Cam let out a soft yawn as he finished up with his practice. He was regretting not getting enough sleep but he was not about to have another night terror and wake up half the dorm. He hated this-he could only sleep when he was so exhausted he didn't dream. Cameron let his head hit the table before letting out a low groan. He slowly rose up, grabbing his various things sprawled across the table. Cameron knew he should hurry to his next class but just sitting in the Transfiguration classroom was calming. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath to try and calm himself-he was going to need it if he was going to make it the rest of the day.

Jesse glanced up as Lee-Jae spoke up-calling him a pathetic puppy. Jesse felt his face flush with anger but he was able to hold it in-he wasn't going to risk getting into trouble with the class coming to a close. He mumbled a quick thank you before doing so-watching as the potion slowly started to shift into the green color it was well known for. Jesse knew he probably should leave the potion to brew for a few minutes at least but he had to move quickly as he had to go to his next class. The Gryffindor quickly bottled up a few of the vials and set them aside. He glanced back up at the two Slytherins before he spoke up, his voice thankful but with a hint of anger left in it. "Thank you, both of you. But don't call me Puppy." Jesse stood up, glaring at Lee-Jae before he glanced at the professor. He wanted to leave this class as soon as possible.

The Hufflepuff was going to respond to Alice but a Ravenclaw caught her attention. She let out a friendly smile before she spoke up, "Hi! I'm doing pretty good-you?" Charlie couldn't recall right away who he was-she saw him around the halls but that was about it. She hasn't personally talked to him or gotten to know him but she would be okay with getting to know him better. "Name's Charlie! I don't think we've met before-you?"

Sighing at Lee-Jae's response, she was yet again tempted to smack him over the head with the cauldron. Looking up to see the lost look on the Gryffindors face, they really were sensitive creatures. Tula was just about to help help the lost Gryffindor but to her surprise Lee-Jae got to it first, mentally grinning at the nickname.Such a tsundere She gave lee jae a knowing look saying,"Aww look you really do care." Giving a eye roll at his response. Still stiring her potion she too started to bottle them, it was almost time for class to end.

Turning to Jesse, she noticed that he was trying to move as quickly as possible. "Fine then Bambi," Tula continued, giving the guy an indifferent stare. Gryffindors really were high strung, his thanks took so much effort. "But dont go so quickly or your potion will blow up"

Jesse kept his eyes on his potion as the two spoke up again, he bit the inside of his lip to prevent any harsh comments from coming out. When Tula called him Bambi he visibly flushed-again with the nicknames! Why couldn't anyone call him by his real name? At the mentioning of his potion blowing up he snapped his head up and glared at the two. "You would like that, wouldn't you? Have something to laugh about the rest of the day." Jesse slammed his hands on the table and stood up, visibly angry. He was done with this class. With the flick of his wand, he gathered his materials and was set on leaving the two just like that. But he did have to finish bottling this potion up and giving it to the professor. As much as he hated this he had to do it. He crossed his arms and shifted his gaze away from the two, wanting nothing to do with them anymore. He did owe them some sort of deed for helping him out with the potion but for now, that was forgotten.

Hearing the Gryffindor's response, a streak of anger flashed through her veins. She could practically feel her claws start to shift, quickly placing her hands under the table she willed herself to clam down and relaxed when she felt the feathers retreat. Who did he think she was? She was just giving him some advice and sure Lee-Jae might have taken it too far but did he really have to take it that badly? Her eyes darkened as she pinned the moronic Gryffindor with a hard stare saying,"If we wanted you to fail... then why on earth would we bother helping you?" Deciding to ignore the ungrateful twat, she turned to Lee-jae giving him an annoyed look for antagonising the Gryffindor so much. Packing up her things, Tula went up to the professor and passed in her potion

eventually, everlee had settled into the lesson, somehow having of been able to force her mind to focus on the astronomy professors drawn out discussion on the path of the sun as it moved through the sky. the hufflepuff beside her (whom she hardly recognized, mind you), at one point, had been so utterly bored by the lecture that he had opted to allow his eyes to start fluttering shut, in which he ended up leaning against everlee, the crook of his neck settling in perfectly to the arch of her small shoulder. his slumber had approached so slowly that everlee had only been casting him occasional side glances (as he was starting to sway from side to side as sleep overtook him), but was now regretting her decision to not prod him with her elbow, prompting him to wake up and pay attention. for a while, everlee allowed him to stay put. she understood, being a seventh year and all (although the year had just begun, so she wasn't trying to get too cocky), that the excitement of it all could often lead to a lack of sleep. besides, what had a humble hufflepuff ever done to her? other than cream them in a tournament during her fifth year, but let bygones be bygones. attempting to not move her dominant hand too much under the weight of the peacefully slumbering brunette on her shoulder, it wasn't until the professor noticed the couple, and had quickly barked "snyder!" that the gryffindor jabbed him sharply in the ribs, prompting him awake when he didn't start after the professors comment. the seventh year hufflepuff blushed furiously, giving everlee a shy smile of gratitude before scooting away from her on his chair, the snickering of their classmates clearly suggesting a false connection between the two. needless to say, everlee was relieved to get out of there when she could.

