students in 1-A and most of them were rather introverted. Hopefully they'll learn some social skills while they're here. Mitsuo was the only one who seemed to already have social prowess in the bag. All at once, their trip came to an end and all of the students piled off and dispersed, Reina gave each of them a cheerful smile as they went their separate ways. She trusted them to mingle with the 1-A students and keep out of trouble, and with that in mind, she took a much needed snack break. The odd utility of her quirk led to the pro hero training herself to gain conscious control over several different muscle and organ functions that were normally involuntary, and with that came a bad snacking habit. Who knew that in order to keep in practice, she had to eat far more often than any reasonable pro hero?

Yamaguchi herself spent the first "unofficial" day of the training camp letting her students mingle and show off to the others in their rivaling class, free from her own interference unless any of them went too far. Of course, that didn't come to pass, so she chalked the day up as a success... until the end of the day when one of her students was missing. Reina immediately assumed the worst, donning her hero costume and setting out to find Arctica. She was a timid student with a simple survivability quirk, nothing too over the top aside from some prior hand-to-hand experience before coming to UA. "She couldn't have gone far on her own." Reina had worry on her mind, beating herself up for so carelessly allowing one of her students to wander off without supervision. What if she's been injured? Cornered, or even attacked by something more dangerous than wild animals? With villains growing bolder and bolder each day, she couldn't afford to take any chances, not with the life of one of her students. She trusted Ishikawa and Kaedae to keep an eye on the other students from both classes until she returned with Arctica.

It was another day in paradise for Kiya. Yet another day of being isolated in his room..in this building. Hey, at least it wasnโ€™t cramped inside here. It was the size of a small apartment, so it was pretty spacey. The boy was trying to enjoy his time right now after a long day of classes. Kiya was stretched out on the couch, with a bag honey barbecue chips in his hands. In front of was a wide screen tv and on the t.v, a anime was playing. It was his favorite anime, a talking super hero dog and his human friend going around saving the world and stuff. It was kinda sad however, this was the season finale and the next seasonโ€™s date wasnโ€™t released. Maybe he could go online and find some more information on it. There should leaks on the release date somewhere if he looked around hard enough. Oh fan sites? Blogs? Or maybe no one couldnโ€™t find it. It was fine, he could always keep his self hyped by playing the video and re watching the first five seasons again.

Finally, the hours special ended. An look of disappointment came on the boyโ€™s face.โ€Urg! Man! Why did it have to end like that?! Gosh..that suspense tho.โ€ Kiya huffed and glanced at the computer that was sitting on top of smooth brown desk that rested in a corner by the sealed window. It wasnโ€™t completely steal, some light can be seen sneaking itโ€™s way through the crackโ€...Humm..mom said she was going to call today. Maybe..she's busy or doesnโ€™t feel well.โ€ The boy looked at the silver high tech bracelet on his wrist, poking at it before his attention was shifted towards the door. There it was, the clicking noise he was waiting for. Thank goodness, it was lunch time now! A rather tall man entered the room, laying a tray of food on the table.โ€ Hey kid, lunchtime.โ€ With excitement, Kiya made his way over towards the table to see what was brought to him. Was it..raman? Of course it wasnโ€™t.

Again, a disappointed look came across his face. A large bowl full of salad, sliced apples, and apple juice..well, at least the salad had meat in it..grill meat.โ€Umm..this isnโ€™t..raman? I thought today was raman day? Wait, where is Mrs. Aina?โ€ Kiya huffed, taking a seat at the table. The man that stood by him didnโ€™t seem to happy.โ€ Teh, way to much noodles in your diet. Listen kid, iโ€™m not going to spoil you like Aina ok? Such a pain my little sister is..treating monsters like their humans or something.โ€ the man spat.โ€ My sister is out sick, so iโ€™ll be bringing you food. Donโ€™t expect me to treat you like she did. Once a villain..always villain. Once a monster..always a monster.โ€ the man turn his back and started to walk out.โ€Iโ€™ll be in twenty. Also, you have to go to the lab tomorrow. Donโ€™t forget.โ€

Yeah, he was right..Kiya was a monster. That's why he was locked up here, because he hurt so many people like his mother. He started to eat what was in front of him and even if it wasnโ€™t what he wanted, he ate it all. After he was done, Kiya decided to head for the computer and maybe play a mmorpg for a while. Just when he was about to turn the computer on, the clicking noise from the door could be heard and form the screen of the computer screen, a deep voice spoke. He was free? Did someone actually..set him free? Finally, he could see the outside world..he could see his mother! "H-Hey..who are you?!" there was no response of course. At first kiya hesitated, but he grabbed his shoes and rushed over towards the door. It really was unlocked..someone really did help him. There was no time to stand around, Kiya rushed out the door and started to run down the hallways. He paused, hearing some commotion and soon the alarms when they started to go off.

