There was a sudden pain in cher chest that made her close her eyes and almost scream. It happened before, but this time it hurt more.
She had trouble breathing and her legs felt like rubber...

Alex looked at her, a flash of confusion and worry in his eyes. "Come on... What's up with you?" He asked, walking over to her in quick strides.

She didn't answer at first, thinking about what she would say. The truth was, that Megan wasn't quite sure what was happening.
Slowly, she drew in a couple of breaths.
"I.. I don't know," came the answer finally.

Alex groaned, hanging his head. "This isn't good..." He muttered. "Is it cause I yelled at you?" He asked, looking into her eyes. "Or is it a medical condition?" He added as an afterthought.

"It's nothing," she whispered.
Megan knew that if she said more things could get worse.
She refused to speak and shook in terror: this guy could be dangerous. Losing her conciousnes wouldn't do any good.

Alex scowled. "It doesn't look like nothing." He said shortly, his eyes worried. "Come on, tell me!" He said, turning her head to look at him gently. "Please?" He whispered.

That was too much for her.
She took a last glance at Alex and fainted.

Alex cursed quietly, tapping her face gently. "Come on... What happened?" He muttered to himself, searching his knowledge for the answer. He stood up, starting to pace, trying to figure it out.

Meanwhile at the party Megan's friends were having a conversation about why she didn't come.
"Probably decided that she can't be bothered."
"I bet she had another argument with her mum!"
But did any of them bother to look for her? The one who called earlier was the only one who didn't speak.
He had a bad feeling about this.

Alex stood in her room, looking through everything for some kind of hint. He paled, reading some letters from her doctor. He quickly found her medicine andleft her room, driving back to her. He injected her quickly, tapping her face to try wake her up. "Come on..."
