The android ducked into a gap small enough for him to get into as a horribly disfigured creature walked by, well walked wasn't the right word, more like lumbered or trudged. The footsteps of this creature were heavy and shook the loose objects around the room, C4 was completely still, he had shut off any body movements until the thing passed. Once it was gone he switched back on his ability to move and left the small space, wiping dust off his uniform and as his fingers graced over the screen on his chest that read 'Chris' he tapped it once and the display changed. 'C4" it read, erasing any trace he was once called Chris.

Ben looked up and gasped. "oh my, I apologize! Androids like myself can see in the dark but I am sure you can't" he said rather quickly, running his fingers along the desk towards the outer edge of the desk and the lights slowly came on, clearly showing the damage on his face, there were exposed wires and golden blood dried on his face and stained his finger tips. "I assume all the other lights are off, I apologize for that as well my programming has been off lately." he added with a smile. "But to your original statement, yes it is me. I hope the travel from your world to my own did not harm you" said only a moment later as he crossed his arms on the top of the desk.

Chris had just waltzed through the crack, green eyes scanning the room as pieces of paper blew around him and when he spotted a door he moved towards it, firmly gripping the handle and pulling the door open. He walked inside, the metal door slammed behind him as he flicked on a light to reveal a sort of observatory filled with computer monitors and many chairs that had since been pushed over onto the floor. Chris reached up, his cape moving to reveal a pale hand and he ran his fingers across the desk, string up dust in the process. He suddenly stopped, finally taking in his surroundings... where was he? this wasn't Wynn Tower, this wasn't his room, his apartment, it was far too dark and no windows in sight. The architecture was different, more futuristic compared to his world which was saying something. Quickly, he turned off the lights and summoned fire to his right hand, if anyone was here he needed them to know he was dangerous and was ready to fight anyone that was a threat.

Zia had left the observing room awhile ago, and was in the hallway, it was dark and she couldn't see much despite casting the night owl spell on herself a long time ago. Thinking her spell wore off, she cast it again and yet, nothing changed. the witch cursed, bowing her head to look down at her belt, looking through the vials to find her glowing potion, and upon locating it she quickly grabbed the bottle and shook it frantically, the dark terrified her to no end especially being alone in the dark. Only as soon as a purple/blue glow illuminated the hallway could she breathe, finally taking in her surroundings. Much like the previous two rooms, the hallway was so strange to her, it looked like strange captured magic that she could not explain and she hated when she couldn't explain something. Zia was frozen in fear and wonder, she didn't know where she was or exactly how she got here and it terrified her.

The Once-ler/Male/Gem/Tag: Open

A few snaps of the fingers set the man's habds ablaze in blue flame as he found himself lost inside this dark room, not remebering how on Earth he had even gotten here in the first place, the only thing he could recall was getting a strange telepathic note from a person named "Ben". Why did he need his help? Why him of all people? It's not like he could be of any use to this person. But none the less when The Once-ler heard a cry for help it was almost impossible for him to ignore it, being the compassionate guy he was. He stood in front of a large door, after awhile getting up enough courage just to peek inside, leading to what looked like two individuals talking (Silvia and B3N) his pointed ears moved in that specific direction, trying to listen in on the conversation but he was too far away. With a deep breath and cracked knuckles he quietly sneaked towards the area where the two were talking, putting out the flame in his hand as to not be so easily spotted. As much as he wished to help this person who had called out to him, he just didn't really trust him all that well yet understandably, maybe it was just that he was one of the very few who happened to hear this SOS message, but his paranoia wouldn't let him think so. He got the bright idea of turning himself into a little blue hamster in order to sneak past the two strangers and go find out exactly where he was first before talking to anyone. Once he did that, he started making his way past them, not really worried about being spotted since he was so small, though it didn't help that whatever kind of animal or person he took the shape of always kept his blue skin, hair, and sharp teeth, but he was moreworried about being stepped on anyway. He started crawling along the edges of the walls in the living room, taking the chance to hide behind furniture whenever possible.

(So sorry my first is really weird, I'm a little confused on how this works ^^)

    β™› -- negan

      male // twd comics // tagged; --

Being drawn from the surface to a location impossibly deep under the ocean was quite a jarring experience. Certainly, something as complex as a multiversal portal didn't express itself in the same manner across the dimensions it spanned, and the journey had left Negan dazed and confused, mind reeling from the sensation that something significant was now absent from his memory. He rubbed his face and blinked, waiting to see if his eyes would adjust to the darkness. Though he couldn't recall how he'd gotten here, the android's message still echoed in his head. It took a minute for him to fully process such a deeply bizarre and unsettling series of statements. He was...under the ocean. The pressure change could perhaps account for the unshakable dizziness, though that could just as easily have been a side effect of inter-dimensional travel. Negan extended his arm and felt his hand touch the wall, which he then proceeded to edge along until he found something which he determined to be a door. He tried to open it, yet it barely budged - so, his first reaction was to throw his entire weight against said door. That proved to be more force than necessary; the door swung open with a piercing screech, then a bang as it slammed into the wall, and Negan stumbled out into a marginally brighter hallway. It was then that he recalled a mention of several potential threats in the telepathic message he'd received - he still wasn't quite sure what was real yet, but this place was certainly off-putting one way or another, so he hastily chose to withdraw back into the room he'd been in and hide from the doorway - just in case the sound of the door swinging open attracted some undesirable company.

