His brothers? The angels he mention was his brothers? Jack studied the man for a moment, his heart beat started to pick up abit. This man's aura was somewhat similar to his own father's..it was the same, but it was different."...Can you tell us your name please? Sam says it polite to exchange names when meeting new people..." Of course, Dean told him different. Buying each other beer was a sign of friendship. Anyway, the angrier man was bothering Jack. Not because he was upset, it was because of that aura he was picking up. There was no way, that this guy was his father..he watched him die by the hands of Dean."Yes..i'm sorry. I really did wish i could remember more. I'm sure that something will come up sooner or later."

The boy then turn his action to the man that joined them, who was much nicer." Hello, my name is Jack." A neutral smile came across his face as he threw up his hand. Javi seem to be very positive, which made him feel a little more relaxed." I agree, we should find a good spot to stay. I read that drinking ocean water wasn't healthy for humans. So maybe finding some fresh water would be a start?"Well..two of them weren't human. He was half human,so he really didn't eat, drink, or sleep that."Also, i'm able to take care of my self if something happens, no worries." That was thrown at Lucifer, who was still bugging him.

spacerFinally, the insolent beast had dropped from his high horse in the air. Though Iah had only been hovering slightly higher than himself, it had been irritating and didn't help the obnoxious stuck-up first impression Lucifer had gleaned from him. What followed after, however, was anything but humble. Lucifer had almost begun to believe Iah's short-lived charade when his last comment caused Lucifer to turn and glare at the boy. "I can handle myself, thanks," He retorted snippily, emphasizing the last word heavily as he swatted at one of Iah's wings that had brushed against the side of his shoulder. He knew the boy was trying to be annoying, and unfortunately for Lucifer, it was working a bit too well. "And keep those damned things away from me." He tugged on the base of his sleeves and took in a breath, raising his head as he gave the kid an angry glance. Iah's stupid comments were getting on his nerves, but Lucifer didn't get the chance to say anything else to him before the stranger spoke.

spacerAt first, the tall man was a bit put-off by how straightforward and blunt Javier was. He made quick work of reprimanding Lucifer's behavior, surprising him into silence for the duration of his short introduction. Lucifer stared, open-mouthed, not entirely sure what to do with himself. He supposed he had severely misjudged Javier's character based on his appearance; being concise and taking leadership almost immediately was not what Lucifer would have expected from someone of his...status. Either way, Javier had managed to shut him up for the moment being. Whoever this man was, he wasn't taking any of it and he meant business. As Javier finished, Lucifer was starting to think that the boy Jack had been the only tolerable one in the group so far, but the kid quickly proved him wrong after throwing yet another passive-aggressive comment in his direction.

spacer"What is it, 'rag on Lucifer' day?" He muttered under his breath, now sharing his annoyed looks with Jack. The child seemed as dumb as a doornail, and Lucifer was dreading having to spend any more time with these three idiots. Not only did everyone seem to have it out for him today, but it was also clear that he was the only one prioritizing what was most important. That, of course, was himself. "I need to figure out what this place is and why I'm here," he started, staring pointedly at Javier. "That is if, for some reason, all this wasn't a 'gift' from dear old Dad to test my patience, and honestly I can't think of another reason why it wouldn't be."

spacerLucifer considered Javier carefully, crossing his arms again as he did. The other man was right, as much as Lucifer hated to admit it, but there were little other things he could think of that would be as boring and uneventful as staying on this cursed beach. "But I suppose you're right; that's not a completely horrid idea. Standing out here isn't going to do any good, and personally, I'd like to find out what's going on and get this over with." Lucifer looked over to the tree line, frowning slightly before returning to the group. "As for me..." he sighed, "you all have already introduced yourselves so I suppose I'll do the same. My name is Lucifer. Lucifer Morningstar." He extended a hand towards Javier. "Perhaps we can find a way to help each other."

