Alex started to panic, "Xaria! Xaria! Answer!" he found her cell and peeked in, "Is that you, Xaria?" He didn't care, he unlocked the cell door and confirmed it was Xaria. Alex gasped at what he saw, she was cut up and bleeding. He lifted her carefully in his arms and headed out the door and up the stairs. He looked down at her in worry, "Xaria?! Can you hear me?"

Xaria blinked and the pain was back instantly. She jumped from Alex's arms, running and hiding behind Trix, fear present in her eyes. "T-Trix..." She whispered, hugging him fearfully.

Alex looked at Xaria with worry, "We need to get her out of here, now." He held out his hand to her, "Come on, we're going to bring you somewhere safe." he looked at her with soft, loving eyes.

Grace groaned, "N...n-need to rescue X-xaria..." she whispered weakly.

[Midnight Butterfly]

Xaria flinched away from him, holding her hands to her chest. Her eyes were wide, darting around nervously. She looked at Alex and fear lighted in her eyes again.

Trix shushed Grace. "Don't worry... We've got her..." He whispered. He led his sister upstairs and out of the mansion, making her run towards the lake.

Alex looked crushed, "S-she doesn't remember me?" he followed Trix, thinking about what they did to her.

Grace nodded faintly and fell unconscious again.

Xaria ran as fast as she could. She looked behind and saw Alex. Fear flashed in her eyes again as she remembered what was done to her.

Trix was right behind her, Grace in his arms. His eyes widened as Xaria collapsed on the ground by the water. She must have been in so much pain at that moment.

Alex saw Xaria on the ground and sighed, he got a towel from the supplies and dipped it in water. He pressed it gently on her cuts, washing off the blood.

Grace was dreaming that her mom, the queen of plants, was talking to her about taking over the kingdom. They were in the throne room, her mom sitting in the throne on vines and different colored flowers. "But I don't want to leave my friends!" Grace protested.
"I'm sorry, sweetie, but you have no choice, there is no other heir." her mom said calmly.
Grace shook her head, "Can we talk about this later?"
"Of coarse, hunny.See you soon." Grace's mother said, fading away into the trees.

"N-No! D-don't touch me!" Xaria yelled, shrinking away from Alex. She stood, stumbling over to her brother. Trix hugged her, confused.

"Hey... What's wrong?" He asked, looking down.

"He hurt me... He did this!" Xaria yelled, her eyes wild as she dug her head into his chest. Tears pricked at her eyes.

Alex looked around in panic and surprise, "What?! I didn't do anything?! I would never hurt her!" he looked at Xaria with pain. Why does she think I would hurt her? he thought, feeling defeated that she would assume that.

Trix looked down at Xaria before glancing at Alex. "What do you mean?" He asked gently.

Xaria shook as she remembered everything. "H-he had a k-knife a-and a whip..." She recalled painfully. Trix's eyebrows furrowed, confused. Alex had been with them all day.
