Zach watched as two boys approached the slytherin prefect beside him. His eyes met with one of them: Ji-hoo. Zach gave him a stony glare, fists clenched, jaw taut. His narrowed eyes flicked to the shiny badge on Ji-hoo's black cloak. Zachary tore his eyes away once the boys had left with the girl in pursuit. Turning back to the table, he huffed and let his hands relax. Before he had a chance to talk to Valentin, he felt something hard hit his back. Zach twisted around, ready to accuse whoever had knocked him and came face to face with a pretty sixth-year he recognised from last year. He instantly reached out his large hands to steady the wobbling girl and on the left side of his mouth, his lip tugged upwards in a smirk, revealing his dimples. He raised his eyebrows, then cleared his throat. "Alyssa, right?" Zachary asked, voice thick and throaty as he couldn't help feeling quite intrigued by the girl in front of him.

Casirnir had instantly rushed towards a pack of first year girls who looked around her age and began chatting about timetables once her and her sister had entered the Great Hall. Everything about the hall still amazed Cassie; it was all one huge adventure. Most of the girls seemed to have the same lessons as her and as she scanned the list of subjects, she felt even more excited about the term ahead.

Evelyn strutted into the hall, skirt reaching a little higher than it's supposed to and tie tucked in. She confidently flicked her long blonde hair behind her back. Glancing over to the slytherin table she caught the eye of a broad-shouldered boy who she assumed was in his last year. He looked devilishly handsome and the thought of joining him seemed inviting but Eve was never the one to make the first move. So she settled for her friends, the majority of which belonged in slytherin, further down the table.