the child stared up at alistair with large, round, blue curious eyes. surely he must be jesting? three kings in one place? evan had begun to fiddle with the little stick between his fingers, flipping the wand around between his small hands. a bunch of questions were tugging at him, the boy really wanted to ask arthur and alistair some things, but he didn't want to be rude or impolite. he had thought about this over and over when it was just arthur, but two kings that could potentially give him advice was hard not to act on. evan peered sideways at shun, craning his neck to see his arm. he was honestly a little afraid of upsetting him by talking to him, but if he just spoke to the kings and excluded him that might also upset him, even if shun didn't show it. evan didn't even notice that they had started to move along without him ever noticing, plus, he'd have to tuck in those thoughts for later as arthur had swiftly stridden passed him to speak with shun. sort of half-listening to the two, evan fell back to where alistair was, looking up at the man again. the small boy was honestly a little afraid of speaking with the older king, unlike arthur, he was much less soft, he seemed very friendly but something about the way he acted made evan unsteady. of course he had not been in alistair's company for long enough to truly be able to form an opinion on him, and the boy was certainly not one to judge. the fur on his ears prickled as evan realized he had been probably gaping at him long enough to be noticeable, quickly averting his eyes to fix them on the nature filled surroundings.

the sound of grass being crunched came to a halt as the group stopped moving, or more specifically, shun stopped. evan immediate knew why, the soft trickling, or maybe rushing if they were closer, sound of water could be heard in their surroundings. they probably all had the same idea, to try and determine which direction the noise came from. evan's ears tilted at different angles, trying to find the sound's origin without moving his head, but nothing changed, perhaps they weren't close enough? no the sound was quite loud at this point, it had to be nearby. one thing evan was very knowledgeable in was botany, obviously he wasn't a master, and it wasn't his job, but when he was still a prince in ding dong dell, nella and him would read about all sorts of plants. often or not there would be a plant that could require a spell or a higgledie to assist himself and others, perhaps something to help find a source of water? furrowing his brow to let go of his thoughts of ding dong dell, evan peered around with a sharp gaze looking over the plants, but all of the rain forest nature kind of just blended together into one dark, mess of plants. even when he got close to one and inspected it, it was never something he could recognize at all which was little strange. sighing with defeat, the child looked back at the others adjusted his grip on his wand. his ears drooped as he reunited himself with shun and the kings, finding himself following right beside arthur once more. while covering minimal ground listening for the relaxing splashing sound of water, evan couldn't help but quickly notice how muddy his shoes had become. of course this is something that commonly happens while adventuring, but this accursed island was dry for the most part, everything had that atmosphere that makes it so when you inhale its sharp and crisp. gazing at the earth underneath him, it appeared to get more muddy to the left of him, making evan feel kind of foolish for never noticing something so blatant. starting to walk in that direction, even called out in a low voice. "i-it's most likely beyond the mud here." it was hard to see much from where he stood due to the amount of trees.

-- Iah Saihashi
---- 17 :: Male :: Digimon oc :: Tagged- Lucifer, Jack, Javier
Iah had no regrets when it came to his subtle digs on the man. Honestly if he couldn't take things this mild then he wasn't especially impressed with him at all. "Questions answered would certainly be nice," with introductions taken care of and apologies -- no matter how sarcastic -- out of the way, Iah backed up a step once more as he drifted back up into the air. Though he stayed closer to the ground this time, only a few inches above it. {If one wingtip flicked Lucifer's head as he did, he'd never admit that it was on purpose just to annoy him. It certainly wasn't his fault his wings were so numerous and unruly.} "I have no objections to that plan, with exams coming up I can't afford to be here for too long and if we have a chance to find anything out, I'm willing to take it." He paused as he narrowed his eyes at the winged man once more. "Oh yes, gods forbid you, clearly the only person who matters, be stuck here."
Mentally, Iah did note the similarity between the name 'Lucifer' and 'Lucemon', what he was, as he finally introduced himself. But he also recognized that the two words likely just shared the same root -- 'light' in latin -- so he didn't put much stock in any comparisons. There was little to compare beyond 'they both were winged humanoids'. He also noted, however, that 'Morningstar' was the most pretentious surname he could think of to go along with a given name that found its root in the word 'light'. He snorted softly at it, feathers rustling as he cleared his throat softly in a weak attempt to cover it up.

