Layla smiled, "I am, he isn't." she smirked.

Dane smiled, showing his fangs.

[Maafii]

Spike just chuckled in grim amusement. "Oh yeah?"

Layla stood up, "Yeah." she said.

Dane shivered, he didn't like this guy.

[Maafii]

Spike gave an amused chuckle before flicking the ashes of the cigarette on the ground.

Layla looked at the ashes with distaste.

"So who're you?" asked Dane.

[Maafii]

"Names Spike, what brings the lot of you here?" He replied coolly.

Dane smiled, "Let's just say we had a little incident back in New York." he smirked.

Layla smiled, "It would have been suicide for me to stay there so we left." she said.

[Maafii]

"New York never suited my tastes. I stayed for a year or two but ditched it for this place," Replied Spike as he put the cigarette back to his lips.

Layla shrugged, "I hate New York but I needed money." she said.

Dane looked around.

"Yeah, we all need some money from time to time. Half the time we're desperate for it," Chuckled Spike.