This was bad..Kiya could hear rushing footsteps coming from both side of him.โ€W-What do i do now?โ€ His eyes landed on the garbage shoot in front of him..that was his ticket out. He inhaled a deep breath before climbing inside, sliding down the shoot and landed in a dumpster behind the building. Being unaware that pieces of trash stuck form his brown hair, kiya started to make his way out and made a run from it, a huge grin on his face.โ€I-I canโ€™t believe it..itโ€™s been so long..โ€ tears flew from his eyes as he started to depart from the building. However...he wasnโ€™t off the hook just yet. Or was he?

abo let out a small scoff about susumu's remarks. "yeah, sure." he murmured. shoving his hands into his pockets, he focused his stare at the older villain. "well then. i'll be taking my leave then. the camp isn't that far," he let out a small huff. "see you at the camp" he sighed. walking out of the hide out, his eyes adjusted to the dark. shutting his eyes, he slowly opened his eyes. the camp isn't far, i can just meet up with the villains there as they get their stuff ready, he let out a small hum. walking towards the camp, it took around 20-30 minutes before caught sight of the actual camp. it was pretty big to be a camp. he let out a small scoff of jealousy, if he had made it he'd probably be in this camp long before these kids were. pulling the hood over his head, he walked into the camp. already, he spotted the training field and a small figure sitting in the middle of it. he could just throw one of his force fields at them- but if any heroes were around it would be them versus one abo.

his eyes wandered the camp. he looked like any other teen from afar. but it someone were to come up to abo and look at his face they'd immediately recognize him as a villain who liked to trash the city for fun. he didn't really have a villain name yet. letting out a small hum, he watched the figure from afar. he'd prefer waiting for every other villain before initiating. his eyes flickered to the entrance of the camp. surely they'd come before abo had the temptation to do anything. cracking one of his fingers, he let out another bored scoff. "that's it-" he cut himself off.

jerking his arms he let out a smirk. small force fields on his arms slowly grew. biding his time, he stared at the field. he would throw the force field on both ends of the field. flinging his arms towards the direction of the field, the sounds of the force field synchronized together. once the field hit the ground. two separate small and minor explosions were created. backing up slightly, his eyes narrowed down. had anyone seen him? he didn't care if the villains scolded him at this point.

tanaka jumped slightly, scolding himself for ever being scared out of no where. turning around, he had to look down at Artica. they haven't talked much before but he did recognized her as one of the people in his class. his brows furrowed at her comment. "i'm just out here for some fresh air, it beats the normal day time heat." he murmured. looking around, he hummed. "it's not that late actually," he crossed his arms. "so my question is- what are you doing out here?" he asked. he wasn't very intimidating as much as he tried to be. tanaka was also rather upset he let himself jump and become distracted from the current objective. "you should go back to the cabins, i don't think it's safe out here as of right now," he mentioned.

he was partially right. it wasn't going to be safe in the next couple moments for anyone in the field. his green eyes narrowed at the shorter girl. "yeah, you should definitely go back," he tugged at the makeshift mask. it wasn't enough obviously. if one of his classmates could recognize him then anyone else will. he needed something better. at the current moment though he didn't have anything to cover himself. a small flare of frustration sparked within him. he should've taken more time with making sure he was unrecognizable. maybe his hair was a rather obvious give away. it wasn't the most unique hair color or style. it was just a boring dull brown and messy. running a hand through his hair, he turned back to the smaller girl.

"anything you need from me?" he asked, tilting his head slightly. he didn't want to seem mean or rude right now. he needed to fake a nice and an innocent manner. "oh! and i just maybe wanted to practice for a little while longer before i went in and sleep." he added on. it wasn't long before he heard a familiar sound from abo's quirk followed up by an explosion. turning around, he knew it was probably asao who did it.