Lucifer? no wonder he was getting a bad vibe form him! and it looked like he got his self a new meat suit, guess Nick wasn't good enough for him anymore? he shouldn't be worried about that right now." No,no,no..that's not possible. Dean killed you..i watch him stab you. How are you back again?!" the gentle jack started to get overwhelmed by this. Again, his eyes glowed a bright golden color and his black wings appeared on his back. "I-I have my wings as well? but how? what is going on here? im so confused." He had to ignore it, he had a bigger problem on his hand." This is all your fault. Dean wouldn't be in this situation if it wasn't for you! Micheal is inside him, controlling Dean and hes trying to destroy our world with his army of monster." the boy's hand started to shake abit." Then you stole my grace and tried to pin Sam and i against each other. Your sick...what kind of father would put his own son through all that pain."

the young boy looked at the other two for a moment." Don't trust him, he's bad news! My father is selfish and doesn't care about anything other then is self." he then looked back at Lucifer." You can't trick me again and since i have some of my grace back, i can end you my self. I won't let you do anything bad to the world, i'll protect my family!." Micheal..and now Lucifer. Well wasn't this great? poor guy wasn't aware that this Lucifer was form another world." So...anything you wanna say before i get rid of you again?"

~~Ahri~☆~"18"~☆~Female~☆~LoL~☆~Ezreal, Lux

Ahri rolled her eyes. Ezreal seemed like he was using every tip and trick in the book just to try and charm Lux. What a fool.
"Yes. We have an idiot who i'm sure will have no problems in directing another unknown creature of this island our way." she wiggled her fingers, tipping her head back before placing her hands on her hips in some sassy pose. What went from a perfectly threatening situation easily fell into back into some light-hearted friendly mush, much to her annoyance.... but also, it wasn't that bad... Her ears perked up at Ezreal saying the word Star Guardian as her gaze snapped to look at him, her face scrunching up in confusion. Where was he getting this sudden vocabulary from even though he JUST said he couldn't even remember her? This was like trying to jump over hurdles!.... Well, that's how it felt to her at least. She despised those. She started to walk behind Lux before pausing as the blonde stopped.
"Starlight doesn't have a plan." She sighed, shaking her head before slapping her hands over her mouth. She didn't mean to refer to her by that name, that one slipped. Oops.
"Don't mind that, but we were just gonna scout the entire island to see what we're dealing with. Maybe there's something past this forest, maybe there's a food source. I saaaaay we head to the east. the fox chimed in, pointing one finger to the direction that was to the right of her. Speaking of food, she was kind of hungry.... she only hoped this island had GOOD food. She wasn't complying to eat any slop whatsoever. A star didn't eat garbage. Kiko chimed in with its little chirrups n squeaks at Ahri's suggestion before the fox paced off in the direction she mentioned, her tails waving behind her.
"Let's try to look for a food source as well. Maybe something like fruit." She thought out loud, rubbing her chin.

**Soraka*☆*"16"*☆*Female*☆*LoL*☆*King

As they fell, Soraka could only feel an immense amount of guilt. The situation didn't quite have to go this way now did it? Imagine if she actually admitted that she could, actually fly. Maybe it would of rubbed alittle bit more salt into the wound, but overall, maybe he would of had his Chastiefol to fight, and this entire situation could of been avoided completely. The fact that this situation was pretty much HER fault entirely hit her pretty hard. Luckily for them, instead of making contact with the ground, a cluster of branches caught their fall, which she was relived about. She was sure it was better then.... being faced with the hard ground beneath them, but that didn't comfort her in the slightest. She sighed shakily, before realizing that she did kind of land on King, so she quickly rose up, wincing slightly at the sting of the scratches from the branches. They weren't too bad, but her concern was focused on making sure King was okay. She glanced around, trying to locate where her staff could of gone, assuming that she must of let go of it while they were falling. Her gaze shifted up at movement out of the corner of her eye, catching the sight of Shisa just barely keeping his grip on the staff, floating down slowly and carefully to the Star Guardian.
"Oh Shisa! Thank you." she yelped in relief, reaching up to gently grasp the base of the staff before rolling off of the fairy. Ears twitching at his apology, she could only do nothing but give a sad smile. She would of loved to inform him of the cold hard truth, but now didn't quite seem like the time.
"Oh no.... there's no need to apologize. If there's anyone who should be apologizing, it should be me. We don't have to do anything intill your ready to." she whispered softly, eyeing him over real quick as if to check him over. While, she more then knew that he was most certainly in pain, it still didn't hurt to try and identify anything by the eye. She positioned her staff over King, closing her eyes. If there was one thing she could definitely do for him without any hesitation, it was this. A soft but sparkly green light was emitted from the staff, falling onto the fairy. The goat leaned back when she was done, pressing the back of her hand against her forehead, sighing. A teeny headache, but it'd go away. Just a side-effect of healing..... and a simple transfer of a bit of her own life force to heal a ally. It was a fair trade.... she couldn't let him be in pain like that. The goat's eyes snapped open when she felt a small gust of wind zoom by her face.... she knew exactly what it was. The familiar had taken its place in front of the fairy's face, shrilling angrily in his squeaky voice at King. She was more then glad that the familiar couldn't actually talk with actual human words, he was saying far too many crude words.
"Shisa! Your language! Leave him be." Soraka scolded, frowning as she puffed a bit of air out of her nose. She reached to pluck a stray leaf out of her hair, flicking it aside,
"Do you... feel any better now?"