when the bell rang that class had ended, everlee collected her items, the thoughts of brielle and dakota still swimming in her mind, begging for attention. given that her next class was transfiguration, she was happy to allow her mind a break from academics, thinking of how sweet the gryffindor and hufflepuff must look together. maybe they were secretly meeting together right now in the hallway, talking about their first date? everlee could hardly wait for the day to come to an end, so that brielle and her could discuss the events of today.

transfiguration didn't begin for another hour for the blonde, but she didn't have much else to do - other than study. she wasn't about to go to the trouble of heading all the way up to the library, only to head immediately back to transfiguration when she had gotten all settled. so, instead, the gryffindor captain simply opted to camp out in the transfiguration classroom, and study a bit more about conjuration. the topic was famous for being on the N.E.W.T's, and everlee was having minor trouble grasping it. however, when she entered the classroom, she was surprised to see it empty of all occupants except for one: a seventh year slytherin named cameron ovid. a small frown danced across her pink lips. everlee had always had a distaste for slytherins, but she had never consulted with cameron before. she simply knew him by word of mouth, as he had sprung up in topic maybe once or twice, but never by her own accord. setting her items down in her usual seat, everlee went to approach the boy who appeared to be zoning out, possibly due to lack of sleep (was everyone tired today?), and gently stepped in front of him, waving her hand in front of his face in a tentative fashion, "cameron? you okay?" she prompted.

Looking over as another voice seemed to be directed at the both of them, Alice glanced over the other Ravenclaw while listening to Charlie speak first. “Looks like there's a substantial amount of Ravenclaws in this class.” she commented as a distant greeting since Charlie had been quick to strike up a conversation. Briefly scanning the other students present in the room, her statement was confirmed upon seeing other students with the blue-tinted robes.

Cam knew the sound of someone approaching the classroom, probably a student getting ready for the next class, and knew he had to get up. He kept his head down for a moment longer before looking up and seeing Everlee. He was surprised when the female questioned if he was okay, taking him a moment of staring before he responded. "Oh-yeah, sorry about that. I just haven't been able to sleep lately. Just stupid reasons-no need to worry." Cameron could feel the guilt arising in him-he was spreading a rumor about this girl while she was being so, from what he could tell, nice to him. He'd have to tell the others that he's done with the rumor. It didn't feel right anymore. He took another look at Everlee, she looked as she always did-ready. Cameron, on the other hand, still had his eye bags plastered on his face and not to mention his hair. What even was it at this point? "Sorry about that. Just lost track of time."

Jesse knew that Tula had a point when she spoke up, but his mind was elsewhere. He wanted out of this class-these two made him go through a cycle of emotions, and he wasn't about to do that everyday. He kept his gaze on his potion before sighing and looking up. He was going to at least say something along the lines of 'i'm sorry' but seeing that Tula was out of her seat he kept it to himself. He bit the inside of his cheek before finishing off his potion. He wanted to leave. He'd made someone feel bad already, what a way to start the year. Making enemies not friends. He quickly cast a cleaning spell on the cauldron when it was finished and sealed his vials, wanting to leave as soon as possible.

Don't see many Gryffindors or Slytherins, not surprised though!" She smiled and turned her attention back to the other Ravenclaw, awaiting his name.

"Whatever, Puppy," Lee-Jae responded, as he finished clearing up, then he glowered towards Tula. "I don't care!" he said, sharply, and he went to take his vials to the professor to be graded.
Once he returned, he shook his head slightly at Jesse's outburst, and tutted. "That's no way to thank me for so graciously helping you out while you were in desperate need." he scolded, humour in his tone. However, then he said, more seriously, "But you still owe me, Gryffindor. Even if you're unwilling." Lee-Jae's expression turned to one of innocence, just like earlier, and he picked up his bag, having now packed everything away. He was looking forward to getting to his next class, Care for Magical Creatures, for it was easily one of his favourite classes. "It's been fun, see you around!" Lee-Jae said to Jesse, and he waved as he walked out of the classroom.
