- In what seemed to be seconds after she spoke, the shuttle broke the atmosphere and Niamh sat back, grabbing onto a piece of fabric which she figured could act as a handle. Young's words hadn't exactly comforted her, but she chose to remain calm. Surely they wouldn't be able to justify sending them to Earth if it wasn't habitable. There would be uproar amongst their families, especially those who had only committed petty little crimes. She closed her eyes for a moment as they started to accelerate, but within moments of doing so it felt like they were being suspended.
Eyes opening once more, the brunette couldn't help but take in a sharp breath as she looked around. The books that she had read in her youth had pictures of the Earth in sure. But she didn't feel that the pictures had done the planet justice. It was gorgeous. The drop ship shuddered slightly as it came to a stop on the ground and Niamh eagerly stood up. She looked to Young and considered asking whether he was okay, but instead decided to make her way outside. Jumping down onto the grass, she couldn't help but grin. "Wow." She looked to Darren as he beckoned the others out, talking about the air, and for a moment, Niamh wondered whether she had been holding her breath the entire time because she felt dizzy. But then she realised it was just the excitement. "This is wonderful. Everything is so gorgeous and, real." She laughed giddily.