~~Sona~♬~20s~♬~Female~♬~LoL~♬~Akira

Sona smiled. It seemed the telepathic message went through, and by her reaction, she didn't seem to respond negatively to it either. She sighed quietly, bowing her head. This girl couldn't possibly be from Demacia.... she didn't quite look the part either, so where could she have been from? Just another question that was added to her list of concerns.
Sona. My name is Sona. Pleased to make your acquaintance. she made another gesture, before her shoulders slumped. She figured this whole telepathic thing would be pretty weird... and annoying maybe after a certain point, considering if there happened to be anyone else coming by, it'd almost look.... kind of weird. Shaking her head, she glanced up to eye the canopy of leaves overhead, running her hands over her head to smooth down her pigtails. Not that she really could.... they were just sorta stuck that way. It seemed this girl would bring no harm to her however, but she couldn't be certain herself. Surprises were always around the corner.... just like the dream. And her sudden placement in this forest.
I must ask.... are you a commoner of this forest? I'm sure It'd be a coincidence if you happen to be lost like I am. She could only assume as much considering Akira didn't seem to be from where she came from. If such thing was false, then she'd maybe be able to get info about her whereabouts, and maybe find a way out of wherever this place was located. Deciding that she really didn't have any need to hide her set any further. She made a gesture with her hand, sending the unlit etwahl floating silently to take its proper place in-front of her. She leaned her elbows onto its surface, resting her weight onto it.

Tamamo stretched as she woke up from her dream. Ah, the forest was so pretty and the weather was gorgeous, she just wanted to stay there forever. Well, she should probably get up and going eventually. She was quite a bit startled when she opened her eyes though. What in the world happened to this forest?! After getting up and looking around for a bit, it seemed pretty similar to the forest that appeared in her dream. She didn't even have a master here either, so she would have to be self-sufficient when it came to mana, although for some reason she felt like that wouldn't be a problem. She also still had her mirror floating around her. However, Tamamo really didn't like how creepy this place was. She decided that staying in one spot wasn't the best idea and started wandering around.

So, Ryoji thought his costume suited him? It was a bit odd having his costume commented on, the other Phantom Thieves not really saying too much except for that his jacket would likely eventually get stuck in a door. Ren was about to say something when he noticed Ryoji looking around. Well, that was a bit worrisome. Could Ryoji sense something he couldn't? Then Ryoji spun around and said a warning, then some... extremely strange creatures appeared. They looked like they were bears, but... they looked like someone painted them like they were a mascot of a children's cartoon. And were those zippers on their necks? Well, they were a bit odd, but they still needed to be defeated. He got between Ryoji and the weird bears, then summoned Arsene, blue fire appearing around him and the persona, and then used an attack that took out a few of those bears.

      Pit

Unknown | Male | Kid Icarus | Tagged: Green

Stirring in his sleep, the dream he was having was quite strange. Paradise? One that wasn't Skyworld nor even looked like any place he had visited during his adventures. What was even stranger was the human looking child that had approached him. It all greatly confused him, but it all came to a quick end as he opened his eyes and abruptly sat up. "What a strange dream," he mumbled with a small shake of his head. Lifting his head up, it only took him a moment to realize that he was no longer in his usual living quarters. Actually, he wasn't even inside but rather sitting in the sand on some beach that existed in the human's land. Had he passed out during some mission Palutena had sent him out on? Rubbing his temples, he tried to recall such a thing but nothing came to him. He couldn't be having memory loss could he? It was an irritating thought. Pushing it aside, all she could do now was try to contact Palutena and get her to bring him back to Skyworld before something bad happened. Looking up towards the sky, he took note of its gloomy appearance and a faint frown crossed his lips. Wherever he was, it wasn't a pleasant place to be. The worst part was there didn't even seem to be any monsters around meaning he either had just missed Medusa's army or they hadn't arrived yet. Maybe staying was his best option, but that didn't mean he couldn't try to contact Palutena and get filled in on whatever was going on. Rising to his feet, he noticed the bow sitting at his side and he quickly picked it up. At least if things got bad before he managed to contact the goddess he could fend for himself.

