      Yoshi!!
xxxxmale unknown age location: docks tagged: chopper
      ────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

It hadn't been long since Yoshi had found himself in this new environment but it was enough for him to do a little bit of exploring. To say the least he found the whole place much different than he was used to then again Yoshi's Island was quite different than any settlement. It mostly consisted of wilderness which greatly contrasted with what he had become used to in the Mushroom Kingdom. This place however was even more different than the kingdom. There was no giant castle sitting off in the near distance nor did the houses resemble the ones he was so used to seeing while passing through. Was this how other places lived? Even some of the common locations were odd to him. The main draw was a pub. If he was being honest before coming here he had never heard of such a thing. Even so he had only spent a brief amount of time at said place. To him it didn't have any true kind of appeal besides some of the food that was listed on its menu. That wasn't enough to keep him around when there was other places around he could explore. Maybe he would return later to test its menu out later although money would definitely be a problem. It wasn't as if he had need for such things even back home. Using money wasn't something that was needed on his home island. He did often see others using coins to buy things when he visited the Mushroom Kingdom. Maybe it would have been smart of him to bring some with him. He could have asked Mario. Surely the plumber would have been more than willing to help him out, right? Now that he thought about it, he should have asked his friends if they wanted to come with him. It was too late for that now though. He would just have to try to make friends in this place or maybe he would return back home.

Shaking the thought off, Yoshi neared the docks and he was met with a familiar salty smell. In a way it reminded him of home, but at the same time it was quite different. Nothing could ever truly give off the same vibe that his home did. He had traveled enough to come to that conclusion. Sure this was the first time he had left to go to a completely different dimension but he had traveled enough the the galaxy with Mario to know that it was difficult to find something that entirely made him feel at home. Pushing the thought off, Yoshi gave a small shake of his head as he continued on his way. As of yet nothing seemed to catch his interest yet at the docks. That changed when he spotted an odd looking creature. He was one to think of one as odd given that strange creatures were the norm back home and he was no exception. Still he had never seen anything like this one before. It definitely was something completely different than what he normally got to see traveling about. From the looks of it the poor thing almost appeared to be lost. Was that even possible in a place like this that had so willingly opened its doors to his arrival? It probably was. Either way he figured it wouldn't hurt to approach. If anything he should try to find some way to spend his time so he didn't get overly bored.

Moving toward Chopper, the dino lifted a hand up to give a small wave as he approached. Would he even be able to understand him? He knew his English did often struggle given that he was accustomed to speaking in his native language when around the others of his kind. Even sometimes he spoke it with Mario and the others around. They never seemed to mind and often understood him anyways. Still he doubted he would be as lucky in a place like this. Reverting to a more common language was the best option at the moment. As he drew closer to the reindeer, he came to a stop. The last thing he wanted was to possibly find himself in a dangerous situation. Although he was used to adventure and dealing with enemies, Yoshi truly did see himself as more of a pacifist than anything else. "Hello friend!" he greeted after a moment as a beaming smile crossed his face. "You seem lost. Are you a visitor of this place too?"

      Ann Takamaki!!
xxxxfemale seventeen years old location: roamer's raffle tagged: ryoji
      ────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

Entering another world wasn't unusual for Ann, but she would have never thought she would have found herself in a place that had no connection to the Metaverse or palaces. In a way it was a nice change of pace and it allowed her to escape from the struggles of her daily life. Finding a place like this was certainly rare and she was glad she could be able to sit back and relax a little bit without needing to worry about time passing all too much in her own home. Even so she could only hope that during the short amount of time that did pass that none of the friends started searching for her. They might come to the assumption that she had gone home for the day but there was the small possibility that they might become worried about her. That was exactly what she didn't want. Either way, she didn't want to worry too much about such things. She'd return home when she felt the time was right. For now, letting herself enjoy this newfound environment was a must. But what was she supposed to do in a pub like this? She really hadn't been to places like this back home albeit it was mostly because she was underage, but also because she had other obligations that kept her from doing such as well. It wasn't easy for a model like herself to get much free time between school and the shoots that she picked up. Of course there was the whole Phantom Thieves thing too. That took up plenty of her time as well. This would serve as a break from that as well. It was well deserved although she had found some enjoyment in changing the hearts of corrupt adults.

Drifting off into her own thoughts for a moment, Ann absentmindedly tapped her fingers against the bar top as she stared at the carbonated beverage that sat before her. With her free hand she began stirring the drink with a soft sigh. That was when she snapped back to reality. She probably looked ridiculous staring off into space like she had. Here she was supposed to be relaxing and she was lost in her own little world. What good would that do her? Maybe she would try finding someone else to speak with. That was part of the point of coming to this place. She wanted to see what people would come and what stories she could hear from them. Surely a place like this would be a melting pot for all kinds of people. That was one of the reasons she had been interested in coming to this place. The diversity and uniqueness of it all was intriguing yet here she was sitting off by herself. Giving a small shake of her head, Ann turned herself away from the bar to look out at the rest of the pub. There weren't all too many people present, but there were a few. Some seemed to be interacting with each other already though. It was probably best not to interrupt them. Instead, her gaze landed upon a boy who appeared to be around her own age. He was sitting alone at one of the tables. It wouldn't hurt to go talk with him. It was probably the best option she had right now.