His day had been fairly quiet after he had been able to leave Haru. Now he found himself meditating in peace near the edge of the camp. It had been the best spot he could find that was away from most people. Sitting in complete silence, Yoshiro attempted to clear his mind and get himself in a positive place. The events earlier today had really gotten to him and if he didn't push past them soon enough then they'd eat him alive. One little setback wasn't going to cost him everything he had worked to up till now. He had to remind himself of that. He would only become stronger from this point on and it was up to him to stick to that. That would mean increasing his studies of weapons as well as testing them out when he could to insure that he could infact make them. There were some limitations to even the weapons he could make. Supposedly, his father claimed there wouldn't be many and that his great grandfather that had last had such a quirk had been able to combine parts of his body to make larger weapons that dealt more damage. That was something he still hadn't been able to figure out for himself. He thought it would have been easy, but he had been wrong about that. Perhaps that was something he could learn to do at a place like this. That was what he could hope would happen. For now he'd have to stick to what he knew and strengthen it to the best of his abilities until he could create new techniques like he so desired. He had no choice but to do so. Everything he was doing was to not only prove himself in this society, but to show that his dangerous quirk could be used for good rather than evil. That was yet another reason he avoided others. The number of times he had been told that a quirk like his wasn't one a hero would possessed had quickly turned him cold to others opinions and his father's constant advice of never trusting others didn't help that either. But even so that wasn't the most important reason why he had to become a hero. He owed it to his sister for what she had done to protect him. As much as they had never bonded given the age gap between them, he still believed that he needed to become a hero in her steed. If it hadn't been for his recklessness two years ago, she'd probably still be a hero but he had thought that he could protect his family's estate when robbers came along. To think that was the last time he had dare to create a lethal weapon too. It was all because his back had been to the wall and he thought he was going to die.

Huffing softly, he forced the negative thoughts from his mind. Those were even worse than thinking of today's failure. Calm yourself, Yoshiro. Clear it from your mind, he thought himself mentally. Taking a deep breath, he began to relax once again. However, it was short lived. This time it wasn't his own doing though. At the sound of an explosion, his eyes shot open. "An explosion at this hour?" he mumbled softly. From what he knew they weren't supposed to be practicing at this time of the night unless someone had gotten supervision from one of the instructors. It made him wonder if that was the case. It was only the first day so he really hadn't expected anyone to want to be up practicing if they actually had some free time. It may be the only time they got to themselves or to sit down and relax while they were at camp. Either way, he wanted to know what was happening. There was only one way to find out. Rising to his feet, he quickly dusted his pants off and began making his way towards the training grounds in silence. As he neared the grounds, he found a place to hide so he could see what was happening without anyone immediately noticing that he was present. He had no reason other than that. The less noticeable he was the less likely someone was going to bother him. It was as simple as that. Looking out from his place, his eyes quickly scanned the field and he instantly noticed two strange bubble looking things on both ends and a figure between the two of them. Adjusting his glasses, the teen squinted in attempt to make out who the figure was.

It took him a moment, but he was more than certain it was the girl from earlier. He didn't recall her saying she could create forcefields though. Someone else had to be present then. Scanning the area for another figure, Yoshiro couldn't pick out one. That was worrisome in itself. If she was practicing with someone then they ought to be nearby too, but that didn't seem to be the case. Something wasn't right and it put him on edge. He couldn't be too brash though. For now staying put was his best course of action. If something was wrong then maybe he could catch whomever it was by surprise.

The day seemed to move by quickly and soon enough Rin found herself alone in the hideout given that she didn't have much to do with the attack on the camp. There was nothing she could really do given the limited amount of technology that was present on sight. There wasn't even much a phone system she could hack into to shutdown to prevent any calls from going out to pro heroes. Even if they did manage to call the camp was isolated enough that it would take time for anyone to show up thus her quirk was extremely useless to the plan that the others had come up with. That didn't bother her. Unlike the others, she had very little interest in messing with UA. She really didn't care who she was up against with her quirk. The bigger they were the better. Sure UA was big, but there was very little that she could hack into that would cause many problems and that in itself didn't excite her like other things did. She was sure that the others understood this. Even so they let her be. Maybe they also understood she wouldn't hesitate to turn on them if they crossed her. She may be the youngest among them but no adult scared her. Besides, she could leak information faster than they could take her out if that is what it would come to. For now it seemed she wouldn't have to worry about that though even though she often did her own things and didn't work much with the others. It was mostly because she did her own little projects without telling anyone else. That was exactly what she was planning to do now even though she had been told to stay put at the base for the time being. That seemed like no fun. Sitting around in a place like this would bore her in a matter of minutes. Besides, she needed to check in on what she had done earlier in the day. There was only so much of it that she could do from her laptop. Her only option was to go out and try to find the boy herself. That was easier said than done.