Peridot has been up and awake for quite a while now, mumbling to herself and fuming as she paced in the new environment. No, no, no! This can't be happening! First she lost her friend, and now she was thrown through some multi-dimensional portal here just to find someone she didn't remotely care about. She only just now noticed a glass panel on the wall; dark, dark blue. So dark, but she noticed something. After a bit of struggle and annoyed noises, Peridot managed to jump up and stand on the sill. The only clue she got that this place was underwater was that the foot or so of dim light that came from the room lit up the ocean floor. Revealing wavy underwater plant organisms. "W-- What!?" she yelped in surprise, falling backwards off the sill. "No. No.. Nonononono! I can't.. there's no.. I'm.. where's the--" The panicked gem clutched her head in her hands, now pacing. Now is not the time to be underwater. She knew Beach City had lots of water, but this ocean was way deeper than the ocean she knew at Earth. This means she was as far from home as she could get. Her loud mouth stopped mumbling as soon as voices began to converse with each other. She hightailed it to the other side of the room against the door, trying to find a way she could open it and run off. But then more very, very faint voices could be heard bouncing off the walls. She was far from alone, and who knows what type of company she had. Her eyes widened and she tried again. "Nyeeeeergh! Come one you-- stupid-- gahh!" Pushing it, pulling it, charging it, she tried everything while only making more noise. But it was no use. This was a tough metal door, and she was just a peridot. Stuck in a room with two doors on each side, she just slid down against the door and crossed her arms with the worst thoughts plaguing her head. It's hopeless. I'm stuck here forever, and I might never see Steven or Lapis again. The thought made her curl up and hug her knees. Maybe just.. think. Think about what to do. What would Steven do?

Silvia was happy to see the lights come on, especially when they came on slowly so they didn’t sting her eyes. She noticed that Zapzapmon was now staring at Ben. She was about tell him to stop staring like a rude weirdo until her own eyes saw Ben as well. He definitely looked beat up and he was clearly an android based on the wires hanging out of his face. There was an awkward moment of silence as they both stared at him, then Silvia snapped to her senses and spoke up.

”Oh, sorry uh yeah, we feel fine. Do you need any help or something? I’m not a doctor or anything but,” Silvia flicked Zapzapmon on the nose to get him to finally stop staring, ”If you need anything we can go get it.”

Zapzapmon rubbed his snout and mostly ignored the conversation. He didn’t want to end up staring again so he let his eyes drift around the room. As he was scanning the place he saw something dash behind a couch. At least, he thought he did, but when he looked for whatever it was, it had vanished. He started to walk towards the chairs scattered around the room. He jumped on top of one then quickly looked behind it. He saw nothing. He sat back down into the chair and scratched his head for a second before shrugging and relaxing. While Silvia was being a walking charity he might as well get a short nap in.

fenrisβ€’ late twenties β€’ elf β€’ tag; negan

Fenris was experienced when it came to finding himself in bizarre and foreign locations, but finding himself under the ocean due to a portal that was connected to multiple universes was quite the...oddity. He had entered the Fade once before so he was able to decide that this place was not the Fade - or at least it was unlike the Fade from what the elf had experienced. He also wasn't used to hearing people's voices in his head. The mercenary muttered under his breath and was clearly unimpressed with the situation: he had to help find an android - not only was it not exactly his issue, Fenris also had no idea what an android was which certainly was not helping the situation at all. Many things sounded odd and unfamiliar. Mariana Trench, Challenger Deep, Android. He couldn't say he understood any of those words, however, it was not uncommon for him to not know something considering he was not exactly taught anything when the Tevinter magister Danarius was his master. The thought of the mage caused a look of disgust to grow on Fenris' face.

His focus was ripped away from Danarius once he heard a distant screech and bang. Now alert, the mercenary gripped Lethendralis, his onyx greatsword that was almost as large as him, and he began to approach where the noise had come from, his eyes constantly flicking from one place to the other in case the threats that were mentioned in Ben's message decided to appear. His tattoos were glowing a light blue as the lyrium ran through them and the blue light was visible even from beneath his armour and was slightly illuminating the hallway he was walking through. Eventually, he came across a room with an open door which he assumed was the source of the screeching and banging. Perhaps the one who caused it had already fled the scene? Narrowing his eyes, the elf slowly began to approach the doorway, his grip tightening on his greatsword. From outside, the room appeared empty.