Picking up her drink, the teen climbed from her seat and made her way over to the table that Ryoji was sitting at. As she approached, she offered a small. "Hello there," she greeted before stopping near the table. She figured it would probably be strange to just sit down so she stayed standing for the moment. "You wouldn't mind if I joined you, would you? I thought it would be nice to talk with someone else around here."

It seemed nothing he did put a damper on the woman's spirits, or her desire to slather his side with an enchanted glob of spit. "It's unsanitary." The assassin countered her assurances, shooing the tendrils away and keeping himself at arms distance from her, holding her firmly by the shoulders. "And until I'm fully aware of what properties your race's body fluids possess, you're not touching me with that." He hoped that would be enough for her to leave him alone for the time being, but he doubted it. All of his added motions only increased the severity of the bleeding, and sooner rather than later Hit needed to find a place where he could stitch it himself, or find someone else capable. Without enchanted spit. He mentally added. Once the martial artist was certain his message was across to the other, he released his grip. "I won't repeat myself."

"Oh, pish," Reza said, waving her hands dismissively, "I wouldn't be much of a biomancer if I couldn't sanitize myself, now would I? Besides, it's not technically my bodily fluids, or rather it wouldn't be if you'd let me actually apply it. It's what we in the business call a cyto-replicative patch, a set of mimic cells that alter themselves to copy the first set of cells they touch. Not a permanent fix, obviously, but it would stop you from bleeding out if you would stop being such a baby about it." Her claw-arms rose up above her shoulders, clicking menacingly. She wasn't about to let such a valuable subject die on her, and she was used to restraining far larger. "My oath says I'm to do no harm," she cautioned, "but if you keep being unreasonable I'll be forced to restrain you."

"It's caution." Hit responded to her comment about him being a baby. While the explanation of the cyto-replicative solution wasn't lost to him, the martial artist remained skeptical. The topic of biomancy certainly wasn't his area of expertise, and the splice before him refused to take no for an answer, which pointed towards the possibility of something more sinister. He felt the eyes of the reptilian creature behind the counter, keeping a close watch on the scene the two were making. My hands are tied. The assassin hid a grimace. The pub's owner clearly didn't take kindly to violence in his establishment, and he'd clearly been unable to reason with the other before him. On the other hand, with violence off the table, he doubted the shorter woman would risk the wrath of the bartender. After a few tense moments of analysis, Hit reluctantly caved to the splice's wishes. "I'll play along for now." The assassin returned pressure to his wound. "That doesn't change the fact that you can't apply that through body armor. Or my answer to your first question."

"Well, generally I just sort of drip the cells into whatever hole you have in you," Reza said, delighted that the creature was being reasonable, "but if you want to take your armor off it would certainly make things easier." It would also give her a better look at his anatomy, and give her a chance to surreptitiously harvest some DNA. "I could also do a more in-depth triage, you seem to be losing a fair bit of blood. Before we get started, do you have any previous medical conditions, any pre-dispositons to any race, gender or genetic diseases, or any augments or prosthetics I should be aware of?" True, she wasn't technically a doctor, but all biomancers received basic medical training, and really, was there a whole lot of difference between medical biomancy and applied biomancy?

Her steps come easy as she walks under the stone archway. She looks up and around before looking at the bounty house and tilting her head ever so faintly. The softest of hums escapes her before a gentle nod to herself and she walks on, approaching the bounty house. Her gloved hand lifts easily to grab the nob, turn it, then step into the bounty house. Her feet then swiftly carry her to the side where the many bounties were listed so to look them over, head tilting side to side like an animal curiously inspecting something.

Her claw-scythes glide against each other in a nervous manner, like one rubbing their hands together as she looks around. Her head tips back a bit more then it should do to her large horns but continues to move on with ease. The leaf like pieces to her cloak flutter and move easily with her own movements and the breeze as she walks on. She walks towards the sights and sounds of a village. The world above was quite interesting and much different then the world below that she was use to. She finally tucks her claw-scythes under the cloak, hiding them from sight as she finally passes the trees t stand at the edge and look around, curious.

This was just absurd. One minute he's enjoying a nice home cooked meal at home with Kyrie, the next, he's opening his bathroom door and stepping into a bar. This was Dante's levels of weird, seriously. He half expects said man to call him out half way across the room. What ever. He flicks back his dark blue trench coat as he walks into the bar and easily takes a seat, not hesitating to first order a drink then ask for the relevant information like where he was and such.

