"Wait, hold up," Mercury said, looking over at Peter. "You're Peter Parker? Like, the Peter Parker? Spiderman Peter Parker?" The Stand user's face split in a wide grin, and she clapped the young man on the back perhaps a bit harder than she needed to. "That's awesome!" Turning back to the old guy, she said "See, I knew this was a good thing. We got to meet Spiderman! How cool is that?"

The dirt road stretched for miles in either direction, no kind of end in sight. To his side, Zero heard the stirrings of the other lost travellers awaking from their pile. He'd still yet to forgive his grudge of being stuck on the bottom.
    Where does it begin?
I see no finish in sight.
    I've lots of questions.
Zero didn't pay much mind the the conversation of the others. Instead, he seemed more focused on how exactly the isolated shower functioned, stepping in and out of the shaded patch until a new sound stirred the vault hunter from his routine. It began as a dull roar in the distance, throwing up clouds of dust. As it grew closer, Zero raised his weapon to scope out the new sight (as there wasn't much else to look at). "See? That's the kind of vehicle that baby killers get to drive." The Morningstar sniped as he gazed down the sights. "Now we're all on the short bus to hell." Zero couldn't resist a chuckle this time.
    "This highway to hell,
    is that my purgatory?
    Well then, here I come"
Zero took his time scoping out the bus' current occupants; he counted five, and only three were human. As they continued their approach, he spotted a dog stumbling around in the very back.
    Full of surprises.
Whether he was to consider the puppy a sixth passenger or not was still up in the air, but given what he could see from his own group (exhibit a. child of the corn, and exhibit b. Jack wannabe), he wouldn't dismiss anything at this point.
    "Let's meet the locals."
Zero lowered his weapon and returned it to his back, taking his time returning to the group just as the bus came to a halt next to their cluster. It seemed they were all exchanging welcomes by the time he returned from his scouting session.
    "Ten stowaways, a
plant, and a pup go on a
    deserted road trip."
The mercenary mused as he rejoined the group, an unimpressed =_= lighting the space just in front of his faceplate.
    "Sounds like a bad joke."

Peter Parker|16|MCU

Peter gave Xeria a smile and nodded his thanks turning to take a seat before he heard Mercury start talking. Peter eyes widened in surprise as she calmly asked if he was the Peter Parker, Spider-Man. When she slapped him on the back he took in a shakey breath. ”H-How do you know I’m...I’m Spider-Man,” Peter sputtered out looking like a deer in the headlights. He put his hands on his backpack straps looking around trying to figure out she knew who he was.

"I was just..." Fable found herself at a loss for words, realizing she really had no idea what she was doing before she woke up. The smuggler shut her mouth and frowned, finally looking down at her hands. She'd been holding something this entire time, which was revealed to be a single golden credit. A lotta good that would do them. With a sigh, Fable pocketed the shiny object. She turned her head as the others in the group pointed out some sort of... vehicle coming their way. Though the machine could hardly be described as such. To a trained mechanic's eye, like Fable's, the contraption was falling apart. And horribly outdated. "Ghost spit, how is that thing still moving? It's ancient!" The twi'lek stated incredulously. She looked down at the tires with a frown. The body of the bus resembled some mockery of a hovertank. Minus the hover. Didn't look like it had weapons, either. Great. Nevertheless, everyone else was climbing aboard. And it was either the bus, or get left here. So, with a resigned groan, Fable ascended the stairs into the bus. She pretended not to be absolutely floored by the occupants that picked them up, but couldn't help that her eyes widened a bit at the look of them. The one named Mercury, who was apparently their driver, seemed quite astounded to have met Peter. She referred to him as "Spiderman", which presented a whole host of questions all on it's own. He didn't look anything like a spider. "You uh... Know him? Or know of him?"

