【Elijah Earnhardt】

Male|18|Yellow Pair|Tags: Sonia

Eli could feel a rather heavy feeling being lifted off his chest. What she said, about their being a chance that her friends could saved. The boy let out deep sigh, a smile came across his face. However, he started to wonder how would her friends be saved? Maybe some kind of magic? Bringing someone back..required strong magic. The only magic he could think of was dark magic. Well, his happy little look disappeared again..dark magic was a big no, no. However, it didn’t have to be dark magic, it could be lost magic as well. Either way, it made him have a bad feeling.” Really? How are you going to help them? With m-magic?” he couldn’t think of any other way to bring people back to life. Ah, now he was stuck thinking about it, although now wasn’t the time to be thinking about it. The prince inhaled, trying to clear his mind.” I’m sorry for pestering you..my curiosity gets the best of me sometimes and i can’t help but to wonder about things.” she was right, they had to keep moving forward. Dwelling on this wouldn’t make a different.

Even if she said that, Eli couldn’t shake that bad feeling away. She was so positive..it actually inspired him. Eli was so timid and had always thought about the bad things..even if he really didn’t mean to. He could really learn alot from her..maybe..this was good thing that he partnered with her. When he thought about it like that, a tiny blush came across his face.”I-its..nothing like that..” he thought to his self. Again, the boy started to lose his focus and soon enough, he found his self on another floor before he knew it. Good, nothing was going to jump out and attack them..that was good.”Good..at least we don’t have to worry about anything attacking. Then, a deep sigh could be heard.”But..we do have to worry about getting out.” Of course it wasn’t going to be easy..of course they would have to go through a maze.”Gao..think you can get us out?”

The dog spirit sniffed the air, trying his best to catch a scent..but nothing.”Ah..seems like we are the first ones here. I can’t pick up anything..” Gao rubbed the back of his head.”Sorry..i guess we gotta wing it.” he was right, they had no other choice but just to dive into this. “...I’m ready when guys are.” There was a hint of frustration in the prince’s voice when he spoke.

【Rosa Burns】

Rosa studied room, looking around to see if anything caught her eye. Nothing was here and it made her worried.” It’s so silent in here..i know their hiding somewhere.” the woman thought. Again, she was looking out for danger but nothing showed up. She was use to situations, most definitely during rescue missions. Silence was a sign of danger and yet,the enemy hasn’t showed their faces. Maybe there really wasn’t anyone here, but that didn’t mean she was going to let her guard down. Whenever she did, something bad always happened. Rosa mentally sighed, turning around to see what Jacket was up to. Seem like he found something..a box? She walked over towards him and watched what he was doing. She couldn’t help to laugh mentally at the man’s struggles.” Looks like someone is having a hard time.” she signed

Rosa took the box for him, looking over it. She then realized that she wasn’t good with puzzle or riddles, so this was going to be fun. After inhaling a deep breath, Rosa attempted to solve the puzzle, but she failed. She tried again..and again..and once again, but no luck. The woman’s cheeks turn red due to angry and stopped her self form flinging the darn box across the room. She just needed to..breath before this thing gave her a stroke and after she did, Rosa kept attempted. After a while, the box finally made a clicking noise and opened. Inside of it, laid their ticket out this god forsaken room. Rosa tossed the box after tossing Jacket the key.”...Never again.” she signed. That was one of the most frustrating time of her life

Kokichi shies away from Takeru's hand, growing slightly annoyed with the physical contact from the other male. The supreme leader notices that his partner had also taken some notice, or rather interest with other figures in the lounge, Just as Kokichi had a few seconds prior. The young boy eyes his surroundings once more, to make sure he got an accurate layout of this area of the house. the living area or lounge was great in size, just like Kokichi had noted earlier. But, the supreme leader also made a small new discovery upon seeing Takeru out the corner of his eye begin to walk into another area. There was a kitchen connected to the lounge. At first, Kokichi felt distressed that his partner had left him just like that, but the thrill of being able to run to catch up to his partner let the young boy push these emotions down. Barely push them down.Dang it Kokichi, you should have seen it coming... He said he wanted to talk to other partners. The supreme leader reprimands himself silently, but he continues to keep up his smile wide as he jogs to catch up with Takeru. Ouma lets out a joyous laugh as he catches up to Yamato, nearly tripping because inertia continued to push him forward for a split second. The supreme leader catches himself though, Jumping right back up to smile with glee. He just now realized that Takeru had found someone to talk to.

Impulsively and with full intention, Kokichi squeals out his intro, "Hi! I'm Kokichi!" The supreme leader exclaims.

