Kenski didn't miss the warning. He chuckled deeply. "No. I came because my demon asked me. That is all. Now I see that I was needed. Well, for that short period of time anyway. Then his eyes grew slightly somber. "Av. Where's Etri?" he asked lightly. Avalbane felt her heart grow cold at his name and she looked away, closing her eyes. "He's dead. Gresh killed him when he took us." She whispered, relishing the fact that she could say her ex-lord's name with as much hatred as she wished. "Ahh.... That would explain a few things." Kenski muttered. "Etri was the finest assassin we had. Much like you two with the Creed. You would of gotten along well, I think. I had sent him with these two to help them kill their target." Kenski explained. Sicarius stared hard a the ground, anger flaring in him at the mention of Gresh. He felt so weak and low. When had he become like this? Then he realized. When he had abandoned Avalbane to the torture of Gresh. He flinched slightly at that and watched her back. Kenski gazed at Ezio and Altair, each in turn. "Woh gnol evah uoy nwonk eseht owt Avalbane?" Kenski asked Avalbane without looking at her. "Gnol hguoe rof eno fo meht ot evas em morf htaed." She responded without batting an eye. Kenski nodded, his lip twitching in a smile.