"Hey Lady Palutena you wanna tell me what's going on here?" he asked. Usually he wouldn't voice such things out loud, but it wasn't as if he could telepathically reach Palutena without her help to begin with. Surely she would hear him or at least see him with her all seeing eye. Waiting for a moment, the angel expected a quick response, but to his surprise nothing came. Tilting his head in confusion, Pit let a soft grunt escape his lips. "Lady Palutena!!!" he bellowed out in annoyance. If she was trying to play some joke on him it wasn't funny. This was a serious matter. Yet again no reply came. That's when he began to worry. Surely Palutena wouldn't leave him waiting this long. What if something had happened to her and that was why he couldn't remember anything. It was possible they had been attacked and he had been best only to be thrown to the human world. The thought horrified him. If Lady Palutena was in that kind of danger then he needed to find her as soon as possible. That was only an assumption though. It was all he had to go off of though. Frowning, Pit quickly gave his surroundings a look again. They seemed familiar to him though he could have sworn he had never found himself on a beach before. If he had ever even been offered the chance he would have taken it in an instance though he'd hope it wouldn't be for fighting purposes but rather a nice, relaxing break. Yeah, that sounded real nice. Wait, a relaxing place.

His eyes widened at that thought. That was right. His dream had been of such a place and now he was in such a place. Was he still sleeping? No, he was positive he was awake. This place wasn't an exact replica of what he had seen. It was much grimmer than he recalled. "How is this possible?" he mumbled, but his thoughts were quickly snapped as his eyes landed upon a figure nearby. Lifting his gaze, he quietly stared at Green for a moment. She was too far away for him to realize that she wasn't a human, but even if he had noticed, it wouldn't have bothered him. All that mattered was she might have the answers he was looking for. Throwing a hand up into the air, he quickly waved to try and get her attention. Without wasting a second, the angel darted forward towards the inkling with high hopes. "Hey! Over here! Can you help me?"

      Tiki
      ──────────────────
      3000+ | Female | FE:13 | Tagged: Gilthunder

His words took her slightly by surprise. He was willing to do that for a complete stranger like her? She hadn't expected him to care that much about her stone, but it was very kind of him. Looking away for a moment, she allowed a smile to cross her lips. She wasn't sure how else to react to such. Of course most of those back home would be more than willing to help her if anything happened to her dragonstone though there were a few that were questionable. "Thank you. I very much appreciate those kind words," she finally said as she collected herself once again. She couldn't help herself get too giddy over such a statement. It wasn't totally unusual for strangers to want to help. Everyone was a stranger with each other at some point. Shaking the thought off, she heard him ask yet another question about her stone. It wasn't one that would be all too difficult for her to answer. "There is no need to worry about such. It is impossible to take too much power from my stone since it is all my natural power. There are some who might not be able to control themselves well, but I have had thousands of years of practice so it is no concern of mine." Even for those manaketes that were a bit chaotic when returning to the true forms it was impossible to draw out too much power. It was just a matter of how comfortable they were with their true forms. The only others she knew were perfectly fine controlling it much like herself even though they were both much younger than she was.

Shaking the thought off, Tiki trailed behind Gilthunder as they proceeded up the cliff. Moving in silence for the moment, she looked down at the beach below before averting her gaze back in front of her when she realized they had made it to the top. Quietly watching him shed his armor, it took a moment to realize she probably had been staring for too long and she quickly averted her gaze away before he began speaking. "The forest clearing might be our best option. Surely there has to be not only a supply of food, but water as well. Plants need a source to thrive off of so we can probably assume there is something in that area," she said. Then again looking out towards the forest it looked gloomy and it made her wonder if the lack of water was why it appeared to be dying in the first place. It really was hard to tell what exactly was going on. In one way she could assume it was dying while in the other it was possible that it was just a creepy looking forest. "If that is where you think we should go, I'm fine with heading that way."