Tapping her fingers against the countertop, Rin stared quietly at her screen as she read over an article about the problem she had caused. It assumed her how much unrest she had managed to cause and it seemed that the boy had taken the chance to escape that she had given him. This was perfect. His quirk would be useful to the League if she could find him. The others had seemed to only scold her for pulling something when they had plotted this attack, but that wasn't her problem. Letting it wait would have killed her and she wasn't down for that. Heroes would be searching for the boy she had helped escape anyways so it would benefit the others although she didn't think it mattered anyways. If anything it would make her own task much more dangerous then again as a teen she barely rose any kind of suspicions. The hard part would be getting away from her screen for an extended period of time. Closing her laptop, the hacker climbed to her feet and let a soft sigh escape her lips. Where was she supposed to start her search? It had been hours since she had set her plan in motion so Kiya could be anywhere by now. It would take a great amount of luck for her to actually find him, but it was better than sitting around waiting for something to happen that needed her attention. It wasn't as if anyone was around to keep an eye on her anyways and she doubted if there was that they would want to help her find this boy. This was the best case scenario for her. Taking the opportunity to go out, Rin did just that. Exiting the building, she quickly dug in her pocket for her phone and quickly began searching for possible locations that Kiya might have headed for. Nothing came up though. This was going to be harder than she thought. She wouldn't get discouraged though.

Walking along, she kept her eyes peeled for anyone that might look even slightly suspicious. If she were in this boy's shoes, where would she go? That question didn't help much given she didn't know how he thought. Still no matter how much she tried to think it over, she couldn't come to an answer. Luck was all she had right now and that wasn't anything to go on. "This is going to suck," she huffed.

tensing his hand, he watched as his force fields disappear. staring at the silhouette of a student in the middle, he flicked his hand and watched as a force field formed around the figure. the loud sound of the force field was sure to bring attention to some people- possibly not all of them though. at this point abo didn't care. walking to the field, the dust slowly left the scene a small breeze taking it away, unfortunately also took his hood with it. looking around, his eye's seemed to be the brightest at night time. in fact- they matched the same glow as his force field. leaning on the force field, he let out a small sigh. he didn't care to check who was in the bubble. "man, when are these guys coming," he mumbled, his voice was laced with small annoyance. the one time he got to do something he didn't have the back-up. then again it was him who started all of this. turning his head behind him slightly, he only saw a small little figure in the bubble. they're small they can't do much, plus my quirk is basically quirk proof, he thought, brows raised at the realization. touching his force field he wondered if it could break with a strong enough quirk. he's never actually seen it happen, but he doesn't battle often so the strength of his force fields can't be given an exact pinpoint on how strong they were.

sliding onto the ground his back still against the force field he let out a small yawn. "i thought this place had some wanna be heroes or something, where are they," he said loudly just in case anyone was near him. his eyes scanned his surroundings. at this point, everything was clear. anyone could see him out in the open, his blue eyes and the blue force-field didn't help either. he heard small banging from the inside of the bubble. "stop that would you?" he growled at the small girl in it. examining her, she seemed worn out- fatigued almost. an easy target in his eyes. "good catch. abo" he praised himself rolling his eyes. surely the explosion would've caused some students to wake up and see what the commotion was, but no one was here yet. "hm, seems like no one's gonna rescue you...?" he paused, staring at the figure inside of the bubble waiting for them to say their name. "haru."

he let out a small snicker. some heroes. shoving his hands inside his pockets, the air suddenly grew cold. closing his eyes, he released a yawn. how are we gonna get this kid out of here? he questioned. maybe natsumi could knock the girl out cold with her weird gases. or tanaka could render her defenseless first. while abo wasn't exactly tired due to his quirk quite yet, he did feel sleepy. furrowing his brows, he took one good look of his surroundings before shutting his eyes.

Yukiko-6;Kaede-2

Postby Ice_The_Random » Fri Apr 05, 2019 8:04 pm

Yukiko Kita
Age: 16|F|Class: 1-B|Quirk: Arctic Fox|Tags:| Location: Cabins |
Pulling her duffle bag back into her hands, the teen fox quirk holder pulled out the paper from her pocket, reading the number. "Seven, huh," she thought, her ears twitching to some noise in the trees. Stepping to the mentioned numbered cabin, she saw two others she knew where her classmates. Shaking her head, she slipped inside the cabin, claiming the unclaimed bed before flopping onto it with a sigh.

A few minutes later, she heard what sounded like an explosion, she yelped slightly. Jumping up, she shifted into her fox form with a slight pop and a puff of smoke, revealing a smallish, juvenile white an silver fox scurrying under the bed with a whine. Her golden eyes flicked around wildly, ears flat against her head as she calmed herself a little with the silence. Yukiko kept her breathing even as she listened, putting her head on her silver shaded paws.

