She was slightly upset that Alex pulled away so quickly.
"Ad every time you get hurt," Megan pointed out.

Megan's fists uncurled in surprise.
She let Alex kiss her, giving in to the feeling she wished to run through her body for such a long time.

Alex kissed her for as long as he could before pulling away as his lungs were straining for breath. He smiled at her, his chest rising and falling quickly.

She replied with a wide grin, lifting up her hand to place it on his shoulder.
Her head dropped, resting on Alex's chest.
She listened to his breaths, trying to match hers with his.

He grinned, placing his hand on her back, stroking her skin through his shirt gently. His heart was beating fast in his chest and he wondered if she could hear it. If she could hear what she did to him.

She listened and listened, wondering what Alex was thinking.
Megan didn't want to speak, or make any sound at all, afraid to lose the moment of peace.
Her body shivered slightly at his touch, as she realised that Alex could feel her every bone.

Alex sighed, leaning against the wall behind him. His fingers traced her ribs and his eyes saddened to think she had willingly done this to herself.