"Who doesn't know who Spider-man is?" Mercury asked, still grinning from ear to ear. "I've seen all your movies, even the Japanese one! You're awesome!" Now that she was looking closer, she actually knew who a lot of these people were. The red lady was one of those aliens from Star Wars. The green guy vaguely looked like the dude from that one show. She felt like she'd seen the guy in black somewhere too, though she couldn't place it. Well, now she was sure this was the work of an enemy stand. How else did all these characters to life? "So are you one of those Jedi dudes then?" She asked the red lady, eyeing the tails growing from her head. Offhandedly she wondered what they might feel like, but she suspected the woman would object to her touching them. "I know there was one that looked like you, but I think she was a different color."

First there was nothing. And then there was something. That something happened to be Aza, and said Aza having seemingly arrived out of nowhere, in the window seat no less, next to a strange looking man, who had the appearance of one that isn't quite as he seems; "Jack", was it?

They slowly,

s l o w l y

turn their head in order to face the man, remaining utterly noiseless. Their presence brings a slight chill.

Peter Parker|16|MCU

Peter almost passed out at her words. ‘I have movies? But I’m just a 16 year old kid,’ Peter thought feeling weirded out slightly.”I-I have movies? Woah, Who plays me then? It better not be Flash, he’d mess me up,” Peter said starting to get excited even though he didn’t really know this person,”Mr. stark would get a kick out of this if he was here,” Pete said the last part quietly. He turned to Fable and to answer her question he pointed at his bracelet and he clicked it showing her how the medal wrapped its self on his hand making a emergency web shooter.

Xeria Dream: Location: On the Bus

She turned to Mercury, "Have you ever heard of the theory of how different realities or universes leak into each other? My ship computer taught me this. Basically bits of other realities tend to leak into the dreams of people in other realities or universes with is how those stories become media (You know movies, TV, Books, Comics and more) in worlds their not from." She said explaining her own theory on all this.

Then she turned to the others who had came on the bus, "Well anyway. Nice to meet you all! I'm Xeria Dream and I'll be your resident fluff ball alien!" She said happily smiling at everyone acting a lot like a greeter at a big event.

Me, apparently. Fable thought ruefully, listening to Mercury ramble on the kid's apparent fame. "Spiderman" must be an actor, assuming Mercury was speaking of holovids. Fable didn't think she'd ever heard of any Spiderman holos, though. From the way he reacted, neither had Peter. Weird. The smuggler was somewhat taken aback by the question directed at her. Fable? A Jedi? That was laughable. She barked a laugh. "Oh, stars, no. Please, the very thought of it gives me a heart attack." She glanced around the bus again. "Although... some fancy Force powers might come in handy about now." Fable shrugged one shoulder when Mercury spoke of the Jedi. "I've only met a couple of Jedi. Once on Tatooine--I landed right in the middle of her operation in a cantina--and another one aided me while I had some angry gangster on my tail. Though, I'm pretty sure she was a gangster once, too. Anyways, neither of them looked anything like me." She looked up at the welcoming alien nearby, the one calling herself Xeria Dream. Fable winced slightly at her cheerful demeanor, wondering how anyone could be so happy in a situation like this. "Oh, er, right. I'm Fable."

Zer0: accept your disappointment

Not a single member from the group seemed to even notice Zero's arrival, much less his snarky remark regarding the situation.
    "Tough crowd,"
The vault hunter mumbled to himself, climbing aboard the dinky old bus behind everyone else. With now a total of eleven people and a dog shoved into the confines of the vehicle, the heat made the inside of Zero's suit rather stuffy: the kind of uncomfortable stuffy where your clothing clings to your bear skin with sweat as the adhesive.
    "I bet there's no air,"
The assassin guessed, taking an entire seat for himself. To justify his choice, he laid the Morningstar down next him on the grimy cushion. It shrieked in response. "This seat is filthy!" The weapon made an overly dramatic coughing noise. "There's so much dirt in here! I'll never be clean again," It began to sob mechanically, Zero breathing a sigh.
    "No need for drama.
It's not that dirty you know.
    Now you're just whining."