Kaede Kita
Age:60|F|Job:Guidance Counselor|Quirk:Fox|Location: At the Kita House|Tags:N/A|
Kaede gave a relaxed sigh as she sat on the couch, her tail flicking with contentment as she closed her eyes to relax. Kohaku had already gone to sleep, having worn himself out earlier. Her ears flicked as she heard Mana enter the living room, opening her eyes when the Akita jumped onto the couch with her. Giving the dog behind the ears, she smiled gently.
"Mana, sometimes you have to just enjoy the quiet times," she stated, earning a sigh from the canine. Laughing she added, "Oh, you'll understand when you're older, you pup you."
Mana gave a soft bark in protest, earning another laugh from the retired vigilante. The two fell into comfortable silence as Kaede turned on the television to some sitcom.

xxxxxxSTATUS. league of villains & LOC. the camp & TAGS. abo, league & WORD COUNT. 1,108
xxleaning across the table now, she propped her elbows up and rested her chin in her open palm. with rin now joining them, a good amount of the league was here. minus natsumi and tanaka, of course. which meant it was a good time than ever to start going into details and coming up with a serious plan for tonight. it was obvious that they wanted to make a scene at the camp the U.A students were staying out. whether to just ruffle them up a bit or even kidnap a couple was the question at hand. kidnapping seemed liked the best thing, but it also came with several consequences and such. there was the obvious problem of pro-heroes being there who could easily put them in a bind, and of course the possibility of getting their hands on the wrong kid. kurohime liked to be confident in both her own and her team's abilities, but she also knew when to be cautious. she has managed to evade capture for the entirety of five years since becoming a villain, she wasn't about too let that change. so until they could come up with a solid plan, she was on the edge about this whole thing. as usual, susumu was the first to initiate this - buckling everybody down to create a plan together. the next several hours or something (she lost track honestly) were spent discussing the plans and each individuals role, though kurohime grew quite bored halfway through, nothing new there. she was one all for plans, but tended to check out just as quickly. by the time they had finished, abo was quick to dismiss himself, telling them he would meet them at the camp. she wasn't a fan of the idea of him going alone but she let him go, knowing he could also handle himself pretty well. plus, she knew it wouldn't be long before they joined him.

xxwith nightfall falling across the city, the league were ready to make their move. the nightly hours were much easier to work in, plus the cool air always felt good against her adrenaline ride whenever committing crimes. though, she had to admit, it didn't feel so good when she had to get up at 6am for her shift at the coffee shop. sleep deprivation probably didn't help her case of insanity. once the rest of the league were ready, including herself, kurohime quietly walked out of the hideout. she felt jittery, excited as the light breeze hit her bare skin. the woman found herself squealing quietly, clasping her hands in front of herself, "i'm so excited!" she said out loud, but made sure to keep her voice low. for the most part, everybody was participating except rin - stating her quirk was no help in this plan therefore she would be bored. it was always so much more exciting whenever they did something as a group, striking ten times the amount of fear into people. it appeared kidnapping one or two students was on their list of things to do tonight, which made things even more thrilling. kurohime had her fair share of hurting people, even murdering a few over her years of becoming a villain - but she mostly drove people insane with her quirk. planting hallucinations into a person's mind could really mess you up, several of them resulting in suicide. that or they were often placed into a mental hospital, her stuff was freaky. still, maede took pride in this, loving every last bit of her quirk. even the part that drove her to her own insanity. haunted with her own paranoia, its amazing she's still functional the way she is.

xxthe walk to the camp was a good twenty to thirty minutes, boring kurohime half to death. she chatted the ear off whatever villain was willing to listen, resulting in many of them already growing annoyed of the purple-haired woman. now that they were closer to the camp, she wasn't able to contain her excitement, running ahead of the rest of the group. having heard the sound of mini explosions in the distance, she figured it was abo's doing which led her right to him. before she got to him though, kurohime had climbed up a tree, balancing on a branch toward the top and overlooking the area. it was a pretty big camp, even she had to admit that, but what else should she except from U.A? her eyes then adjusted on a familiar face - abo, as well as the results of the explosions he had caused earlier. always so reckless, she thought. he also appeared to be leaning against a bubble, but she had a hard time making out what was inside. with any further ado, kurohime gracefully leaped down from her perch, landing softly on the ground. bending at her knees which lessened the force of the fall, the girl slowly returned to a normal standing position, letting the soft breeze nip at her skin as well as blow at her skirt and hair. both her bright-purple hair and deep crimson eyes stood out against the faint moonlight, a light smirk tugging at the corner of her pink lips.

xxplacing her hand on her hip, kurohime walked closer to abo, "trying to steal all the fun or what~?" she purred teasingly, obviously picking on his reckless behavior. instead of her jean skirt and jumper outfit from earlier that day, the woman was dressed in her hero costume now: a low-cut black and white dress with detached black sleeves, a blue bow that decorates the front of her bodice and the black of the dress emphasizes her curves as it trails down to the front of her skirt. a large, black bow sits at her tailbone, and wears two white skirts layer over one another and reaches to her knees, black stockings matched with blue high heels to top it off. normally, she would also be wearing a mask and bandanna to cover up her identity but she left those at home on a accident, oh well. stopping once she got to abo, she peered over his shoulder and into the bubble, now having her fingers laced together behind her back. suddenly, her ruby red eyes widen in excitement, stepping closer to the bubble and licking the two fangs that prodded out from her mouth and over her bottom lip. "she's so cute! I didn't think you'd be able to catch one so quickly," she giggled, tapping at the bubble with her nail a couple times. her eyes scanned the younger girl trapped inside, looking like she was both worn out and terrified.

