Personality:
Sean, in a nutshell, is a typical nerd. He is quite studious, and loves almost all of his subjects in school. The only one he hates - or 'loathes', which is a word he often uses - is home economics. Not only does he detest cleaning, but Sean couldn't tell the difference between baking powder and soda to save himself. Other than that, he succeeds in all of his classes, and still manages at least a B-. Sometimes, when he zones out, Sean amuses himself with 'pen beat-boxing' on his desk.
Other than schoolwork, Sean is a relatively laid-back young man. He does tend to zone out sometimes - well, actually often - but it isn't some serious disorder. He is usually quite quiet, but if he sees someone having a bad day, Sean will go out of his own way to help the person. He cares for people a lot, almost too much, and sometimes it annoys people. Other than helping people in need, Sean is actually rather shy and awkward. Since he cares so much for others, he is greatly annoyed when people are rude to him; he will fight back, but weakly. He isn't one for violence.
Looks:
Sean is an abnormally tall, slim boy, giving him the appearance of being 'weak'. He isn't too strong, perhaps 'average', but does have a few signs of muscle here and there. Though he towers over almost everyone, Sean has been labled - and even labled himself - as a 'friendly giant'. He has shaggy, brown-black hair, which - much to his hatred - is usually falling over his eyes. As well, he has reddish-brown, eyes, which are usually wide and 'puppy-dog' like. Sean has brilliantly white teeth, and no piercings on his ears, nose, lips, or any facial part. He has fairly narrow shoulders, as well as a long torso and long arms. There is very, very slight muscling on his arms, and the slightest appearance of 'abs'. Sean also has long legs, with strong calves; running is the only thing he's actually good at in Phys. Ed.
History:
Sean had a fairly normal childhood, and as elementary school progressed, it was apparent that he was a third wheel. He kept quiet, laughing at his friends' jokes when needed, participating in their games at recess when they needed another player. He actually enjoyed this life; not particularily in the spotlight, but not in the shadows. But, it was flipped upside-down, when his friends recieved word of his crushes in grade six...a girl, and a boy.
Sure, it was a little early for Sean to decide his sexuality, but he liked the boy nonetheless. Immediately, his so-called 'friends' distanced themselves, and everyone, save for a few students, began mocking and taunting the boy. This bullying even went as far as physically beating Sean. It happened all through the rest of his schooling, until grade nine, when he was sent to this new school. Why? Instead of being bullied, Sean turned on his tormentors, even going as far as breaking one of his old friends' arms. Guilty over his actions and being expelled, Sean took to the new school fairly quickly, even if the bullying continued. He fell into a relatively defeated state, and he stays there, minding his own business more often than not and keeping himself occupied with video games and schoolwork.