"Locus" | "Male" | "mid~30's" | "Red vs Blue" | "Nesting ground inn" | "Felix(comms)"

A low buzz and a soft click on the comms show its connected to another network. Excellent, comm systems are still working. Thus he taps at the button on his helmet to adjust and clear up the static and... He really wish he hadn't. This is Felix. Those three words and that familiar voice has everything pausing and his world spinning with the memory. The grenade at his feet, the sharp boom and bright lights, flash of smoke with the screaming, familiar black and orange armor plummeting between the clouds.
Felix is supposed to be dead. Felix is dead. He remembers the key activating in his hand, remembers finding the body before anyone else. He still activates his comm to speak however. "Identification code. Now." He near demanded, wanting to be sure of who it was. The felix he knew and had cared for until he learned the truth, or someone who just coincidentally sounded like him and even had the same name.

Asra is barely stepping foot off the docks when another figure comes into view, causing him to stop in his tracks and raise a hand in greeting. The friendly figure calls out to him and Asra finds a bit of comfort in hearing such a tune, causing a smile to cross his lips as the man approaches.

The term Seaworthy definitely isn’t familiar to him, but he wouldn’t question it immediately. They both seemed confused and though Asra often travelled alone, he wouldn’t say no to the man who introduced himself first. Though Asra wasn’t quick to judge, he knew if this was a trick from the Devil that he might not be able to sense the magic. He gestures to the sea anyway, and parts his lips to speak with the tilt of his head. ”We might be in the same situation, then. I had chosen a completely different location to warp to and I ended up here.” He explains, and puts his hands together as he examines the man. Asra knew many people from Vesuvia, but this man definitely wasn’t familiar. He pulls his hands apart and offers it to shake, another friendly smile crossing his lips. ”My name is Asra. I run a tarot shop in Vesuvia. You mentioned a thing called Seaworthy earlier?”

The sound of another comm flicking to life is enough to draw a sigh of relief out of him, especially when the voice comes from someone familiar and not Hargrove. But this didn't make sense, because they definitely weren't on Chorus. Which meant Locus, who's definitely on comms with him at the moment, must've been taken to this location as well. Off-planet.

But how? And what a coincidence, almost making him laugh at the words that come out of Locus. To his knowledge, the only reason Locus demanded his identification code was for confirmation, probably just as confused as he was and making sure it wasn't the Sim troopers pulling something on them. Despite the Sim Troopers being the absolute worst soldiers alive, they were capable of some shady stuff that Felix almost put them on the list of possible explanations to this.

He tilts his head, though unseen to Locus, and lets out an exaggerated sigh in response to the demand. "Seriously? We're doing this now?" When he's met with nothing, he grits his teeth and spits out a few more words. "It's Isaac, Locus. Jesus Christ, where even are you?"

Locus paused a bit more at the name thrown out. So this was felix. Christ almighty. He lets out the breath he hadn't even been fully aware that he was holding as he lifted a hand to the front of his helmet. This does bring up a question or two as well that. Was this somehow the same felix, or a completely different one? "Unsure. What was the last place you remember being at?" He questioned instantly, wanting to start there.

Hit made a motion for the splice to keep her distance for now, keeping his eyes on her while he directed a question to the barkeep behind him. "Is there any place nearby where I could safely rest a few hours?" The strangeness of the world the assassin had found himself in may free him from his infamous reputation, however brief the time may be. The lizard creature mentioned an inn located down the road in a nearby village, as well as informing the two there would be consequences for violence towards either locals or other travelers, which confirmed Hit's suspicions (though the idea of a pocket reality did surprise him). Unless someone wanted to push their luck with the locals, the no violence laws ruling this land ought to keep him safe enough for the time being. The violet humanoid nodded his head briefly in acknowledgement. "We have our destination. Let's go." Hit purposely avoided answering the remainder of her questions, instead kicking the bloodied knife aside with his boot and heading for the door. The sunlight momentarily blinded him as he exited the building, stepping out onto the deck first and promptly down to the path. Sure enough, just up the road he saw the mentioned village. He sensed dozens of energies bustling within, and some were notably more powerful than others. What kind of place is this? A pocket reality, sure, but that gave Hit little to go off of beyond a "where", and even that was broad. What universe was this pocket dimension housed in, if any at all? Was it a part of the Null realm, or did it exist in the space between universes? A few months ago, the assassin could have cared less about any of these questions, but the more encounters he'd had with gods and interdimensional fighters alike, as well as his close brush with annihilation, widened his perspective much further than he imagined possible. "Things were simpler then." He murmured with a sigh, turning back to the open door to the pub. "Coming?"

"That's a stupid question and you know it." Felix immediately states, beginning to pace the area before breaking the cycle and moving to lean against one of the buildings walls, out of public eye. He checks over his ammo, tilting his head as he thinks back to his last memory before showing up at the Inn. He could swear something happened before they left to face Tucker and the rest of the troopers, but he just couldn't remember what. "Christ, I feel like I've been thrown into a loop. My head is killing me here, I feel hungover and I didn't even have anything to drink at that crappy little inn they have. I'm definitely not on Chorus, wherever the hell this is. But we were just on Chorus, weren't we? So this makes absolutely no sense. I definitely didn't use a teleportation grenade, I don't even have any on me right now."