Stepping towards the room, Fenris was beginning to regret the fact he was barefoot as the cold hard floor was not very welcoming - much like in Kirkwall. He was tense as he prepared for a fight and walked into the room. At first, he didn't realise that he was not alone and he allowed himself to relax slightly, his tattoos relatively dimmer as he breathed out a small sigh. But as the elf turned to look around the room he finally noticed the man also in it. Clearly startled, Fenris stepped back and brandished his weapon, "You hardly look like a dangerous experiment." The male grunted.

merrillβ€’ early twenties β€’ elf β€’ tag; peridot

Merrill had managed to push open the doors although it did take quite a lot of effort and exhausted the young elf, prompting her to take a brief break and lean against a wall to catch her breath. Hearing a voice certainly startled the girl at first, but at least it was some kind of explanation, right? It was always good to look on the bright side! Although, all she really knew was that a dangerous android was releasing dangerous experiments and she had the dangerous task to try and find the dangerous android..."There's an awful lot of danger..." She sighed quietly, looking around and deciding it might be best to find a meeting place - it was always good to find the people you were working with! They must be nice if they're helping Ben too!

A smile now on her face, the Blood Mage set off, a skip to her step (maybe that was just because the floor felt quite cold on her bare feet - she was intending to get shoes with soles but never got around to it!) but she noticed some noises coming from the other rooms she passed by, both voices and noises. Slowing down considerably, Merrill allowed her wide eyes to scan over her surroundings and try to find the closest door where noises were coming from. Eventually finding another one of the heavy metal doors, the Dalish elf gripped it and held her breath while pulling it open, her face going red with the effort it took. "Come on, Merrill. You've fought darkspawn! A door can't be too bad!" The Welsh accent was clear in her voice as she mumbled softly to herself. Eventually pulling the door open slightly and managing to peer into the room, Merrill gasped and almost let go of the door, "Oh goodness me, that is a lot of green! Are you feeling well? Usually if people look green they don't feel happy...or, wait, was that blue? I can never remember these things."

The Once-ler

Gem/Human β€’ Steven Universe β€’ The Lorax β€’ 20 β€’ Male β€’ "Living Room" β€’ Tags; Zapzapmon

The tiny blue furball skittered around and under the couch when the large reptilian creature had him in his sight momentarily. He was extremely relieved however when the lizard gave up searching for him only seconds after he was noticed. He looked up from under the couch and saw that the thing was now snoozing soundly above him, which gave him a chance to look at it up close without the risk of it harming him, even though normally he would've been alot bigger than him. Using his tiny Hamster claws he quickly climbed up the fabric of the chair (Assuming it does have fabric anyway ^^') to where he was now above and behind the lizards head, standing on the head of the seat. He looked down on him and the first thing he noticed was the very bright yellow, orange and red tail he had that looked alot like a lightning bolt that stood out from his grey body. With a bigger built up amount of courage and readying his body he jumped down from his perch onto the cushion next to napping lizard as quietly as he could, he occasionally looked back at the two humans talking to make sure they wouldn't see him and went back to staring up at the lizard, specifically his tail. His morbid curiosity was starting to naw intensely in the back of his brain and he reached out a tiny paw to touch it.

ZAP!

Of course just as he expected his body was zapped with the energy that came from it and he squeaked, tumbling backwards away from it. Both human hair and blue fur stuck up straight from the electrical shock he received, making him look like a huge puff of blue and dark blue hair. With a rapid shake of his body his fur went back done to it's straight, shaggy appearance and he quickly ducked down between the cushions, whatever this thing was it definitely wasn't your average lizard, but anyone with a pair of eyes could see that, he didn't know what he expected to happen, but he almost enjoyed the effect it had on him. He waited to see if the Digimon would wake up and if he did, would it be angry with him? He seemed to be friendly with the android, so some of his anxiety was put to rest, only to be spiked once again by a loud banging of a door being slammed against the wall and loud screeching. His tiny rodent heart was beating a million times a second at the sudden loud noise, and he froze in place immediately upon hearing it, waiting for anything else sudden to happen, his hair once again stood on end, though this time with fear.

Kyoko [1] | Pit [1]

      Kyoko Kirigiri

Holding her head, the young detective tried to understand what had just happened to her. Nothing seemed to make any sense at the moment. One moment she had been alongside her dear friend Makoto, but as soon as she left him she seemed to find her way through some odd portal that had brought her to this place. That wasn't even the most confusing part of it all. The words that echoed in her head were even more confusing. Mariana Trench and Challengers deep? Those were two places she had never even heard of yet they seemed to be some place under the ocean. The whole thing almost made her want to lose her cool, yet Kyoko kept herself composed. She couldn't afford to get herself riled up already. For all she knew this could be some kind of trap. It wouldn't have been the first time she was brought into a place she had no idea about. It was almost like the killing game all over again, except she had her memories and the mission seemed to be dealing with an android and not a killing game. She was certain killing could still be a part of it though thus she couldn't afford to let her guard down.

