Megan suddenly tensed, taken by surprise. She swallowed the pill, coughing at it's bitter taste. Shr was breathing heavily, finally able to control herself, now that the pain decreased a little. But it was still there, lurking at the edge of her stomach, ready to leap out at any moment.

[Midnight Butterfly]

Alex smiled, pulling away. He slipped the second one into his mouth and kissed her again. He pulled away once he was sure she had swallowed the second pill, sighing and letting go of her wrists.

Megan closed her eyes when Alex's lips touched hers once more. She opened them again as soon as the pressure on her wrists was gone, and stared up at Alex, too shocked to move. She tried to somehow get rid of the remaining pain, but it wouldn't let go.

[Midnight Butterfly]

Alex grimaced at the lingering taste of bitter medicine. He looked at Megan with a smile, glad he'd been able to do what she'd asked of him. "Feel better?" He asked, just to make sure.

Megan nodded, her back pressed against the mattress. She scowled as the last remains of pain attacked. It wasn't that bad, but still enough to drive someone insane.

[Midnight Butterfly]

Alex lay back next to her. He sighed, waiting for her to speak. She looked like she was in pain and he hoped it was the last time.

Soon, Megan relaxed a little. "It's over," she whispered, turning her head to face Alex. "Thank you."

[Midnight Butterfly]

Alex turned his head to her, smiling. "No problem." He said, dismissing the thanks. He rested his hand on his stomach, sighing with relief.

[Kisiel]

Megan watched him, wondering if he regreted what he had just done. "It will be back..." she muttered, biting down on her lip nervously.

"Hmm... Hopefully it'll be less though..." He replied, rolling onto his side to face her fully. "Sorry for forcing you like that, even if you asked me to." He apologised with a small smile.