For it being only the first day at camp, nothing had gone all too well for Mitsuo. The whole thing had been a struggle and he had barely gotten to talk with any of his classmates or even the others from class 1-A. It almost felt as if he had been avoided the entire time. He wouldn't let that get to him though. He had to stay positive otherwise others definitely wouldn't want to be around him. Maybe he should start by trying to talk with his cabin mate. He hadn't seen them when he was there earlier but he also knew that it was possible that they were sleeping now. Not everyone was a fan of the night like he was. He was naturally more nocturnal given his quirk though he had no problems functioning during the day. Sometimes he did struggle to sleep at night though and it did make it difficult to stay awake during the day. It was something he was still trying to fix but it would take some time. It wasn't the worst thing that could happen anyways. There were plenty of uses for heroes that could work better at night and he was sure that he could easily fall into that category once he got there. For now he needed to try and function during the day so he could attend classes and the like. Purring softly at the thought, the cat swayed his tail happily at the thought. As much as most teens hated classes, Mitsuo saw it as an opportunity to fit in with the others thus found an odd enjoyment out of it all. School had always been something he had liked. It got him away from the boring life he lived at home. Of course there were no problems in his family, but it was quiet during the day given that his family tended to sleep then. It drove him nuts. Living in a house full of cats was not a fun experience.

Giving his head a small shake, Mitsuo's attention was pulled from his thoughts as the sound of an explosion hit his ears. Perking up, he let a soft mew escape his throat before cocking his head. "Is someone practicing their quirk?" he asked himself softly. If that were the case then they were being quite loud given the hour. Maybe he should warn them to quiet down so they wouldn't wake anyone else up. That seemed like the polite way of going about it. With his mind made up, the cat boy began making his way towards the training grounds, but once he drew near he was quickly pulled into the shadows with a hand over his mouth. Wriggling around in attempt to break free, Mistuo craned his neck to look up towards the one that had snagged him. Instantly he recognized the boy. It was the one from the bus. The same one that had ignored him the entire time. What was he doing grabbing him like this? Managing to nip at the boy's hand, the cat broke himself free and gave a soft hiss in his direction. "What the hell, man?! Are you trying to catnap me or something?" Watching the other shake his head as a response, Mitsuo watched as he gestured toward the field up ahead. Averting his gaze, he gave a flick of his ears as his gaze landed upon the scene. He could easily make out two figures standing near some bubble looking thing which he assumed was part of one of the quirks the figures had. What was most concerning was the figure trapped inside the bubble. Unlike the other two it appeared to be someone around their age. What did this mean? Glancing at Yoshiro, he felt that he should asked him, but before he could his ears began to twitch as he picked up on the brief exchange happening up ahead. "I didn't think you'd be able to catch one so quickly." That was a red flag if he'd ever seen one. Feeling his fur begin to stand on edge, a soft growl began to rumbled in the cat's throat. "Villains. We gotta do something about this."

As much as he didn't want to work with someone who had acted so coldly towards him earlier, Mitsuo knew that he couldn't be picky right now. Nobody else was around and luckily he had caught a glimpse at the boy's quirk earlier in the day making him the perfect ally. They had to be careful about engaging the enemy though. It was illegal for them to directly use their quirks in a fight unless it was in self defense or they were told to do so by someone that had a license. Waiting for the latter would only give these villains an advantage though but waiting to be able to use the excuse of self defense might be too risky. They'd have to proceed without attacking for now. Scanning the area quickly, Mitsuo quietly began to formulate a plan in his mind. Taking note of the lights that lit the field up, a devious grin came to the cat's face and he turned to Yoshiro knowing exactly what he needed the boy to do for him. "I have a plan. It'll make it known that we're here, but it should blind the enemy and probably you," he began. The dark wouldn't cause many problems for him though and he doubted that these villains had some kind of night vision on them. "You have a weapons quirk, right? Then I need you to make a gun and take out the lights surrounding the field. That should make it difficult for them to see and maybe I can sneak around that bubble thing and dig under it to get that person out from inside."