    | form | male | tagged; jack, lucifer, iah|

Javier nodded to acknowledge Jack’s introduction, and also to agree with the suggestion that they should go and find some fresh water. That was definitely going to be a good start, and if they ended up having to stay on the island for a while, finding shelter that was close to a source of clean water would certainly be preferable. At least they were kind of getting somewhere, but there were still sharp comments being tossed about between the three others, Jack had been quick to point a passive-aggressive statement towards Lucifer moments after finishing his introduction which caused Javier to sigh and shake his head. Clearly being with this group was going to be testing his patient if they kept arguing among themselves, all he could really do was hope that eventually the disagreements sort themselves out. For a good few moments, though, it seemed like the baseball player successfully shut the other adult up when he reprimanded him; knowing that worked was definitely a relief but he still had to consider the other two. While Javier did have experience with children, that was only really in the Apocalypse where they really had no choice other than to listen to him and his plans; it would literally be life and death. That serious atmosphere seemed to be lacking in this group, though, there was nothing that was necessarily threatening that he knew of. This was going to be difficult.

When he was being spoken to, Javier looked at the man who both Jack and Iah seemed to have issues with; that wasn’t surprising considering he didn’t really have any problems with returning sharp comments from what Javier had seen. ”We all need to figure out where this is and why we’re here.” He pointed out, folding his arms over his chest, ”And I’m sure everybody has places they need to get back to.” He continued, deciding against questioning why the man’s father was mentioned. Why would anyone’s father send them to some mystery island and how exactly could they even do that? After reminding himself of who he was interacting with, Javier decided not to wonder how they took people from their homes and deliver them on the island; if there were people with wings around here then it probably wasn’t the most normal situation he could possibly be in. It also made him wonder why the man’s father would dislike him enough to send him to a random island, talk about pretty serious daddy-issues if it was caused by his father. Although, Javier was hardly one to talk about relationships with fathers. While obviously he did get along with his father, and the both of them both cared deeply for each other, Javier wasn’t there when his father needed him most, he wasn’t there when his mother needed him most, either. He shook his head and focused on the people he was with.

Lucifer Morningstar. Javier was unsure what to make of the name that was given, but he still shook Lucifer’s hand politely, ”Lucifer? Er, alright. Cool name?” His unsure voice when complimenting, if you could even call it a compliment, Lucifer’s name definitely highlighted the fact he didn’t know what to make of it. Part of him was waiting for another name to be added on, like how Paul Monroe introduced himself as both Paul and Jesus; he explained that Jesus was just a nickname that most people called him by, similar to how most people referred to Javier as Javi rather than the full name. Nothing came though, it was just Lucifer Morningstar. ”I wouldn’t mind helping each other.” He added, offering a smile before his gaze shifted over to Iah at the mention of exams. ”You have exams?” Javier furrowed his brows confusedly, considering school certainly wasn’t really a thing anymore since the dead began walking, but then he reminded himself that Iah most certainly wasn’t like any other people he had met before in the apocalypse, so exams and school probably wasn’t the strangest thing.

Suddenly, the entire situation took a turn for the worse when Jack reacted to Lucifer’s name, clearly being personally affected by the mention of, well, the Devil. The wings appearing on his back startled the baseball player and prompted him to stagger back slightly, eyes widening in surprise. Was he really the only one without wings around here? Of all the things, he never thought the lack of wings would be was made him different from a group. Apparently Lucifer was supposed to be dead, which was a situation that Javier could somewhat relate to; when he met David again he used to think that his brother was dead, and David assumed his family was dead, but Javier couldn’t say he’d even seen someone who had been stabbed come back. People who were dead stayed dead. Well, kind of at least. Hearing all of the accusations being thrown about, he couldn’t just stand by and do nothing while there was the risk of someone getting hurt, after all, Jack did threaten to end Lucifer himself.

”We just agreed to work together!” He groaned, clearly exasperated by the sudden change in character. Stepping forwards again, in between Jack and Lucifer, he frowned at Jack and shook his head, ”Hey! Nobody is ending anybody,” Admittedly, Javier had no idea what he was planning on doing, and he doubted he would do much with just his words; a baseball bat, too, if it came to violence but he was hoping that it wouldn’t have to be used on someone Jack’s age. ”Listen, I get it, I’d do anything to protect my family too, but if Lucifer wanted to trick you or hurt you again, don’t you think he’d get it over with by now? Or at least have a reaction if he saw you?” It was a stretch to assume what Lucifer would do, but it was all he could think of for now, needless to say he never really had to prepare for anything like the situation he was currently in.

