Personality:Rose is sort of a ball of energy, she's always upbeat and happy with a chatter mouth. Even during times when she is asked to be silent in an emergency...she just can't keep her mouth shut. If she's missing and you ever want to find her just have everyone be silent and you'll hear her singing, either that or you'll hear her being clumsy and breaking something she always does...which is exactly why has a bandage over one eye right now, and also covered in scratches and bruises. Rose doesn't like to see people sad and depressed, therefor if she comes across anyone quiet or angry she won't leave until their happy.
Powers: Rose has the power to manipulate air and she has extreme agility, therefor allowing her to jump over high objects and run at high speeds, she's basically as light as a feather.Literally
Anything Else: She was blind in her right eye but now that its healed and shes back to normal, she's keeps a bandage over her eye that is now an orange-ish pink aside from the color of her other left icy blue eye.
