Welcome to Blessed Valley, we cannot thank you enough for agreeing to take over one of the old ranches in the area. Unfortunately in recent years, the valley has not been as blessed as it once was. Enclosed you will find information about the ranch you now operate, as well as information about the town. Unfortunately we are only accessible by boat for the time being, but we are working on a railroad! In order to get the town back to its former glory, we will be counting on you and the other ranchers to work as hard as you can. Along with your paperwork there should be a ferry ticket to the valley at the end of the winter. We are looking forward to your arrival, and will be hosting a welcoming ceremony on the given date.

○ Note - All the ranches are pretty shabby atm, other than a few worn out tools and books they are deserted. Since the valley is so poor currently it will have to improve little by little before having everything to offer. We will unlock different livestock, items, events, and products as we go!

Ranchers barter and sell their goods to each other to maximize utilization, weekly farmers market in the town square. All the ranches are rudimentary and old, but on a good piece of land for their primary export. They will need to be fixed up.
