Kadina purred in delight, nothing seducing, but enough to make you think she was happy. "I can't with Bump 1 & 2 in my belly, if they are that is. We'll have to see tommorow." She shrugged, she just hoped she could put the symptoms off for today. Wincing, she swallowed away the sickness. "Maybe I just got up too early." she suggested.

"Maybe," Tristan agreed. "It's rare for a vampire to get sick, unless, of course, the obvious reason." he shrugged. "It does happen though, so we won't know until tomorrow."

[Lilo.]

"Yeah..." Kadina listened to him carefully, this was making it more obvious the children weren't his. Yet hadn't Tristan realized? She and Alix, they... and Tristan the day after. Hadn't it clicked to Tristan? Even so, Kadina knew that Tristan wouldn't harm Kadina, even if he knew who's children they were.

"Maybe there's some random flu goin' around. It might explain why I couldn't read your mind." Tristan said, smiling apologetically. He doubted that Kadina enjoyed him invading into her mind, but he couldn't help it. It was just something that he naturally did. "I'm sure you don't like me buzzing around in your thoughts. It's not that I don't trust you. I'm just curious if there's anything else I should now about from... Er, your hunting trip." he said this uncomfortably. He was still enraged with Alix. Nothing could simmer that down. Alix had completely crossed the line - Yes, Alix caused girls to cheat on their boyfriends with him. And Tristan didn't care about that. But it was the fact that Alix knew how much he loved Kadina, yet went and did this anyway, that enraged him.

[Lilo.]

"Well before I tell you, I was under no spell but of drink and lust, okay? We um... we um..." Kadina began to make actions with her hands and face but she just looked stupid, so she whispered it into Tristan's ear because anybody who's a vampire might of heard it other wise.

Well, the new knowledge definitely didn't help. Tristan had learnt to partially control his anger, but he was pretty much ready to snap Alix's neck. But of course Alix would still live if he didn't burn him. Instead he just took a deep breath, vowing to himself that he'd kill Alix later - Literally. Kadina didn't need to know about it. Alix had plenty of enemies; The story would be that his latest lover had a boyfriend, and the boyfriend caught them, and killed him. That would be pretty believeable; Alix had been torn about quite a few times, but never been burned. Tristan silently tried to recall where he left his lighter.

[Lilo.]

Kadina smiled, he hadn't pulled a fit like he had last time. Her grin was sweet, so innocent - she didn't know the intentions of Tristan. Not that she wanted to know, either, that she would find out when she heard Alix's screaming if Tristan did get round to burning him. Stroking his cheek over and over, she sensed something wasn't okay with Tristan. "So...?" she asked. "Aren't you going to shout at me and tell me how stupid I am?"

"No. Just gotta find my lighter." Tristan muttered jokingly. An uncertain, but convincing, smile spread across his face. If he could convince Kadina that the statement was just a joke, then all would be good. It was times like this that he was glad that she wasn't the mind-reader.

[Lilo.]

Kadina smiled but she still didn't believe him. "I'll go and fetch it for you, I want to light a bonfire. Where is it?" She asked. Luckily, Tristan wouldn't be able to read her mind still, hopefully...? Because all that was going through her mind were three things - Alix, Alix's Children, And... What It Took For her to go that far with Alix -- The memories of it all.

"In the top drawer of the desk in the corner in my room." Tristan recalled with a smile. Good. He'd have it for when he planned to kill Alix. He'd decided he'd probably do it tonight, when Kadina was asleep. He'd sneak away from her, pull together a hunting group. Then he would pull Alix back to talk to him. He'd tell him about how Kadina told him everything, then he would kill him. It'd be so far into the forest that, hopefully, Kadina wouldn't wake.