(I'm sorry this one is short ;-;)

Fᴇʀɴ
male ✿ adventure time (canon) ✿ navy pair ✿ tagged: louis

Seeing another human around his age was... odd, to Fern. The only other human that was similar to him in age was Finn, his former self, but that didn't really count. More importantly, his supposed soulmate did end up introducing himself as Louis. "Okay cool, now I don't have to ask you 'cause I saw two names and I didn't know which was yours," he clarified as the other stood up, "I think Louis is a better name for you than Navy Pairing." The grassy boy hoped the joke was funny. He moved out of Louis's way as he stood up and began walking around, growing a bit excited at the summarization (more importantly, how dungeon-esque it sounded). He nodded with vigor. "Seems like it. I'm always up for punchin' baddies." Fern watched his partner's movements with curiosity, nodding with a small hum as he went to check some of the space. Clothes and junk was all that the shorter of the two saw, up until the taller let out an excited shout, pulling out... a chair leg? Well, as someone who was totally okay purchasing a cursed weapon, he shouldn't judge. And Louis seemed to be pretty good with it, considering he was starting to leave. "Nice. I don't have a lot of stuff, but lemme check something real quick." Speaking of the cursed weapon, he did want to make sure his weapon (and himself) wasn't messed with. The green teen turned to a small, plain chair made of wood and painted white. Alright, step one. Make sure I can still use it. Two green tendrils snaked out of his arm and entwined to form the hilt of the Grass Sword. Then the blade of the sword jutted out from the hilt. Fern brought it up to his face to inspect it. Good, good, still looks normal. Now to see if it works right. A high-pitched sound similar to a bell rung out as he swung. The chair fell into several clean-cut bits before a second had passed. Nice! Working just as great as ever. The teen withdrew the sword back into his body and turned to face his partner with a satisfied grin. "Yep, I'm good. Let's get crackin'!"

Despite the warning he gave her, she still couldn't help but to jolt slightly in
surprise. She turned around quickly to see who the cough originated from,
Making eye contact with the blonde.

The first thing that struck her about this boy was his clothes. The outfit was
a far-cry from the white uniforms she and her siblings had worn at the house.
Never in her life had she seen such bold, bright clothes on anyone before, And
not to mention the odd hat perched on his head. It seemed to be absolutely
useless against the sun's rays, so what would be the purpose of the accessory?
Perhaps it was the style the children outside of Grace-Field House wore. Maybe
she should start dressing like that then, to blend in...?

She abandoned the train of thought after she realized the boy hadn't said anything
to her. However, the questioning look in his gaze didn't escape her. He must be
shy...
She thought. Well, she'd have to be the one to break the ice, then!

"Are you... Link?" She paused, before realizing she should share her name herself.
"My name's Emma, it's nice to meet you!" She finished her introduction with a
smile, to reassure the seemingly shy child. After all, he must've also been stuck in
this situation too, and even she was feeling frightened about it.

      [ ] Jacket • 27 • Male • Black Pairing • Hotline Miami • Tags, Rosa

Jacket watched as Rosa misreably failed, just like him, to open the box. It was amusing to watch someone else getting frustated so he understood Rosa's quip earlier. When she finally did all the work to open the box, minus the first lock, she threw an object towards Jacket which he promptly caught. It must've been what he heard earlier inside the box- the key. When Rosa pouted about not wanting to do puzzles anymore, he blew air out of his nose, a faint smile on his lips before his expression returned to his usual emotionless one. He took a quick look at the key and then to the hole in the wall, walking over to it to insert the key. A simple turn to the right and a loud click can be heard next to the hole. Somehow, an outline of a door had appeared and a hard cover de-attached itself from it's hiding spot as it began to withdraw back into the wall. Jacket kept the key as it is so they have a way to get back if they wanted to, maybe another pair will go down the same stairs as they did, too. It'd be easier on them to not go through that little comical scene they had. The blonde glanced at Rosa and signalled for her to follow.

Jacket stared at the two branching paths infront of them, facepalming with both hands. He took his recorder out and played around with it, going through several lines for no reason- multiple of them in different language. "Let's go." The recorder finally played. There was a sudden urgency in his actions and his hands was shaking. Withdrawal. He cursed his old habits and almost reached into his pockets for non-existent cigarettes. This was the worst time to get it- they seem to be in a maze of some sort and he's not a fan of repeated trial and errors. He doesn't want to separate either because then it'd be way harder to find each other. It's all just a bother now and it's pissing him off, distracting him from making such a simple decision. Left- or right? He threw his recorder up and down, making it spin and catching it perfectly. He was leaning to the wall and frowning at the paths. Why can't he decide?