Dropping her hand from her head, she let a soft sigh escape her lips as she looked around the hallway she had stumbled in to. There was nothing significant about it. Nothing of importance seemed to hang on the walls thus her attention was quickly drawn from them as she continued on her way. In the distance she could hear voices drifting down the hallway. Perhaps they were others that had been brought to this path or maybe they belonged to the android that had supposedly spoken to her in her head. Either way, she figured she would have to make her way there eventually if she wanted to know what was happening, but she also wanted to explore the place for herself. Finding clues on her own was something she had always had a knack for given her ultimate. The problem was she didn't have many choices. It was either continue forward toward the voices or go back the way she had come. Lowering her head in thought, Kyoko let a soft hum escape her lips. Perhaps she didn't have to go just yet. It was possible others might try to pass by on their way toward the room. Maybe she could get answers off them. Making up her mind, the detective leaned herself up against the wall and crossed her arms over her chest in hopes that someone might pass her by.

Teleporting was one thing to Pit, but this was something entirely different. This hadn't been because of Palutena. No, this was someone else's doing which left the angel entirely confused. As far as he was concerned only the goddess was capable of doing such things for him yet he found himself in this predicament. It was strange. As much as he wanted to think it over, the voice that echoed in his head made it hard for him to even focus on such. The information it gave him was no less confusing than the whole "teleportation." To go from Skyworld to the depths of the ocean was entirely strange to him. No angel should ever be stuck in the ocean yet here he was. Folding his wings against his back, he figured he had no choice but to try and figure out what this was all about. Stepping out into the hallway, he looked both ways before taking a right and going on his way. He wasn't entirely sure where he was supposed to be going, but he was sure he'd find out eventually. Walking in silence, the angel found it hard to keep himself focus. There wasn't much to look at and the silence was getting to him even though it had been only a few minutes.

In the brief moment he hadn't been paying attention, he almost found himself running into Zia though he snapped back to reality just before he reached her and forced himself to stop. "Oh! Ah, finally someone else!" he exclaimed as he composed himself. In his moment of excitement, the angel got a quick look at the expression on her face only to realize that she seemed to be frightened. Had she seen something that he hadn't? Cocking his head slightly, he couldn't help but feel confused. "Um, hey, are you alright? Did you see a monster or something?" He couldn't help but blurt out the question. It was the only possibility he could think of. It never crossed his mind that the situation itself might be terrifying to others. Even if it bothered him he wouldn't be caught dead showing any kind of fear.

Peridot sat there, still trying to think harder. But it wasn't helping this situation it seemed. A sudden loud screeching noise caused her to jump. She remained petrified as the metallic barrier was being pried open. Eventually, a small gap with a face could be seen, and Peridot immediately stood up in alarm. But when she heard the friendly voice, she kept her suspicion while inching closer to the doors. What was she mumbling on about? Green? What does that have to do with anything? "N-no! I'm not blue! That doesn't have to do with anything!" she began in a panicked tone, misunderstanding the statement. She already showed a bit of trust, believing that this organism was a human. It didn't attack on sight, either. "If you aren't here to shatter me, help me get out of here! I'm trapped!"

The android sighed quietly, showing an 'emotion' that was rare for him. "I'm afraid there is not too much to be done, besides, nothing vital has been damaged. It was a simple scratch from running into a door" he said simply, reaching up to run his finger over one of the trails of golden 'blood' "and besides, the... 'blood'... has dried, preventing me from loosing anymore vital fluids" Ben added, almost as if he was reassuring himself more than Silvia.
The android cleared his throat and smiled. "You already know who I am, but who may you be?" he asked pleasantly, his programming kicking in and forcing him to greet any human with a tone that was nothing but warm and pleasant. Though, while waiting for an answers he did a quick scan of the room, seeing if anyone else was there.

Zia nearly jumped back, nearly, yet her fear kept her locked in place. Even though the person in front of her said something about seeing another person, she was more focused on the feathers she could just barely see. She shook her head to snap herself back into reality and let her hand holding the glowing potion fall to her side. "Yeah, I'm fine. Much better now that someone else is here" she laughed awkwardly before shaking her head. "I haven't seen anything yet, I'm just terrified of being alone in the dark" she admitted quietly, rotating her wrist so the sloshing of liquid to be heard from the potion, she needed to do something with her hands or she was going to go insane.
