Reyna stuffed her hands promptly as she cracked open the door to Ravenclaw's common room, poking her head inside to see who, if anyone, was there, "Hello?" She asked in what was barely above a whisper, taking just one step through the now nearly wide open door. In the back of her mind, she didn't know why she was so nervous.. this was her fifth year, after all; but after last year, she was hesitant to return to what would be her home for the next year.

Atticus laugher at Maddie’s cluelessness. The poor girl wasn’t the best at romantic affairs. She was completely oblivious whenever anyone flirted with her, male or female. Atticus had been interested in her during their first year, but those feelings had quickly faded away. Besides, he’d met Atticus around that time, so his attention had been drawn elsewhere. He leaned into Remi ever so slightly, grinning happily.

Peering around at the dining hall, it appeared that every witch and wizard was aclamating to their surrounding well. "Hey," The brunette said to Atticus, gently tugging on his sleeve, "Can we go outside? I have something to talk to you about." Worry seemed to materlize into his gaze.

Hekate turned to Qartis and grinned, giving him a quick hug. Few people could make her put down a book, but her boyfriend was most definitely one of them. “Boring as heck without you.” She blushed slightly and tucked a lock of her dyed hair behind her ear. “My parents kept me busy of, that’s for sure.” Heck sighed and eyed him nervously. “I wrote letters and asked Horus to deliver them to you but I’m not sure if he was able to sneak past my parents.” She rolled her eyes at the mention of her controlling parental figures who would rather keep her locked inside a world of mansions and ballrooms than let her hike and explore the wilderness like she dreamed. “How was your summer?”

After listening to the gentle echo of her voice, Reyna observed the seats around her and came to the conclusion that everyone was elsewhere. She hustled back out into the hallway, her hand rested underneath her chin in contemplation; according to what she'd witnessed each year, most students would probably be in the Great Hall, so this is where she headed. As she rounded the corner to enter the hall, she nearly tripped over her blue-lined robes, making quite the fool of herself in front of, as she'd expected, many students.

qataris took her hand softly after he released her from their embracing hug. "my summer?" he inquired to himself aloud, taking a bite out of the chicken. "oh merlin, how much i missed hogwarts food!" he moaned softly to the near meat-stripped bone. "nothing too special," he said with a offering shrug, "i went to romania and helped with the dragons. it's intersting...they're quite docile at a younger age." he smiled at her blushing, "i got some of them."

Stopping short with an audible gasp, the brunette seemed to shift quickly out of the way, an amused smile dancing across her lips. "Hey," She said, "No running over gryffindor's on the first day!" She remarked cleverly.

Taken aback by Bella's sharp tone, Maddie looked to the girl with overtly cautious eyes. Perplexed by what she was saying, the brunette visibly flinched as her friend used her full name. "I...." She paused, not quite sure what to say. Her mind was still racing following her vision of what had seemed to be the return of the death eaters, and this, truthfully, was the last thing she needed. Her stomach turned. "I've lost my appetite." The girl rose from her seat and walked out of the hall, heading to the nearest door and letting herself outside. The fresh air hit her, and immediately, she felt better.

Hekate’s heterochromatic eyes widened and she grinned. “Lucky! The closest I’ve gotten to Romanian Dragons is through books, I can’t imagine what it’s like seeing them in person! And dragonets at that, how adorable!” The young witch made a mental note to herself to add this on her manual on dragon variations. Heck had seen a Chinese Fireball and Common Welsh Green in person, but she had yet to see a Norwegian Ridgeback, her personal favorite breed of dragon.