      [ ] Renat • 20 • Male • Gray Pairing • Tags, lounge(?)

Fatigue crawled all over Renat's body, his eyes stinging everytime he tried to open them. He's tired and while he did not remember dreaming, he wanted to go back to sleep. He tugged his bedsheets and tries to pull a nearby blanket towards him. He rolled to his other side and stretched, still not opening his eyes. Then, as he began trying to wrap his arms around a certain someone, he only felt the air. Shocked, he finally woke up and studied the foreign room that he was in.

It didn't take long for him to circle the entire room endlessly, a hug pillow in the embrace of his arms to go with him on his rotating journey. If the carefully crafed introduction letter wasn't enough to mke him panic, the absent of anyone in the room let alone a sight of his beloved canine drove him into a fit of anxiety. He had been pacing around the room for a good few minutes now, still only wearing a pair of cotton pants and bandages wrapped around his abdoment. He wasn't sure what to do now- is there a checklist somewhere? The letter mention soulmates and if that wasn't enough, to get out he needed to do- things. He had forgotten what. He picked up the letter on the floor again, read a few words before throwing it away once more. Too frightening to read.

Each step that Renat took outside of the room was careful, as if a single wrong reach would kill him. He was walking properly of course but there was hesitance. The only further sounds that came from him is the sound of his sword on his hilt. He had properly dressed up, that is, if you consider a hakama and his usual black robe an outfit. He had renewed the bandages on his abdomen and the ones wrapped around his eyes. It may seem odd if someone sees him right now, walking around with no vision. His chest was exposed but he was too used to it to care much about how odd he looked. He turned around the corner and peeked, again, looking pretty funny considering one would consider he can't see. There's people. He told himself, holding a hand up to his chest and feeling his heartbeat getting faster despite having done nothing. Too many people. He cowered and withdrawed back into the corridor, his back to the wall with both of his hands on his bare chest. He's fine in public spaces but he definitely much preffered if he could stick to the back alleys, anything that could hide his presence. To brace himself, Renat rested a hand on the hilt of his sword, his fingers feeling the texture to calm himself down. Renat took a deep breath, exhaling it as he turned the corner once more and walked into the room casually, not a hint of his anxiousness showing. He sticked to the corners and the walls, his palm guiding him along them. There was the matter of his missing soulmate. He had originally thought that maybe, even in this weird game, he was alone, which he had promptly accepted the fact of despite another part of him telling that's dumb. It's still telling him that. He actually can't see right now so he can't find his soulmate through vision if there were any telling visual signs. He knows the name but he doesn't want to approach random people either. He's stuck in a limbo made by his own incompetence. He leaned against the wall, listening in to what he can around the room. Maybe that'll help.

re-reading her note, tomie furrowed her brows in confusion.
"renat.." she murmured the name, not entirely sure if she
liked the idea of a soulmate. being chained down to someone
sounded tiring. but at the same time, maybe they would understand
her whole deal?.. probably not. she rolled her eyes at the thought.
even if she felt weak & defenseless, at least there was someone she
could hide behind if things got rough. keeping herself calm to avoid
the sound of her heart drumming in her ears, she lifted her head,
looking around for anyone who even remotely looked her age-
or at least, passable. soulmate or not, they had to be cute,
otherwise she would tough it alone for all she cared.
the vain woman stood, dusting herself off, and began to
scan across the faces of those around. yeah, nobody all that
interesting- until her eyes settled on a pair of lilac optics.

he looked pretty cute, actually.. yeah, he would do.

putting on a warm facade, she approached, keeping a small distance.
"sorry to bother you, but are you by any chance renat?" she questioned,
turning her note around for him to see; thumb just under his name.
putting up her most award-winning smile, she looked pleasant on the surface.

Renat wasn't sure why but his eyes began to feel uncomfortable, making him ub the bandages around it and re-do it. It was troubling but it's not like anyone was paying attention to him, atleast that's what he thought until he heard footsteps approaching him, and, confirming his worse fear, addressed him. He had hoped the question was something simple and while it is, it spoke his name. He felt uneasy, questioning why would someone know his name, before recalling that his own letter that he woke up to wrote his name and another person's. This must be his soulmate. That's such a strange word, definitely not something he used on a daily basis and definitely not something he would image himself having. It's uncomfortable- and flesh children can't even reproduce. He looked up, his pale eyes revealed underneath his undone bandages. "Yes– that would be me." He quietly answered, bowing his head a little bit as a form of greeting. He smiled politely and finally got a good look at the owner of the voice. She was around his age but had a very soft and mature look, it intimidated him a little. She seemed nice enough, though, her smile and friendly approach putting him at ease once more. "Would you be Tomie?" He paused before saying her name, unsure if what he said was even remotely close to what was written on the card. He refused to look at it a third time and forgot to bring it with him. It'd be nice if it was her and he didn't butcher her name with his awful memory.