      King
      ──────────────────
1300+ | Male | Seven Deadly Sins | Tagged: Soraka

Relaxing at her words, King stared up towards the treetops in silence. What a mess he was right now. Never would he have thought he'd feel this useless with the abilities he was granted back home. How could the most powerful fairy king be this weak in a place like this? It really was pathetic. At least no one from back home would have to see him like this, it would spare him the embarrassment. After a moment, he had a strange feeling overcome him and he shifted his gaze to realize that Soraka was healing him. It was strange to be healed by someone else given that he usually healed himself or simply had his wounds heal naturally. To have someone else have to take that role though did embarrass him a bit and caused him to quickly look away from her with a faint blush on his cheeks. His gaze didn't stay away for too long or rather Shisa entered it. Even if he didn't understand a word it was saying, it was clear that it was unhappy with him. In a way he could accept its rage, but on the other hand it wasn't his fault that this had all happened. He had minimized the damage that had come to Soraka anyways so why was it mad at him. Things could have been far worse if he had taken a different course of action. Wrinkling his nose, he was about to stand up for himself, but hearing the goat speak up first caused him to stop. So it was cussing him out or something like that. How kind of it. That only gave him more reason to dislike the familiar.

Lifting a hand, King pushed Shisa away as he managed to move himself into a sitting position. It was hard given how he had been caught on the branches, but at least he was aching in pain like he had been before. If anything he felt completely restored minus the fact that his magic still felt depleted. It didn't help that chastiefol was still in action either. The magic it needed to battle had to come from somewhere and of course that source was King. It wasn't too bad since it wasn't changing forms, but it would slowly drain his magic source. "Yes, I feel much better," he said with a faint smile on his lips. It was probably best not to let her know that he wasn't entirely fine. It wasn't as if he was lying. He did feel much better than he previously had. He just wasn't at a hundred percent nor would he be until he was able to replenish he magic. Usually this wasn't a problem for him unless he released his sacred treasure into its true state or a battle became drawn out and required him to use many consecutive attacks. Of course the strength of his opponent played into it as well. Those creatures here though didn't seem too strong which made it worse. He had fought demons much more powerful than that on his own and defeated them without help.

Snapping from the thought, the sound of something coming through the branches was quick to catch his attention. Looking upwards, he could make out the familiar green spotted pattern of the guardian chastiefol as it made its way towards him. From the looks of it, it had some tears in it and the stuffing looked to be falling out of it. That was no problem though. Chastiefol always patched itself up when it needed. Even if it was broken in half it would always piece itself back together. That was the benefit of having such a weapon. It was impossible to break it. "Looks like chastiefol took care of those things." He was sure that it had otherwise it wouldn't have returned so willingly. At least now that it wasn't fighting he would be able to let his magic refill. It would just mean he would have to avoid letting it transform for awhile which would be no problem if things were cleared up. Besides, he didn't plan on staying the air for too long. All they needed was to get where they wanted and then they could return to the ground and chastiefol wouldn't need to be used for any kind of transportation. As the sacred treasure approached, it reverted back to its usual pillow form proving that it was no longer in battle. "I guess we can figure out where we're going now that chastiefol is back."

At those words, King began to think over what would be best for them to do. From what he had seen they didn't have too many options, but there were enough to at least get a change of scenery. They could always go to the field. Soraka had been talking about that before they had seen what was around them. If it would benefit her then he saw no reason not to head that direction then. It wasn't as if he had any preference on location anyways. Anything was fine with him. Over his years he had been to many different places and he had fought battles in plenty of varying landscapes. There really was nothing that would slow him down. It was an arrogant thought to have, but it was true. It was only fitting that the fairy king was capable of performing no matter where he was at. Now he was starting to think like Escanor. The arrogant role had always belonged to the lion sin yet here he was acting like him. How unbefitting of the grizzly sin. Usually battle wasn't on his mind like this and he was the one to sit aside until motivated to fight. Why was that different now? Maybe he already had been motivated. Now that he thought about it he was trying to prove his worth to that annoying familiar. Not only that, but he wanted to get back home. Those seemed like good enough reasons to act less like his sloth self for once. Yet again he found himself overthinking this all. He needed to stay focused. "You said you were hoping for a field, right? Well there was one out to the east. Maybe that is where we should be headed then?"
