Brennon sighed softly, then got to his feet, trying not to knock Shane off balance as he stood. "I think they'd enjoy themselves even more outside though." He said, thinking of carrying Freja, but shrugging it off. She could walk herself out there, she wasn't that much of a baby. Freja glanced at her owner, who now was towering way over her, then began to chew at the squeaky toy again with Daisy.

Shane got off his shoulder and stood up.
"yeah that'll be nice" she turned to daisy.
" daisy you want to go outside?" she asked. Daisy quickly stopped what she was doing an walked over to Shane. She started to walk down the hall as daisy followed her.

Brennon followed close behind, Freja stumbling along beside him. The tiny kitten called out for Daisy to wait up for her, knowing she couldn't keep up with the dog. Brennon scooped her up and sped up so that he and Shane were side by side again, smiling. He held Freja tight so that she wouldn't get loose and risk being trampled while the were walking.

Shane stopped noticing that her and daisy had been going a little to fast. She turned around and her hair whirled around.
"sorry" she said apologetically blushing a deep red.

"It's ok. I was being slow." Brennon replied, smiling. "Freja here just wanted to be with her pal is all, so I was trying to catch. I was going so slow because I didn't want her left behind." He set the kitten down and she stumbled over to Daisy, her tiny fluffy tail swerving back and forth, flicking a bit. She tilted her head and walked past, hoping the rest of them would follow her, bounding down the stairs and waiting at the bottom, meowing softly.

Daisy rushed down the stairs after her. Then looked up at brennon and Shane.
"their funny" Shane said as she walked down the stairs with brennon.
"they seem to really like each other" she said again smiling.

'Like us.' Brennon thought, wanted to say it out loud but didn't. But he just smiled instead, glancing at Shane with sparkling eyes and then back down at Freja and Daisy. It was true that the two seemed like a strange couple, since usually the two wouldn't get along, cats and dogs. But not in this case, since it seemed like two that were different than the rest got along perfectly. Just like Shane and Brennon.

Brennon blushed deeply, but began to laugh. "It's fine." He said, rolling out from under her and holding out a hand to help her up after he had gotten to his feet. "Weird thing is, usually I'm the one doing that." He smiled, his eyes sparkling with glee and enjoyment. Being with Shane had made him this way; less wary, happy-go-lucky instead of the shy, runaway he used to be.