“Er, well, thanks. Navy Pairing would be a pretty weird name, huh?” Although unsure how to take the joke, admittedly not realising it was a joke at first, Louis figured that his soulmate meant well and didn’t intend to offend Louis in any way. Even if it was somehow an insult, although Louis was struggling to see how it could be at all offensive, the teenager wasn’t going to pay much mind to it, he wasn’t bothered by rudeness, after all, he was quite used to it from the other kids that were staying at Ericson’s. Sure, he could admit that he deserved a lot of the insults as he often poked fun at the ones he definitely could get a reaction out of, he also kept the mood light with his joking, always cheering up the rest of the kids if Marlon hadn’t done so. Marlon was better at it, though. It was nicer to be reassured by a responsible leader than a slacker who took nothing seriously. Louis sighed and shook his head, not wanting to linger on thoughts about his late friend. Sometimes Louis could see Marlon’s last moments if he closed his eyes and got lost in thought. It was a haunting image that he preferred to avoid seeing. Instead, he returned his focus to Fern, nodding to show that he was listening to what he was saying. “You got experience with punchin’ baddies then, huh? Good to know you’re on my team, then.” Louis chuckled, bobbing his head. He was thankful for Fern being around his age and being easy enough to get along with although the situation was still pretty jarring. The sooner they got out, the better, though, so there was no time to mope around doing nothing. I don’t have a lot of stuff, but lemme check something real quick. The teen nodded his head in response, “Alright, go ahead, I’m happy to wait until you’re ready.” He replied, waving a hand to prompt Fern to check whatever it was he wanted to check.

Louis wasn’t sure exactly what he was expecting Fern to check out but the sword forming from the other boy’s arm was certainly a bizarre sight to see. Caught off guard by the tendrils entwining to form the sword hilt with the blade soon following, Louis took a startles step back and stared wide-eyed at the weapon that his so-called soulmate had created. Woah.” He breathed out in awe, not knowing what to say about what he had seen. It was definitely unlike anything he had seen before encountering the grass teenager. The sound of a bell confused Louis, but he disregarded it as normal for Fern, the other teenager didn’t seem to be bothered by the noise, after all, which must have meant that he was expecting it. Watching in silence as the sword withdrew back into Fern’s arms after completely destroying a white chair, Louis couldn’t help but think he was unprepared for whatever battles they were going to face. Blinking a few times, he almost missed the fact that Fern was speaking to him again, “W-what? Oh, yeah. Lets go.” He quickly responded, stepping towards the door and opening it, stepping out of the room and into the corridor, noticing the sound of other voices drifting from the end where it opened up into a larger room. So they weren’t alone, then. “People seem like a good start, Fern.” He suggested, gesturing towards the lounge.

"the one and only!" she giggled.
"its nice to finally find someone whos kinda like me
around here." she murmured. "its good we both ended
up with someone decent, right?" her tone took a slightly
more flirtatious hint at the end, but she quickly changed lanes.
"i'm not the best at introductions.." she mumbled. usually people
did that for her with the usual attempts at winning her praise.
"sooo.. tell me a little about you, maybe? to break the ice some?"

Crossing his arms, Renat's fingers felt his biceps underneath the fabrics of his vest. Was she flirting with her just now? It's probably just a compliment. He felt nervous, always have. He's not good with people, his job even requires for him to do the exact opposite of getting along with them. What do people say as introductions? Just act normal- that'll work. "I'm good with swords." Renat answered nonchalantly, his anxiety completely hidden. With a slight movement, he pulled out one of the two sword on his waist out of it's sheath mid-way and then drew it back. "I'm like, a ninja, I guess." He vaguely answered, unsure how to word his occupation. Afterwards, he looked up and placed a hand on his chin, thinking. After a pause, he couldn't come up with anything else. "I'm not really that interesting, I think." He chuckled awkwardly, rubbing the back of his neck. It's better to admit it than to lie about himself or embarass himself by saying something unnecessary. "I'm pretty sure you have more to say than me." Renat directed the question back towards Tomie so he won't bore herself to death. Of course there's the whole soulmate and escape this place thing but he doesn't know how to bring that up.
