Madison nodded, "That sounds alright," she looked over at Dimitri for a moment before looking ahead again, pausing in her steps when she heard walking out in the forest, but she worked to ignore it as she started working again.

Dimitri paused when he heard footsteps, then continued to wlak with her as heblokked around, trying to find the source of the footsteps. He slowly drew he closer to himself, and tensed a bit.

Madison took in a deep breath, trying to calm down as she closed her eyes, ignoring the sound as she let Dimitri lead her along, looking ahead for a moment before resting her head on his shoulder drawing comfort in his closeness for a second before she straightened up again, not wanting him to get uncomfortable if he didn't want her that close to him.

Dimitri, to his own surprise, relaxed a little bit when she laid her head on his shoulder for a moment. He looked down at her when she lifted her head again, then looked around as he held her close to himself. He didn't mind her close. In fact, he liked it.

Madison turned her head to look over at Dimitri before looking ahead again, the sound of the footsteps fading off until it was barely a thud every few seconds, the thud sound slowly transformed into the sound of something heavy dragging itself and she slowly grew a bit tense as she moved closer to him.

Dimitri looked around, and drew her closer. He hated the sound. To him, it almost sounded as if something was dragging a body. Sadly, he knew what it sounded like. He looked down at her for a moment, holding her close as he walked with her. He'd do his best to keep her as calm as he could.

Madison winced when she heard something groan out in the forest, slowly drawing even closer to Dimitri and turning her head to hide it against his shoulder, trying to relax and not feel fear as she knew everything so far had been meant to do, something in this forest was evil, if the forest wasn't evil itself, and she didn't want to wind up killing both of them because she panicked.

Dimitri kept one of his arms tightly around her, and the other rested on the back of her head, keeping her face gently hidden in his shoulder. He did not want her to see whatever was making that noise, if it decided to show up, "Shh," he whispered softly, lowering his head a little bit. His face was close to the top of her head, "Do not look. I will not let you run into anything, I will guide you," he whispered softly as he lifted his gaze, and looked around for a moment.

"Alright," Madison murmured quietly, relaxed against Dimitri's side, not minding that he was keeping her face gently against his shoulder, while she normally would have reacted more because of it, she trusted him. She bit her lip as she slowly drew slowly closer, still walking along beside him as the sound grew slightly louder as if was getting closer.

Dimitri looked around again, pulling her slightly closer to his side as he lead her along. Like he promised, he was very gentle with her, and avoided running her into any trees or letting her trip over something. He tensed when he heard the sound growing louder, and looked around again.