It wasn't the greatest plan, but it utilized what little they had to work with at the moment. The only problem was it wouldn't be quiet. Mitsuo could only hope that gunshots would draw attention away from him thus making Yoshiro a diversion for him to get close. It would put the other boy at risk of being attacked, but from the look on his face, Mitsuo was sure that he was determined to do whatever he needed to in order to save whomever was inside that bubble. Maybe this boy wasn't as bad as he had originally seemed. "Fine, I'll go with your plan, but you better not mess up," Yoshiro finally huffed. That put a grin on Mitsuo's face and he gave a firm nod to the boy's words. He wasn't going to mess this up. Watching the tall boy shift his hand into a pistol, it wasn't long before a gunshot rang out and the first light was taken out. Seeing that his current ally was doing his part, he had to get himself into position. "I'll be back as soon as possible. Don't get caught, shooty boy," Mitsuo purred before darting away from Yoshiro. As he moved through the shadows, he could hear several more shots fired and soon enough the field was blanketed in darkness. This plan had to work, right? What could go wrong? There was no point in doubting it now. He had his part to do. Scurrying through the dark towards the forcefield, Mitsuo was sure he hadn't been spotted yet as he ducked into hiding on the opposite side. Now that he was close, he peered inside the forcefield to see whom was trapped. It was the girl he had seen beating up Yoshiro earlier. Maybe that was why he seemed so determined to save her. Whatever the other boy's motives were, Mitsuo didn't care. He had one job and that was to get her out of her imprisonment.

Taking a step back, the cat dug his claws into the ground and began digging as quickly as he could. It would take him time though. He hadn't thought about that. Would he have long enough to dig through before the villains caught wind of what was happening? Maybe he should have told Yoshiro to keep their focus on him but even then they didn't necessarily know he was there only that a gun had been fired several times. It worried him. Feeling his body become tense, Mitsuo began digging faster in hopes that he wouldn't be caught.

Arctica felt a little bad that she'd startled Riku with her entrance, her cheeks growing hot as she stuttered an apology. While she herself would consider them friends, she didn't really know the boy too well, and he probably didn't feel the same towards her. Tanaka explained he was just getting some fresh air, since the evening was much cooler than the day had been. As expected, he countered her question with one of his own. "Oh, I g-got a little l-l-lost earlier while I was e-exploring the camp..." Arctica flicked her tail sheepishly. She really wasn't hero material at first glance, but she wanted to be a pro just as much as the rest of her classmates. She heard him mention that it wasn't safe out here. "Yeah, you should definitely go back," The young hero felt some reckless pride bubble up in her chest. "What's th-that supposed to mean?" She huffed angrily, folding her arms and craning her head to look up at him, because even with Riku's small stature, Arctica was far smaller. "I'm not d-d-d.. defenseless! I have a-armor too!" She knocked her fist against her chest for effect.

Arctica had half a mind to kick Tanaka for that--she hated that everyone thought of her as a striving hero who can hardly defend herself. While that was true to a degree, it wasn't for lacking skills. Her soft and timid nature kept her from wanting to hurt others, but her pride and desire to be a hero made her want to show off. Most of the time, the soft side of her kept her blows gentle. Arctica turned her head to her classmate as he added that he was looking to practice his quirk a little bit more. Considering how much of the day she'd wasted being lost, and the addition of seeming completely defenseless aside from her odd hardening quirk, that sounded like a great idea. "Do y-you think we c-could spar a little bit then?" She asked, rubbing the back of her neck. "I pr-promise not to waste your t-t-time..." The dynamic of the situation changed in an instant, where Arctica heard an odd sound. She tackled Riku out of the way as the explosion went off, carrying a full seven feet out of the way. At this point Riku would likely make the following observation about his classmate: she was heavy. Very unexpectedly heavy, given her size, and not something you'd want to discover by suddenly being tackled to the ground. "Are you o-okay?!" She asked in a panic, using all of her senses to try and figure out what happened and where the detonation came from.

his head turned to kurohime. he didnโ€™t know her well but heโ€™d seen her here and there. raising a brow his head turned to the bubble. โ€œwell everyone else was too slow to arrive so in a way, i am keeping all this fun to myselfโ€, he said a small smirk growing onto his face. wincing at her comment, โ€œcute? i wouldnโ€™t say that,โ€ he shrugged looking around. abo exhaled from his nose the cold air started getting to him. โ€œi donโ€™t think any other student is coming out- this is the only one iโ€™ve caught so far,โ€ he mentioned looking down at the smaller girl. โ€œplus, they were just sitting there. seemed to me they were too tired to defend themselvesโ€. he stared at the student inside the bubble. their eyes were half lidded and their movements were slowed down.

