Kadina pretended to wonder why but she knew. "Hmm, have you tried asking him why?" She then realized this was a totally bad idea. "Actually, I'd leave him, he might come round." She smiled at him, trying to hide what was the truth behind her smile.

Tristan nodded. "Yeah, with Alix, it's best to just leave him be. He tends to work it out on his own. We actually got in a fight during hunting 'cause he kept slipping out of position. Next time you go running in the forest, watch out; We knocked down a lot of trees." he said with a joking smile. Though the gashes running up his arms and the jagged cut across the side of his neck seemed serious, Tristan took them as mere scratches. He and Alix had been through fights millions of times worse than this, and it made this not even compare in pain.

Kadina didn't laugh, however, she didn't want either of them injured, however she knew why he kept slipping out of place. She attempted a grim chuckle. "Yup, I will knock allot more down, most probably." She tilted her head, she still hadn't been out hunting as a group yet. She just hoped she could leave it a little longer.


(Hey, maybe it could go on for a while longer. Alix could be suggested by Xena or Zire to take Kadina out on a hunting trip thing, if you want?)

Xena walked gracefully down the stairs, Alix trailing behind her. "Kadina, Alix is going to take you hunting. And Tristan, before you start arguing, you're too hurt, plus you've fed today." Tristan had been about to protest, but narrowed his eyes coldly and remained silent. "Have fun you two." Xena said cheerfully. "Or don't." Tristan hissed lowly.

Alix rolled his eyes, walking past Kadina without so much as a second glance. For all they knew, Alix had just met Kadina, barely knew anything about her. This was still true, but for all they knew, nothing had gone on today that was anything special. When he got outside, he sprinted a bit into the forest, so he wouldn't be seen while he waited in anticipation for Kadina.

Kadina's eyes lit up again, but she tried to not feel guilty. "Bye Mr. Grump." She laughed, waving him good-bye and blowing him an air-kiss. Of course it was only a joke, but he'd probably take it seriously. "Hey, Alix wait." She called , skidding around the door swiftly before racing ahead until she saw Alix. But when she got to him, she didn't really know what to say. They were meant to be hunting, but they could get a little side-tracked ...

"Tristan's suspicious." Alix growled, unhappy with himself for letting his guard down. His muscles flexed beneath the white t-shirt he now wore, causing him to wince from the still sore injuries from his spat with Tristan. Deciding they weren't too bad, he lept agilely into the trees while keeping himself pre-occupied. He began scoping out a lynx idly. "He doesn't know anything big, but he knows there's something up. I shouldn't've let me guard down, but I did, just for a minute. It's hard to register my own thoughts when I'm trying to hide them from that irritating mind-reader." he muttered, leaping into another tree.

[Lilo.]

"Well, I don't know if he's being trying to read my mind, I don't exactly understand it all yet." Kadina shrugged, following him in the trees, but she was on foot on the ground - she watched him scan the surroundings before jumping up beside him, tugging at his arm. "Are you still hurt?" She asked, lifting up his shirt to look at the wounds. They looked sore, but how would she know, she'd never seen fights much before, so it could be pretty mere compared to what wounds he's had before.

"Yeah. Not too much, though." Alix replied, glancing down. His arms were streaked with small wounds, and two fang marks rested in the shoulder. They still bled, circled by neon green venom. That was the wound that really stung. He growled as he stretched it out, opening it up even more, but didn't complain. He wasn't a complainer. "He's tried to read my mind, and succeeded. Luckily I wasn't thinking about anything completely important and/or secretive."

[Lilo.]

"Yeah." Kadina glanced down his arm, and as she touched it she received a flash back from her powers, but into her past ... about.... leaves? She smiled, picking up one of the leaves that she'd seen, a replica from her 'flashback'. "Try this on the wound," she advised, passing him the leaf. As she held out her hand, her arm brushed against his, her eyes shifting.

Alix did as he was told. Immediately, the pain lifted quite a bit, though it still stung painfully. He arched a perfect brow, smirking. "Healing-leaf finding - that's an odd power." Alix commented teasingly.
