1x1 Between ~Lotus~ and Mayia Hikamaru

[Mayiamaru]

Mayia looked at Lotus, taking a look at the wounds. "I think I could patch her up without using too much energy." Mayia said as she unwrapped the bandages on her hands. They flashed and Lotus' internal and external wounds healed halfway. That was all Mayia could do without draining too much power. "That... should work." She said lightly, bandaging her hands again.

Skye had begun to climb the stairs of the building. Transporting could still be dangerous, and he couldn't risk being captured. Brother... You have gone too far... Skye thought to himself as he climbed the almost endless staircases and hallways. Skye didn't break a sweat though. He couldn't. The dead don't sweat or get tired.

[~Lotus~]

Lotus realized it didn't hurt as much anymore, and she wasn't so dizzy anymore. "Thank you Mayia." She said looking at her. Then she turned to Alice. "Thank you to, but where is Skye? I need to tell him something. I saw through the air holes. It was so scary I thought they noticed me...They did, he saw me. Knight saw me. " She said.

Alice had realized that she was being thanked. "Um, your welcome, and what did you see!? I knew something wasn't right but that is just down right low."

Mayia froze, staring at Lotus. "T-That can't be right.... " She said in disbelief. She couldn't stand the thought of anyone, especially someone she knew, being evil and mischeivous like this. She shuddered, lowering her head. "It... just can't be..." She said lowly.

Back at the Grandriddon Building, Skye had gone to the top. It was a large cirular, dome-like room. The walls were glass and the stairs were decending from the center of the floor. Knight was leaned in the CEO's chair with his feet on the desk. "Heh. You knew it was me, didn't you?" Knight smiled, looking more kind towards his brother than he usually would. "You see that?" He said, pointing out the window. The sun was setting and the moon was just about to rise. "Quarter moon tonight. One of us is going to die here." He said, hissing, standing abruptly. The chair rolled when Knight stood and it crashed through the window. "Without your promises, you will let yourself die. Wouldn't you?" He said, pressing a button fron under the desk. It shut the staircase in the floor. There was no way out unless they jumped out of this fourty-eight story tower. "Humans were easy to manipulate."

Skye just watched Knight silently. "I would, but you cannot do this just to win the competition. I am unable to lose because of a deal I created. I will not murder you, Brother Knight." Skye said, kneeling to the ground as a knight would without his sword.

[~Lotus~]

Lotus looked at everyone."I'ts true, right through the holes, like he knew I was there, he looked me right in the eyes." She said, then she thought for a second."Is he the one who set the building on fire?" She asked not really knowing much. She didn't know what was happening either. "Where is Skye?"

Alice looked at her. "He said he had to take care of something and didn't leave with us to come back here, I carried you out, because you had a hard time getting up. And I really don't hope you get in to much pain after what lighty here did with your wounds, Skye said he could feel when you were in trouble, and what if he is doing something that needs all his attention?" She asked, and tried to make Lotus as comfy as possible. What if he was scaling the outside." She thought.

[Mayiamaru]

Mayia thought for a second. "I think I have an idea." She said, opening a hatch to the ventilation shafts. She then sung a sweet note. It was silent for what seemed like ages, until wind rushed into the area. "I don't have enough power to open any visual portals, but maybe I have have a friend take a look." She said with a small smile while four barn swallows flew into the auditorium and onto Mayia's extended arm. "Please check around the Grandriddon Building." She said, stroking each bird once before they flew off.

Skye had his sword in hand. The moon was still rising, but barely in sight. Knight was at his strongest and Skye was at his second weakest, though both were now equally matched. Knight didn't use arrows today. He used the blades on his bow, trying to strike Skye as hard as he could. It looked like a blind fight. Not one attack hit. Skye was only dodging. He wasn't going to hurt Knight. The barn swallows swirled around the building once before returning to the school and reporting.

Mayia was explaining hos the barn swallows had even gotten there. They were living in the vents for the past two years. Mayia never said anything though because she didn't want them to lose their home again. The barn swallows chirpped loudly as they came through the shafts, and Maya translated. "Two people are fighting... in a bubble?" She said, genuinely confused.

[~Lotus~]

Lotus wondered what that meant. "And um what does that mean?" She asked, she was confused, how could two people be fighting in a bubble, wouldn't the bubble pop? She got dizzy again, and flopped over. Lotus then grumbled, and realized that she was in no condition to be thinking about much right now. She fell asleep.

Alice just sat there. "Your little bird friends say people were fighting in a bubble?" Alice said laughing, it was kind of stupid, two people fighting in a bubble. Alice sat back and wondered what the bubble was going to be for... And she wondered if Skye was on the roof fighting.

[Mayiamaru]

The birds continued to chirp. "A bubble on a stick?... Maybe it's the Grandriddon Dome. Two people fighting in the Grandriddon Dome." Mayia summarized. She wasn't sure if she was correct or not, but it was worth a shot. "No one else was around. The building was empty." She said, then the birds stopped chirping.

[~Lotus~]

Alice spoke up. "He said he had to take care of something before he left, maybe that's Skye!" She said wondering if she was right. She didn't really know much. He just plain took of after. She had no clue what to do. "What are we going to do let him get killed?" She asked, She wished she could do something, but then she realized that the moon.."The moon, it's tonight, I know know those two are fighting."

[Mayiamaru]

Mayia opened the door a bit to get a look outside. The creatures... They were gone. Everything was quiet. She looked up at the moon and ducked back inside. "The things are gone and the moon matched Knight's mark. They could be fighting..." She said lightly, tensing slightly as she spoke. "What do we do?" She asked, a little banicked as she looked at Alice hopefully.

Alice saw that Mayia looked at her. "How the heck should I know I mean one of us could only go, one of us has to stay here and watch the stupid kids, but they aren't in danger of the monsters, but they still shouldn't go out yet, so I really don't know what to do with myself, you or Lotus. And why is Lotus so special anyways? How come my weapons go all strange when they get to close to her, and why does Skye feel pain when she is in pain, or in trouble?" She asked, spreading her wings open as full as they would go, to try to give them some privacy.