there was a small moment where abo stayed completely still and then the lights went out. luckily from being in the for so long his eyes didnโ€™t delay in adjusting. looking at the bubble and the little light it provided. โ€œsomeone shot the lights out, kurohime itโ€™d be nice if you scouted the area- check every spot,โ€ it wasnโ€™t necessarily an order, it was more of a suggestion. he didnโ€™t think he was old enough to be giving orders quite yet. tensing his hand once more, the bubble slowly disappeared. โ€œget over here,โ€ he grumbled. grabbing the girl with a fist full of hair. haru let out a scream of agony. although usually she did have high pain tolerance, she didnt have much of it now. โ€œshut up would you?โ€ he growled.

looking around, โ€œsomeone shot out the lights. if it was you then stop being difficult and come out,โ€ he ordered. flexing his arm, creating a force field that he had learned to keep on his arm. โ€œnow, or iโ€™ll have to resort to blowing this kid up,โ€ he lifted her off the ground by her hair emitting another scream of pain. his eyes narrowed down as they scanned the area. he didnโ€™t see anything. turning around he let out a small scoff at the sight of a cat. twitching his fingers he flicked a small force field their way. โ€œshoo,โ€ he mumbled before looking back around. other than the cat he didnโ€™t see anything else . releasing a sigh , he looked towards the entrance of the camp. he hoped that they would have a bit of back up. he couldnโ€™t do much in his own- even if kurohime was here. yes one would say abo was being a little too brutal with the student but it would only go in one ear and right out the other. Abo didnโ€™t see himself as brutal or merciless- he was a villain, and in his mind thatโ€™s what most villains do. he let out a small snicker. he knew villains worse that him, the victim could simply say a word and in one second theyโ€™d harm them or even worse. there was many instances where abo had let a victim go all because he was either too lazy to get them back or he honestly didnโ€™t care if they got away. the situation at hand was different. his actions were fueled by anger and envy.

Originally, Abo wanted to be in UA. although he carried his nasty attitude and remarks as he grew. the more โ€œbrutalโ€ he became the more people would tell him he had no chance of being a hero. he did want to be a hero when we was younger, he looked up to every pro hero and always awaited their assistance in the time of need. he had his dreams shattered by his own parents though. they had degraded him since he was nearly a toddler, which affected him throughout the years.

she laid on the ground. she felt numb and so tired. her muscles felt sore and tense at the same time, her eyes just wanted to close and she just wanted to rest. she watched as the bubble formed around her, the faint sound of the force field echoed through her ears. she hasnโ€™t felt this feeling before. haru usually avoided going outside in the night for this reason alone. she dreaded this feeling, she didnโ€™t want to feel weak and useless. propping her arms under her body she slowly tried lifting herself off the ground and into a sitting position. thankfully, her arms werenโ€™t as tired as the rest of her body. shifting her weight so she would be leaning on the force field she closed her eyes. (everything hurts, it usually doesnโ€™t hurt this much,) she thought. everything had happened so fast- too fast. she was sitting on the ground taking a break from the flickering and activating her quirk and the next moment her body was enveloped and two explosions set off near her. her mind went back to the odd noise of the force fields before hitting the ground. a pulsating type of noise. one sheโ€™d surely wonโ€™t forget.

squinting her eyes at a small silhouette, she watched as a small cat like creature began digging their way to haru. crawling towards their direction, she pounded on the force field. โ€œthank you,โ€ she murmured, sending the cat a small smile. she didnโ€™t like being rescued- but for now sheโ€™d gladly accept it. โ€œyou know, i usually donโ€™t like being saved but still, thank you,โ€ she slurred before closing her eyes. she opened one of them momentarily before she realized how long it would take for the cat to actually get to her. she didnโ€™t know if the force field had protection underground as well, but it still would take some time nevertheless.

she jumped as she watched the field go down. โ€œhide!โ€ she whispered to the cat. she was more scared for them than she was for her. in an instant she felt an agonizing pull at her hair. she didnโ€™t help but let out a scream. if someone was to pull her hair in the day time this wouldnโ€™t be a problem- if anything it wouldnโ€™t hurt at all. however, she felt every nerve being set ablaze at anything that caused pain. she could fall to the floor and sheโ€™d feel like she had broken all her bones. she felt her body being lifted from the ground. releasing another scream, she felt small tears of pain forming in the corner of her eyes. โ€œdonโ€™tโ€ she whimpered, if anyone was there she doubt they heard haru.

breathing heavily, she shut her eyes closed. she wouldnโ€™t allow herself to be put in this type of situation. activating her quirk with the remaining energy she had, she lifted her arms and pressed them against the villains arm as hard as she could. she felt her body being dropped to the floor. making an attempt move she felt her body burning in pain. โ€œyoshiro-kun, help meโ€ she whimpered. her wish would fall to deaf ears, she had a feeling he wasnโ€™t here. but she could hope.
