Freja bounded after in, but her paw caught on a rock and she was sent sprawling out onto the ground with a surprised meow. But as soon as she had shaken off the shock, she was up and running again, attacking the toy as she got to it, though still not strong enough to get a grip on the large toy. It was larger than she was, in fact. Brennon glanced over at Shane, smiling still, his eyes glittering and mind tripping over itself. He tried to find something to say, but nothing came.

Shane turned to brennon and met his gaze and just smiled. she all of a sudden she broke her gaze knowing must have looked pretty stupid. Daisy chased along after freja to try and help her pick it up. shane looked over at Daisy and freja and giggled noticing what they were doing.

"thank you!" the wolf said running up the stairs. he looked around the halls, and rooms, hoping to find something fun.

Freja jumped onto the toy, letting Daisy pick it up without having to worry about her falling off. She dug her nails into it, trying to stay on, and meowed softly at Daisy, her tail flicking behind her. A gentle breeze brushed past her, blowing her over slightly, but she held firm to the toy as if it was a lifeline. Brennon smiled over at Shane, trying to find something to say still.

"look at them" she said watching daisy picking up the toy with freja on it.
"thats awesome! wow pets are smart!" shane said laughing.

mandy saw them playing and smiled at the animals.

Brennon smiled and nodded, agreeing silently with Shane, watching the two. "Freja always has been one to try to solve problems herself, and think up things that every I wouldn't." He said. "Sometimes I think animals are actually smarter than people, they just hide it most of the time. I mean, what stupid thing would be able to live in such harmony with others of different kinds, ignoring differences and treating others as if they were exactly the same." He sighed, wishing people were like that; if only. Then there would be no conflict, no crime, no sadness.

"i think that too" she replied nodding. her eyes twinkled as she sat with brennon. she thought about all the things she had in common with him. shane put her hands on the table as she watched the animals playing with the toy. she thought it was so funny that dasiy was carrying the tiny kitten.

Brennon glanced over at Freja and Daisy and smiled, then stared at the table, his eyes flitting to Shane every so often. When he would catch her gaze, he'd drop his and blush even deeper than before. Freja, once they were close enough, jumped off the toy and began to paw Brennon's shoe, as if to say, 'your turn now!' He smiled and waited for Daisy to get close enough for him to get the toy.

daisy walked up to brennon and handed him the toy to throw. Shane smiled then got up to sit next to Brennon.
